We loved the location.

The house was very nice - comfortable. Host also provided a lot of good information for dining entertainment and sight seeing.

We didn’t strike out by staying here!! We hit a grand slam! The home was large enough to have privacy yet small enough to build a brotherhood. We were close to everything we needed to do. The home was super clean and comfortable!!

Perfect place to stay with family. We had three generations with us and it was so nice to be able to spend time in Cody together. We spent quite a bit of time on the outdoor swing listening to the wind. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The directions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this property (Yellowstone House of the 3 Bears) for 10 days and absolutely LOVED it. We cannot recommend it enough. The property is equipped with all that you need for a family trip to Cody and Yellowstone. There is plenty of room for a large group (we were 9 in total) and the amenities make it very comfortable. Karen was also exceptional. She was attentive, kind, and super helpful as we navigated Cody and beyond. She also provided a great list of things to do, which we did and it was great! The house is walking distance from the Main Street and everything else is very accessible. Thanks for the great stay!

Property was nice and great location. We had issues with the heat the first few days (we stayed 1st of of Nov), but Karen got that fixed and we were good. She is very responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was clean, tidy and so cozy. Plenty of towels and washcloths and cooking utensils. Our group loved the neighborhood- it was quiet and peaceful. Hostess had great communication skills and we would love to stay here again should we visit Cody in the future.

Easy access. We do recommend to have directions printed ahead of time. Great location and close to the main road.

After a miscommunication in booking due to website error, Karen promptly refunded our stay and helped us find a new property. Her response was the best case scenario in a bit of a stressful situation.

Thank you so much for this adorable rental! We had a wonderful time in Cody and we loved the house. Very cute! Inside there was plenty of room for our party of 9 and the outside seating areas were very pleasant. We grilled burgers one night, it was nice to have the gas grill. Beautiful place!

Overall excellent stay; older home , had almost overpowering stench in main floor bedroom & bathroom area. Rear outside step is in dangerous condition. Lots of room with lots of games. Upstairs is a maze which everyone enjoyed. Stairway steps has NO non-slip covering though & one has to be very careful so not to slip.

We absolutely loved staying in the house of 3 Bears!! It is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood with a nice yard, and great shade trees with tasteful outdoor furniture. The interior was nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was super easy, we just had to follow the directions online, which we printed out because phone service was spotty for our phones on sprint. The house was clean and had all of the amenities you could need. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, closets, smart TVs in every bedroom. Good WiFi, and comfy furniture. The beds were comfy and all had memory foam toppers. Air conditioning units for each bedroom was able to keep the temperature of the whole house comfortable. Lots of space, extra lawn games and some board games for fun. Overall a great place to stay, Highly recommend.

Very nice older home in downtown Cody. Walking distance to about anything you need during your stay.

The owner Karen was a nightmare. When we arrived the down stairs toilet would not flush. We informed her and she sent over the lady she had overseeing the property( who by the way was very nice and helpful). We checked out on Dec.26th. I left Karen a detailed text message about the plumbing with no response. 2 weeks later I receive an email from the insurance company stating that she had put in a claim on me. Upon talking to Karen to find out what the problem was she stated that I let my kids destroy her house by not watching them. She stated that my kids stabbed her patio tile 300 plus times with a sharp object, removed all of the shutter plugs and flushed them down the toilet, and stabbed the stairwell walls numerous times. All she wanted me to do was approve the claim since it wouldn't cost me anything. I have rented several homes and I am a homeowner. I informed Katen that anything that my Grandkids destroyed I would gladly make sure that she was compensated but I would not pay for repairs that we were not responsible for. To make a long story short beware of Karen because she is a KAREN.

This property was very cozy and clean. The owner was very amenable for a few last minute changes. Will be back again!

Lovely home!!

Great place to spend time in Cody or use as a basecamp for adventures around the area. Communication and check in was easy, the house was clean and, most importantly, easily walkable to downtown Cody!

The house was very clean & within walking distance to town. Under an hour drive to Yellowstone, which was very nice! The town of Cody has some beautiful hikes, too (Cedar Mountain). Buffalo Bill dam is cool to see & free!

We enjoyed the area and the house. Owner was super responsive and helpful. A great family stay!

This was the perfect place for our family while staying in Cody! Just the right space/size, clean, all the right amenities and walking distance into downtown Cody made for a great vacation.

Awesome experience, was my first time doing it and will definitely do it again.

Beautifully kept home with cute tire swings shaped like horses. My 5-year-old daughter loved playing on them with her 6 year old cousin. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay, and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was even a cute kids bed hidden in bedroom #4. If we come to Cody again, we will be sure to look to see if this home is available.

Such a great little town. Loved that we could walk almost everywhere from the house!

The house is beautiful, great place for families who don't want to stay in a hotel. The yard has great space to play with tree swings, quiet street. Bedrooms all good size, comfy beds. Kitchen was good, large table for eight people to eat. Their was some confusion on check-in and check-out - the code for the keybox on the door was changed without notice so we had trouble getting in, and check-out time was listed differently than when we were expected out. I would still consider staying here again.
