We stayed here for 8 nights during spring break. It’s a nice location, about 3 minutes walk to beach access at 141th street. The house is beautifully decorated. It would have been nice to know that there’s construction next door but the noise wasn’t terrible. We had to contact Andrew a few times because house and outdoor shower was off when we arrived. Andrew was very quick to respond. As with many beach rentals, linens, towels, soap, and paper products not included.

Well laid out, tons of space both sleeping and general. Great decor. Very clean. We were slightly surprised we had to bring own linens ( towels and sheets) and when we arrived there were zero paper products ( TP, paper towels) in the home. But the owner responded quickly and we worked that out. I would recommend this place. We were two moms with 6 dancers in town for a dance competition and there was great space for all of us. Loved the window seats

Everything was perfect. Awesome location. Great space. We were able to cook with ease in the kitchen for dinner and could pop back into the hours throughout the day for any needs. Did not use the balcony that much since we were at the beach most of the time, but that is a great space too. While the post was accurate, I think it would be good to put the need for guests to bring their own towels and linens at the top of the description in bold. The description did provide that information, but some of us unfortunately missed that part when glancing through. Thanks!

This was our second time staying at Atlantic Mist. While not right on the beach, it is just a short walk (maybe 3 minutes), so it's a great location. The owner was easy to reach via text -- he was both friendly and helpful when we had questions. The home is beautiful and we were really comfortable throughout our stay.

We had a fabulous weekend at this beautiful townhouse. We were a group of moms and teenage sons - super close to the beach, movies, mini golf. The house was clean and updated, beautifully styled. Thanks so much - we plan to return!

Great place to stay! Everyone complimented the colors and decor. The beds were comfortable and the deck was quiet in the alley. The beach is only a few minutes away when walking. I would recommend it for your next stay.

This house is beautiful, clean and cozy! We stayed for an overnight soccer tournament and it was one of the best trips to OC. The beach is right there too. Early check in and late check out was offered. Will most DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you again for making our trip so smooth and easy. Highly highly recommend.

My husband and I and another couple stayed at Atlantic Mist for one night and we wished we could have stayed for a month! This place is beyond what is described and impressed us from the minute we walked in. The two bedrooms with King beds were perfect — master bedroom has a balcony and large bathroom and there was another lovely bathroom for the other guest rooms (there’s a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds). The upper level has the kitchen, dining area and family/living room which leads into a lovely deck with beautiful outdoor living furniture. This place is really gorgeous — light and airy, exquisitely decorated, and super clean. Andrew, the owner was simply amazing, always quick to respond and EXTREMELY accommodating. I’m sure he can’t say yes to everything, but don’t hesitate to ask (of course, please don’t take him for granted either). We will definitely look for opportunities to book this place again and again.

It's well taken care of and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay The owners are easy to coordinate with and very accommodating.

We had an amazing family vacation at OC with much of it do to the really awesome house. The house was super clean (more so than any other rental property we have ever stayed in). Andrew, the host, was exceptionally responsive and provided instructions in great detail in how to navigate to and around the house. The location is great and just a short walk to the beach, which is helpful when you have young children. Overall, we had a perfect beach getaway and look forward to returning in the near future!

The property is great: clean, spacious, light and airy, and great deck. Steps from the beach and multiple take out restaurants. Only concern was that the a few of the dishes in cupboards had dried food residue. Not really a big deal, since we just ran them through the dishwasher.

What an amazing new house! The stress of life melts away when you walk into this beautiful home! Conveniently located a few steps away from the beach and some stores. We didn’t want to leave and wish we were able to stay longer. We will definitely be a back!

The property was beautiful and lovingly maintained. It had everything we needed for 2 families w/ kids. If I only had a minor quibble would be more chairs in the living /kitchen area as we like having big family meals =) but no problems whatsoever! It was a great "headquarters" for our family vacation and to enjoy the beach (only a short walk away!). Check-in was super easy and straightforward. We loved our stay!

The property is spacious, clean, and fit our 3 generations of family members. I grew up coming to Ocean City and have fond childhood memories. I now get to share those memories with my kids. The property lived up to expectations and made our stay in North OC great. Check-in process is a breeze and pictures are accurate. Andrew is a responsive and great host. Note, this is a duplex townhouse, and this is Unit B of the duplex.

My family and I went to ocean city to celebrate my daughters 6th birthday. We booked this home and pictures were just like they were online. Gorgeous property. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 3 children. Short walk to the beach. Although not a hot beach weekend the kids enjoyed being able to play in the sand. Close to great restaurants and shops. Andrew was very responsive, and because we didn’t have anyone stay prior to our check in he even accommodated a slightly earlier check in time which was much appreciated. We will be staying here again.

Atlantic Mist in North Ocean City,MD is a lovely property. Our family , along with another, spent a perfect week at the beach.The house is newly built and every detail is well thought out. The floor plan is spacious and very comfortable--the decor is very tasteful and perfect for beach living. With many years of rental property stays, this kitchen is absolutely the best equipped kitchen we have stayed in . And most importantly-- the walk to the beach is 1 block/ less than 5 minutes. Would highly recommend Atlantic Mist. The only comment I would have is that the 3rd floor sleeper sofa is not in a loft area-- it is the living room area right off the kitchen.
