The house we great - didn't care for the 5pm check-in and the 10am check-out. The TV wasn't working in the master bedroom but they did swap it out while we were there. The biggest challenge was that the weather was cool and we quickly ran out of things to do with 3 teens since the beach was out of the question (tennis, shopping, go-carts).

Kelsey and Meredith not only answered all my emails in a timely manner but followed up when we were there to make sure everything was going well. The unit, which we have stayed in before, is extremely well equipped for large family gatherings- especially the kitchen. Tivoli is our favorite location in Sandestin - bigger units and easy beach access as well as basketball, pickle ball and some of our favorite restaurants at the entrance plaza! Great space for a large family the upstairs bedroom is key for our young adult children! The stairs are a bit of a challenge for our grandparents but there are rails so they were doable.

The townhome was great for accommodating my entire family, 4 couples/3 children. The home was very clean, lovely furniture and a great open floor plan. Loading up the golf cart and heading to the beach was super easy and a fun way to get around the property. There is a walkway alongside the home that leads directly to the pool. The management company was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Having a door code was so convenient for a large group and made check-in a breeze.

We always stay in Tivoli when we come to Sandestin but this is our first in Blue Haven but hopefully not our last. The place was very clean upon arrival. The only complaints we had was not enough towels and the dryer takes three cycles to get anything dry. Overall a lovely place!

The condo itself is very nice and well furnished. It was spacious for our family of 10. The upstairs bedroom does get quite warm though. The Sandestin community is lovely with a great pool right by the condo, and it's fun to travel around with the provided golf cart. The beach is beautiful but insanely crowded on a mid summer day. I'm used to working with private owners with prior rentals, not a company, and the difference in communication and familiarity with the property showed. There is an app that is used but seems to have more generic info than specific to this condo. We were given incorrect instructions about trash, which led to some embarrassment with the neighbors, and were told there weren't any beach chairs or umbrella and there was, which could've saved us the trouble of traveling with those. There also aren't any beach towels provided, which is also a hassle to have to travel with. We had a few small issues (non working toaster, clogged sink, etc) and when communicated to the company they did address it. FYI there is also an extensive rental agreement to sign.

This beautiful condo was exquisite! Plenty big enough for our family! The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of pot and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware! There was a problem with the internet it it was fixed three days into our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The management company was very helpful and made sure that all ours needs were met!

The living room is a wonderful space to gather, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy! The place was clean and well cared for. The pool is very close and the golf cart made beach access easy. The only negative was how crowded the beach is in this resort. We drove to a different beach or went later in the day, which worked out well for our group.

The layout was great for having your own privacy and yet perfect for eating meals together. The golf cart is an added bonus. We used it to get around and take advantage of what the resort had to offer. We also enjoyed the screened in porch. Of course the beach was very crowded but that was to be expected. There are several swimming pool options if you want to get the Florida sun without fighting the beach crowds.

BUT, people defiantly need to be aware of steps, all 25+ steps to get into the house. My mom is older and had a few issues going up and down. We really had to limit trips because of this. The cleanliness was very good, but there were areas that needed dusting pretty bad.

The property was well maintained and just as shown in listing. The golf cart made traveling to the beach VERY convenient and fun. There was some trouble with the provided code, but after a couple of messages, we were provided a new one that worked. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property!

Well located, comfortable living spaces, although parking tight. Quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The kitchen was probably the best equipped condo we've been in...plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, cups, pots & pans & utensils. What would/should have been a pantry was locked by the owners, so unfortunately our unrefrigerated groceries had to sit on the counter which limited our work space.

We were down there for a convention at the SD Hilton. This unit was fantastic.. Very comfortable. Easy access to the convention hotel and beaches. We will use this unit again if available.

The condo was comfortable and clean. We fit 3 families comfortably. We had a couple issues that Beyond Blue was able to help with such as very low water pressure in the showers. They came out to replace the shower heads. We were without a dishwasher for the week which was an inconvenience. Who wants to do dishes on vacay? It was great to have the high chair and pack play. The pool is super close proximity which was nice. The golf cart was crucial- so glad to have it. Very nice to be able to use the golf cart tunnel for evening excursions to Baytown. Easy parking at the beach access- but the beach was packed which was unexpected being off season.

Very nice place, we were very happy to stayed in that condo.

This place is really nice with decent location. Wouldn’t even consider renting if golf cart wasn’t included due to distance from beach. Beach was severely crowded due to all sandestin properties in surrounding areas access the same part of beach. Biggest downfall that will keep our family from renting again is the horrible parking situation. There are only 8 parking spots by condo with 16 cars competing for those spots. So all week I was walking 200-300 yds after dinner to my condo which is ridiculous!!
