We would have given all 5 star except that the only TV is in the master bedroom (listing said 2 tv's). Once the sun sets, we do like to watch a movie or something while sitting upright. The kitchen has a cooktop with a counter oven. Very good pots, pans, cutlery etc. Kitchen does lack a bit of storage for food. Steve and Lynnette (and Dulce) were immediately on top of all our questions. First class people to deal with. The home very tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable (previous reviewer said that it was not comfortable). There was a problem with the living room a/c and they had a tech on site within a day to repair. We did not need this a/c because there was always a great breeze that blew through the home. This home is the lowest unit in the A building, so the views are not as good as the higher units (but it still has great views!). The pools are great! Sometimes, from your outdoor patio you can notice that the pool level is just above you. A 10 minute walk down the road will get you to some great restaurants, the beach or playing pickleball at the new 4 court facility behind Oxxo. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Perfect size for us for our stay. We absolutely loved the view and had everything we needed. Grounds and pool area were beautifully maintained. Short but hilly walk to beach - good to get some exercise. Everything is a quick combi or taxi ride away.

Pros: Nice view. Good location. Nice pools. Functional but small kitchen. Good A/C. The town and people of Zihuatanejo are kind, beautiful and friendly. Lots of great stores and streets you can get lost in with local food and markets which are awesome. La Ropa and Las Gatas(which you can walk to) are clean and nice. Cons: 102A. Do not stay here if you want peace and quiet! Read on if you want the breakdown. Noise from your neighbours who you are sharing a wall with is unbearable. You will be awakened and bothered all day and night with coughing from next door combined with sporadic barking from a small yappy dog. Earplugs won’t help you drown it out. Only one TV in the bedroom not two as previously advertised. 2 cleanings instead of 3 a week as previously advertised. The neighbours are unfriendly and let there dog defecate on the lawn in front of you and leave it there. 18 year old mattress will kill your back. Owners are aware of the coughing issue/dog and continue to rent it. Unfortunately I can only add 1500 characters but could go on. If you want a tranquil, peaceful vacation room go elsewhere. The owner is very concerned about getting a bad review so their business doesn’t suffer. I want to be clear and honest so others will not suffer like we did for two weeks. The coughing/hacking is still ringing in my ears and our backs are going to take a long time to recover. You cannot sit out on your deck and enjoy the view with the cougher. We will not return.

The communication with hosts (Lynnette and Steve) in advance of our stay (and during our stay) was immediate, helpful and accommodating. The unit was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the ocean view from the patio was impressive. The building is very well maintained with two impressive pools. The staff are helpful and friendly. Zihua is an impressive place and the location of the unit is very close to the best beaches, restaurants and the main city of Zihua. We are already planning our return. Thanks Steve and Lynette.

Wonderful community, stunning views, helpful people. Relaxing, safe and so much fun!

My husband I I booked to stay for our first visit to Zihua in October 2023. The condo was wonderful! The two pools are perfect and both with views of the bay. We loved just hanging over the ledge to the infinity pool at watching the boats go by. Views from the porch of the condo are also wonderful. The kitchen amenities are top notch! Everything is is great condition and every pan, utensil, gadget is there. The freezer makes ice in no time to keep up with the margarita production. The bed is very comfortable and air conditioning in the bedroom worked a charm. All the staff were great and helpful, other residents also very friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Note - its very quiet and chill....not a party pad.

It was all around perfect for us, no complaints. My Facebook pictures has friends already asking for info.

This is an excellent property. My husband and I stay almost exclusively in VRBO properties when we travel and we agree this is one of the best. Bed is large and comfortable. There is a nice walk in closet for storage. Shower has plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Kitchen is stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. (Every property claims to have a well stocked kitchen but this one really does.) The view from the balcony is beautiful. Pool area looks great (though we didn't use it much). The washer/dryer is a great convenience. Just one note... the condo is located up a VERY steep hill. It's not a big deal to walk down to the beach if you have good knees but the walk back up is a challenge. That said, there are plenty of taxies if needed and they don't try to rip you off. Overall we would absolutely recommend this property and will stay here again if we are every back in Zihua.
