Our family spent has spent the last two years at this amazing place. The owners have made it feel like home. The peace and quiet is amazing, and it is close enough to enjoy the nearby towns and beaches. We look forward to spending more vacations here.

The property was exactly what we were looking for

The location of this house is PERFECT for us lake-lovers! It helped that we were here in October & the leaves were in full color. Bed was comfortable, the kitchen easy to work in, and the views SO peaceful! Our dog loved zooming in the big yard.

The property needs work. It’s got great space and a beautiful location. The house is not clean.

Property manager was a great contact, never made me feel like a bother if I had questions property appeared just as advertised neighbors were so friendly. Our 2 labs were so happy to be with us and welcomed by campers down below. 5 star

We had a great stay here. It was a quiet setting that was perfect to come back to after exploring RI all day. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fully stocked linens and towels made packing easier. The large deck was perfect for relaxing and watching the amazing sunsets over the pond. The included town beach pass was a handy surprise too.

Beautiful, quiet wooded location overlooking Worden Pond. The large deck was wonderful, with great views of the pond. The house had everything we needed, and was comfortable.

My family stayed for two weeks. The setting is beautiful and near the Narragansett Beaches. The house is stocked with everything you need. My only warning to other vacationers is that the grills on the deck did not work so if you want to grill you will need to bring a small grill of your own. I would definitely stay here again - it is a really well-priced water-front property.

The place was very serene! The large deck was very inviting and the house was well stocked. The surprise of the ping pong table In the basement was a great plus!! Good location, close (10 min drive) to the shoreline. Will stay again!

This property is welcoming, comfortable and spacious. All of the rooms have windows and great views. The porch is like another living room and the "den" on the lower level is cozy. A great place for a family get-together but friends would have plenty of room to visit and have quiet space. We liked the bike path nearby which goes all over RI. Beaches are close by and "old" Wakefield, just 10 minutes away, has old-world charm. Many cafes, sandwich shops, and artisan shops. My last day I got a message at "All That Matters" that was amazing. Would definitely stay her again.

Beautiful view, fantastic deck, close to amazing beaches. Couldn’t ask for more. Perfect relaxing family vacation.

A good place to sleep while we were in town for a wedding.

Perfect house great location. Had everything that was needed. Last renter left some stuff in the cabinets and fridge so we did the same. Hope next renters enjoy. Thank you

John’s property is absolutely beautiful. The house accommodated our group perfectly. The house was well stocked with everything we would need. The pond may look intimidating at first due to vegetation (water shoes help), but once you get passed the reeds you’ll find patches of sand that were perfect for swimming. We anchored off the large float John had delivered to the house and sat in the water all day. Fishing was also a great time. The kayaks provided allowed us to explore the pond a bit which we really enjoyed. Overall this trip was exactly what we were looking for!

The house had lots of space for me, my husband and our six children. Besides being SO close to everything, we could easily stay home and have a blast swimming, fishing and kayaking in the pond. Easy fishing for kids and some bigger fish for the more experienced. The sunsets were beautiful. Sitting on the dock with my feet in the water watching the sunset was my favorite time of day. Owner was very accessible for recommendations or questions too!

Nice property, great location, BIG beautiful deck, two floors, plenty of sleeping arrangements, big kitchen, two bathrooms, great view and a firepit. Excellent mini vacation. Definitely would do this again.

John helped me relocate a family in the area of this property who lost their home to an insurance loss. He was extremely helpful during the family's time of need. I would work with John again in the future.

In town for a wedding with a large group and even additional company stopping by. Large deck is awesome just bring lots of bug spray! Plenty of sleeping options with all towels, bed linens stocked well. It appears to be a work in progress with a lot of work done already and a lot of potential. The owners were always very responsive with any questions and I wish them years of happiness making this a place where families create memories.

The house is quite nice, the deck is amazing to watch sunsets on. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the ocean. The house had everything we needed and then some. We were only two people, so it was way big for us and our two dogs. The neighbors at the cabin/camp next door were friendly and quiet, and only a presence on the weekend. My only wish was that there would be a dock to drop boats into the beautiful “pond” which by all accounts is quite a big lake!

