Very very noisy. The main hall reverbs all the noise and it is all day and almost all night. You can ear almost everything. Low water pressure and sometimes difficult to get hot water.

Easy to get to from airport. Clean and perfect for the short time I was in Cusco. Very affordable. I used my ear plugs for a restful sleep. Every floor had an offering, tea service, resting couch, ironing board etc. Breakfast was great and an easy way to connect with other travellers. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were happy and kind.

El personal muy amable y siempre muy bien predispuesto. La habitación cómoda. Hay que tener en cuenta que se deben subir varias escaleras dependiendo de la habitación que toque y a veces con el mal de altura se complica pero sabiendo eso no hay problemas. La ubicación esta buena ya que es apenas más alejada del centro y de los ruidos que genera el mismo. Relación calidad/precio buena, lo recomiendo.

Nothing to dislike about hotel or staff. The only thing I didn't like was the steep hill you had to walk up to get back to hotel after going into town

I loved the location and the staff. They made sure we got everything we needed. The shower was hot. They had Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime for entertainment. The view was amazing as well. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning.

The only thing that was rough was walking up 5 flights of stairs to get to our room in Cusco Altitude. There is no elevator.

Nice cozy rooms, breakfast included. Good value for money

The area isn't as touristy as other places, not necessarily a bad thing but a longer walk to the main square where all the activity was

Absolutely love it here, so much I decided to come back after my hike to Machu Picchu and I had such a warm welcome back even though I knocked on the door around midnight & they didn’t even know I was coming 😅 They have been SO helpful today as I literally can’t walk but I have had to go out and about. They have gone above and beyond to look after me & I am so grateful. Love the location, so close to everything. The Sun terrace is beautiful during the day & even better at night, the lights of the city are beautiful. The rooms are SO cozy! “Cozy Rooms” is such a fitting name :) Super hot showers which is amazing after such hit and miss showers during my hike. And the breakfast is amazing. Great variety, fresh fruits, pancakes, bread, cereals. Coffee, tea etc… all free and available anytime. Staff are all lovely and helpful :)

I have had cold water from the hot flask a couple of times… instead I just used the kettle in the kitchen on the terrace. No problem at all!

The staff was super helpful a d went above and beyond. The hotel felt very safe and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but be prepared to hike up some steps as there is not an elevator.

We loved the property for so many reasons. Really good value for the price point, good breakfast, beautiful upstairs terrace, really appreciate the coco tea they provide for folks trying to acclimatize.

The bed was a bit small for two people and the pillows were huge and hard, hard to get really comfy and get a really good rest when all you want to do is sleep. It was a bit loud at this property also, our room was on the first floor facing the street, and all we could hear was cars honking and dogs barking, but honestly that’s to be expected. We can sleep through anything but might be tough for someone who is a light sleeper. Also, there was a huge spider in our room one night. I don’t love spiders too much so I was a bit freaked out! But it’s Peru. Not the hotels fault!

In our opinion good location far enough from ladies offering massages and local artists selling drugs but close enough to the old town, which has a lot to offer. Friendly staff and good views from the hotel (when lucky)

We didn’t get the room we booked but were too tired to change, at the end it was okay anyway even if there were no windows. Wouldn’t recommend booking a taxi pickup from the airport with the reception as they might not show up, which happened to us.
