We had a great time at Mary’s condo - it was clean and the views are beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and the in-unit washer/dryer was great. The AC would turn off regularly requiring me to contact Mary and ask her to reset it. She was prompt in her replies and quick to fix the issue, but it happened 6 times.

The unit was a great size. Every room had a view of the ocean and balcony access. We had 6 adults 2 kids around 10 and 2 under 2. It was plenty of room for us. Great communication from the owner . Would definitely recommend.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The view was on point! We loved staying there and had a great time! They had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with so we didnt have to worry about anything. The only downfall was the air conditioning kept going out. Over all we absolutely loved the place!

The property was in a great location. Check in was easy and great response from Mary about all things concerning the condo. We had one hiccup with the air due to maybe the storms but maintenance went around and reset everyone’s ac unit. We had a very enjoyable time.

The property was very clean and organized. The host communicated everything very clearly. The view was absolutely beautiful and our stay was comfortable. We had 7 adults and 3 kids and we all had a fantastic time with plenty of room. The check in process was smooth and everyone at Surfside Resort was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was amazing, we never ran out of hot water (even with all three showers going). Would highly recommend as a quiet, relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed and would stay again.

This property is very nice. Every bedroom has a balcony view of the ocean. The condo is very nice. Would stay there again!

Great location and view

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The views from all rooms in the condo were amazing! The floor to ceiling windows in the main living room/dinning room/kitchen area were spectacular! The condo was clean and ready for us as scheduled. The condo is decorated so well with a beach side/ocean feel! It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer inside our condo for our own personal use, especially with many trips being made to the beach. Mary was very helpful during the booking and during our stay. The Surfside resort offered many different perks such as beach side chairs and umbrellas, outdoor pools and hot tubs, basketball/tennis courts, grilling areas, onsite restaurant and beach side bar. We would definitely stay in this condo provided by Mary again!!

We so enjoyed our stay at Miramar beach. Great location, spectacular views from the condo. Enough amenities to keep all ages in our group occupied. Condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had to switch our last beach vacay of the waning days of summer last minute to avoid a hurricane and came across this gem. It was a perfect size for our party (3 adults and 3 kids). It has near 180deg oceanfront view, can see sunrise and sunset. IT can get hot in the unit if the shades are left up by mid day. The kitchen had all the basic appliances you will need. The beach is easy access across the street and the access to 4 chairs/umbrellas was great. It is close to nearby restaurants. We would definitely consider coming back again.

This location is absolutely perfect! I stayed here with my family and young baby and it was so easy and convenient walking down for quick visits to the beach. The condo had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the views were so beautiful. Our host was very responsive and helpful, and made the stay very enjoyable.

My college friends of 50 years always looks for someplace to visit annually to get together. This property has everything and even more than we anticipated. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was more than enough for 6 women. Almost anything we needed was there, from beach accessories including beach chairs and umbrellas to kitchen spices for cooking. You just needed to bring your toothbrush. Very close to grocery store and of eateries. Beach directly across street which can be accessed from connecting walkway above the street. We plan to come back next year and stay longer as our visit was just too short. The property owner was available when we had a question with quick response. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved this condo. Our entire family went (9 people total ranging from 1yr to grandparents) and we had plenty of room! The views were beautiful. The location was perfect and we walked to dinner and shopping. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful condo! The view from every room is perfect to wake to each morning. Loved the 2 private beach access & beach chair service included!! The glass balcony is a little scary for children and made me nervous as a parent so my kids didn’t go out there that much but it’s beautiful to look at! Fully stocked Condo had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay from cooking, beach supplies, and even a few birthday supplies! The toilets were a little dirty & needed to be held for it to flush correctly, sometimes even twice. One closest door kept sliding off the rails so we had to keep adjusting the door when opening. We kept all of our purchased food in the fridge including pantry items because we saw a huge water bug on the kitchen countertop on the the first day of our week stay but didn’t see anything after that day. Overall, it was a great place with plenty of room for all 6 of my family members (4 adults & 2 kids ages 5 & 8 years old).