We rented for a few days to be closer to the wedding venue for my daughters wedding. The House was clean and well equipped. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There is a lot of space at the house and it accommodated my family very well. The property and view was great and provided a wonderful background to take photos of the bride getting ready! We also got to spend time going to two of the beaches nearby the next day. Thank you for a great experience.

I am stating facts: We arrived at 6 pm.One of the doors had no lock or doorknob in it and was open to the deck. The deck had piles of wet leaves from last fall all over it. The house had cobwebs in main living area. The refrig had food and something sticky on the shelves and the bottom was black with mold. One of the grills had a mouse nest in it. The lower walkway to the the slider had a pile of construction wood blocking it. The dehumidifier in the lower level was not on, so it was dank and damp smelling. The outside trash cans were half full of old, gross trash and had been gotten into by animals and were tipped over. When we called homeowner and told him about the door knob/lock, the gross refrigerator and the leaf piles on deck, he said we could go to a hotel and he would refund our money. I told him we had food and beverages in the car for a BBQ planned for Sat for 25+ people and we had our dog with us. He said "what are you going to do about it?" and I said "what are you going to do?" and he hung up. (we waited 45 min to see if it was a dropped call, but no return call and neither he nor Nancy answered their phones when we called back). We called Home Away and they put us up in a nearby hotel for the night while our son had to come and take half of the food and our dog back to his apt. At 9 pm I finally texted Nancy to see what was happening and she said her son was going down in the AM to take care of it. At 10:30 the next morning I texted her to find out the status and she asked me to text John so I did. Heard back at noon that the house was ready so we returned. The deck was cleared and chairs set up, most of the cobwebs gone, the door knob/lock was fixed and the refrig was cleaned up with a bottle of wine with a bow on it was left inside. We did not use the grill with the mouse nest still in it and we had to move and pile up the construction wood so people could use the walkway as it was rainy and that was under the deck. We kept the dehumidifier on and the basement improved. We were credited for the first night when the house was uninhabitable but I requested 3-4 times that we should receive and added credit for the inconvenience and stress we experienced (we had booked this house a year before as it was our son's college graduation and we had family and friends staying with us and planned a bbq for his roommates and their families). He was "sorry we were disappointed, but it is what it is" was a text from John on 6/11!

The house was very nice and clean it was perfect for our large family (us our adult kids their spiuses and their kids) The house has a beautiful view of the pond and it is not to far from the awesome RI Beaches. We had a great time and the house had everything we needed.

Me and my friends had come over for the weekend meet up, it was awesome we enjoyed our stay and we had a nice memorable weekend by the secluded waterfront. Will definitely stay here if I visit Rhode Island again.

This was the perfect place for a small unconventional wedding. My wife and I are very low-key and unconventional people. This setting was absolutely wonderful. The large deck accommodated all guests easily. We had the ceremony outside on the grass, which was cut two days before by the owner of the house. Wonderful. The view of the pond was prominent in many of our wedding photos. When we arrived, the house was immaculately clean and ready for us. We could not have picked a better setting for our wedding. Renting until Monday was great because we had some relaxing downtime before having to leave. I highly recommend this site for like-minded others. We want to rent next year for our vacation. The owner was a great man who was helpful, kind, and thoughtful. The best!! My wife and I agree that we chose the perfect place to celebrate our marriage.

My family and I recently stayed at this cozy home for my son's wedding in the nearby area. There was plenty of room for all five of us and our golden retriever to be comfortable. It is about 10 to 15 minutes away from shopping and fine dining. We would love to come back and spend a little more time at the home.

Would stay again.

This house was perfect for our family for Thanksgiving weekend. The main floor living area is open and allowing for visiting throughout the space. The downstairs was perfect for the teenagers. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental was very clean inside and close to the beaches, however, we did have some issues. First of all the neighbor who is only about 50' away has an RV park on his property with about 10 RV's and small pop-up campers. Luckily for us no one was in them until the weekend. Also, although on a beautiful pond, you cannot go into the pond from the property as there are huge rocks and tall weeds at the properties entrance to the pond. There was also garbage in and around the small camp fire area near the pond and the small open outbuilding by the pond had tons of litter in it. Not very enticing. Lastly, the rental slept 8 people yet there were only 4 bath towels for our use and I had to wash them every other day. Sorry to be so negative but we would not go back.

The home on the pond was a perfect spot for a family reunion for my daughter's wedding. All enjoyed their stay.
