The house was perfect for our group of 8. Birgit was easily reachable for any questions we had. I greatly appreciated that the kitchen space and common areas also comfortably fit our group.

Very clean and comfortable house for our family to meet at to celebrate Christmas! Plenty of room for 6 adults and our dogs loved the big back yard to run around in . Good location for either going downtown or hiking . We all enjoyed it !!

Our family, including our chihuahua, had a great stay in this immaculately clean, well appointed home. Birgit was so helpful, kind, and communicative before, during and after our stay. The house is thoughtfully stocked, with useful details (places to hang towels and coats, grab bar in the shower, clean, spacious drawers and closets, well stocked kitchen). The floors, cabinets and kitchen table are lovely wood. Mid-century modern furnishings match the house. Beautiful vintage tile in the baths. Amazing views. Quiet neighborhood. Just a great place to stay in Asheville!

My wife and I met our two adult children families w/toddlers in Asheville. We found that the Epic Mtn view property was very clean and comfortable and met or exceeded (hot tub) our expectations based on the description. we didn’t have any issues that required assistance from tony and birgit but we felt like they would be available efficiently if needed. Would definitely rent here again if our family returns to asheville

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in Candler and the house was great! Very nice and a huge bakcyard that our dog loved running around in. Great place to stay and is close to mostly everything,

We stayed here over Fall Break and absolutely loved it. Plenty of room for everyone and the dogs loved the huge yard. The house was very clean and well taken care of even for an older home. We loved having two living spaces and all the couches and beds were very comfortable. The storage area with laundry was so helpful as we could store the mountain bikes inside at night with our worry. The neighborhood is so quiet and you feel like you’re very far out of the city, but everything was 15-20 minutes away. There were some great trails in Pisgah Forest that we found really great for walking the dogs. I personally found the Rice Pinacle Trailhead to be a great trail to walk the dogs on, and it was 5 minutes from The house. The Ashville Outlets, Ingles grocery, Chipotle, Starbucks and more are only 3 minutes away yet we couldn’t hear the traffic. I can’t recommend this house enough and we will definitely rent again next time we go to Ashville. My kids deemed this their favorite VRBO rental ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house was well situated for all our Asheville travels. We received easy instructions on how to get there and how to enter and use the property. It was clean and bright and there were lots of thoughtful touches (ie, plenty of towels, blankets, games) that made this place feel like a second home. We loved all the kitchen gadgets and spices. The view was gorgeous and hot tub was relaxing. Our dog had plenty of room to roam in the fully fenced yard. We felt this was an incredible place to stay and we would stay again!

Stayed at Bent Creek House for a week late Aug. The booking, check-in/out process went very well, our Host Birgit was very responsive to questions. House accommodations worked out great for 5 of us, given the number of bedrooms & overall space. Fantastic view from the back deck, even better with a glass of wine on a nice evening after busy days exploring all the area has to offer. House location fantastic with reasonable drive to Asheville in 1 direction, Hendersonville in the other. Easy access to airport for family in/out. Although we've been NC residents for many years on the coast, visiting Asheville & other nearby towns/attractions has been on our list for quite a while. Totally enjoyed everything about the trip, accommodations and mountain areas. T U very much Birgit & Tony for hosting us!

After spending a few hours in the car with our fur children, who were anxiously awaiting a break, we opened to the door to the most breathtaking views ever right in the kitchen. It literally looked like a painting. Then I needed to run to the grocery which was a hop, skip and a jump away. Not to mention I forgot a couple of things so we ran across the street to shop at the outlets. The home had every little thing we needed and was super easy to navigate, ie the TVs, the hot tub, etc. The hosts were so kind to text us when the lawn company was coming by so we could put our pups away. Overall, the home was superb, very clean, well laid out and cozy to hang out in. We would absolutely rent this home again in a heart beat. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is really well thought out and there are some great amenities like 65" TV, pool table and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

The view was awesome, we had lots of space to spread out, and enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean and central to all the excursions we went on! Also the owner was very flexible with allowing us to arrive early, (as she was able).

We had a great time in the Asheville area. The house was in a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family and super functional for our dog Sherlock. We came because we had family in the area we hadn’t seen in years. The house provided a great place to gather, share stories, and enjoy the amazing views. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great visit. It is convenient to local tourist attractions and shopping.

Absolutely loved this home. It has everything we needed and more. It’s an easy 10 minute drive to DT Asheville and we had plenty of space for 4 couples, a 9 month old, and 2 dogs!! It was very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub is a nice touch. 5 stars, would recommend and stay here again!

4 friends met from different parts of the country. The house was perfect. It was spotlessly clean. Cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed from coffee maker to toaster oven and pots and pans. There were plenty of dishes and glasses, which isn’t always the case. The beds we all comfy. Enjoyed the very clean hot tub. Location was great. Grocery store close by. We visited the Biltmore and did some antiquing. Beautiful view off the back deck overlooking the mountains and the Biltmore. Hope to come back again!

Perfect place for our family (4 adults, 2 kids and 1 pup) on spring break, conveniently located about 15 minutes from anything in the Asheville area. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is modern and clean, communication with the owners was great, and the place had everything we needed (and then some). This is a great find in the heart of Asheville.

This home was not as spacious as the pictures. Kitchen frying pans should be replaced. No baking pans available. Could use a few more washcloths and hand towels. Otherwise, the view, location, and sleeping conditions were fine.

First let me say that as you read the listing know that what you read is what you get. It is as described! It was big, clean, well stocked and the location was truly 11 minutes to downtown. Our 2 large dogs were happy the whole time! The downstairs was the perfect gathering for our family karaoke, games and laughs!! The gate made the stairs so safe for our 18 month and 3 and 5 year old. I am sure we will be back! Staying here was easy!

This house was beautiful! Not only had plenty of room for our family of six but also a huge backyard for our dogs! Our doggies enjoyed the backyard so much! The house is also located only a few minutes from Downtown Asheville and close to our favorite hikes!! This house is a must if you are planning a trip to Asheville!

This house is a great option for families traveling to Asheville! We loved that the rental is dog friendly. the downstairs game room, spacious backyard for our pups, and comfortable rooms were exactly what we needed. We stayed for 9 nights. The grocery store is so close which made for cooking meals very easy. We spent time at the Biltmore, downtown and Sierra Nevada which all were easy drives. The neighborhood was quiet and while you can see the lights of busy commercial area from the deck, the sunrise and sunset over the mountains are so pretty. Our host had excellent communication throughout and were very responsive and accommodating to our family. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you for hosting us!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! The owner was very thorough in everyway from pre-checkin info and all details considered at the property. We loved the hot tub and spectacular view. The house is very modern yet super cozy inside. Highly recommeded!

We had family coming from Georgia, and Kentucky to stay at the VRBO. Booking process was so easy, and detail instructions on getting there, and things to visit during our stay was amazing. The place was very clean, and all the necessary items you need for 4 family's to stay. The view of the mountain through the kitchen window was amazing. Especially since they had a telescope to look at the Biltmore far away. Would truly recommend this VRBO for a trip to Asheville, N.C.

A group of us ladies had a long weekend to see the Biltmore, plus shop and hike Black Mountain/Asheville, and this was the perfect house for us. Everyone had their own bedroom, it was central and close to everything, and was clean and fresh when we arrived. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had as well! We were in town for a wedding and the property just added to our experience. It is centrally located- 15 minutes to almost anywhere. The sunrise off the deck was amazing with Mount Mitchell welcoming the morning. Everything you need was available in the home. Fantastic!!