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views are amazing. The place was clean and well-stocked. The "pay it forward" system on this property works! I recommend going to the condo before you buy your supplies for the week. We were pleasantly surprised to find staples most condos don't allow to be left behind. We paid our unopened items forward as well. Host was amazing, responsive, and kind.

We loved the condo and the view from the balcony was AMAZING!!! We liked the beach decor and furnishings all throughout, and all of the amenities for the kids were great! The unit was stocked - the kitchen in particular had nearly everything needed to cook for the family. We would love to come back and stay here again...it was very hard to leave!

We’ve been vacationing in Destin since 2003 and have rented many condos. This one did not disappoint in any way. The check-in process was so easy. We pulled up to the main lobby where we checked in to get our wristbands and parking passes. The front desk folks were so efficient and kind. They encouraged us to leave our vehicle in the front drive for ease in unloading and luggage carts were provided at the front door. We never had a long wait for the elevators during the entire stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, a coffee pot and a Keurig. A big plus was the separate ice maker with a ready supply of ice at all times. All the bedrooms were nicely furnished and each one had access to a balcony. My husband and I enjoyed having our own private balcony to enjoy early morning coffee and quiet time. Best of all…the spacious balcony with good furniture and a spectacular VIEW. We planned early dinners out so we’d be back at the condo to watch the sunset from the balcony each night. We will be back!

Beautifully decorated and well appointed condo. Luxuriously cozy feel in a resort with everything you could need. The view was better than the pictures could express and the owner was great to work with.

We had a group of 9 from 50-1 years old. The condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. Nice location and walking distance to many things. Could be a little cleaner, but given the circumstances of todays world, it wasn’t terrible. We would stay here again in the future.

Great room! Well-equipped and comfortable. Amazing balconies and views of beach and sunset. The beach bar was very nice, and access to the beach was convenient.

Just sitting on the balcony at this condo is like heaven! We had beautiful weather too! Watched a beach wedding joined in on beach bonfire with s'mores and even saw manatees and dolphins. This 3 bedroom condo has balcony access from all 3 bedrooms. Sand is like sugar palm trees a great addition. My family of 8 were all comfy and loved the beautiful artwork and extras in this condo. Only con was our stay was too short!

Our one week stay was very relaxing and the condo was spacious; just like the pictures. The condo was tidy, the view was absolutely spectacular. The one minor issue we had was addressed by the owner. We look forward to staying here again.

This was a last minute trip to escape the aftermath of Hurricane Ida in our area & man was it an awesome distraction! The water was beautiful and the views from the large balcony was simply amazing!!! The condo was very well appointed. The whole family agrees that we should return to this condo soon!

This condo is so beautiful and was perfect for us! Two families stayed and it was perfectly comfortable. Great access to the beach!! My only complaint (if you could call it that) was that there was a wedding every night on the beach. So we had to move our stuff completely out of the way. But the condo itself was beautiful!

We were looking for a large, oceanfront yet affordable place for our families of 4 adults and 6 children ages 5-12. This was a perfect fit for our family. I do have to give the rating a little lower only because of a major safety issue with the sliding glass doors on several that open to the balcony. We could not get at least 2 to lock. I messaged the owner about the main door from the kitchen. She said they can be tricky and they were but none of the adults could figure it out and it seems to be missing a piece. Maintenance still had not came by the time we left. THE VIEW IS AMAZING!!!!The condo was pretty clean and well kept. Beautiful artwork and decor. We did have some extra beach towels left for us, as well as some pool toys, beach chairs (which the private beach access was amazing! With 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs!!) We marked front row chairs at 7am every day!! The pool was perfect for the kids! The elevators didn’t take long at all- unloading and the wait when we arrived was a little tricky Saturday evening but it was still worth it. The walk to the beach is a breeze however if you have a wagon or stroller there are stairs but there are 2 different private beach access areas which was nice. The beach bar was a nice plus for refills on cold refreshments and a change in snacks for the kids. We had everything we needed to cook food which is what we mainly did. We found a wonderful seafood market that steams for you- Skippers by Win Dixie. The water pressure was amazing! I was really surprised how hot the water stayed and the pressure did the water even with everyone bathing at the same time, dishwasher and laundry going!!Thank you again and we will definitely look you up the next time we plan to come back!!
