The location and the valet staff were excellent.

The hotel rooms were VERY noisy - from the hallways to the HVAC unit to a hum/vibration that I heard from the hotel - all of this while wearing earplugs. Additionally, the sink didn’t drain, the shower water pressure was very low, and the room temperature was inconsistent.

Smiles, warm greetings and a glass of champagne from the Valet staff to the front desk staff as soon as we walked in started our trip off on a happy and positive note! Our corner room had stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains, and was so spacious! The room was clean and comfortable! We loved our room, the cozy Lobby, and Hemingway’s Cuba restaurant was phenomenal! Gorgeous view from our table inside and cozy warm fire pits on the rooftop deck gave a lovely sunset view.

I cannot say one bad thing about this property or their staff!

Valet was super fast and friendly. The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Loved the lighting in the room as well. Especially loved the bluetooth built in to the bathroom mirror so I could play my own music.

Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains. The location of the hotel is very central, and we were able ton walk everywhere.

Location was wonderful and the rooms were modern and clean. The beds were not very comfortable but the pillows were! Loved the views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was great. It actually was in a part we had never walked or seen. It was in the heart of where we normally stay and close to one of our favorite spots we like to visit. When we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with smiling faces, The restaurants around it were nice and food was good. The room was nice, bed was comfy, but didn't like that the bed was in the middle of the room. I would say even though we paid for a mountain view, there was nothing special about it. The bathroom had an open shower with glass panel and Bluetooth mirror. I like how your room key was the only way you could use the elevator to get to your room. Overall it was good.

The things I didn't like was that the bed was in the middle of the floor, the restaurant closed too early and the valet parking. I would rather park my car and get in it myself.

The staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Loved the champagne greeting and honey departure gift-very thoughtful. And the location was right in the heart of downtown so easy to reach restaurants, shopping, sites etc. by walking.

Good location and clean rooms. Choose mountain view, it’s worth it!

paper thin walls; could hear everything. Noise on Saturday night. Luxury expense but chain feel. Nothing special about the property. Restaurant had sticky floors like drinks had been spilled but not adequately cleaned.

The hotel is on a beautiful block, located in the heart of downtown.

The hotel and my room were odorless, which was very nice. The room was very spacious. The staff made us very welcomed and were attentive.

The television was not user-friendly. I thought the batteries were weak and went down to get them switched out and made it backtotheroom they still didn't work

Beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows with views of mountains. Champagne on arrival was a nice touch

we have booked a mountain view king delux suit with a price difference, we were given a handicapped room with a view of cooling towers of the adjacent building. during checkout we brought the subject up and claimed a refund which was rejected. this was room no 910, we feel deceived as we have realized that the mountain view is on the west side of the hotel and the room allocated to us was on the east side.
