The property was very modern with a great little market down the steps. It was very convenient to the river and also great restaurants. The 4th of July fireworks on the river were fantastic! We had a super time, and will try to stay again at this location.

My sister and I took my niece to see 4 colleges in the area. This was an amazing place to stay right next to a beautiful grocery store and other stores. Very clean and love the 2b 2ba set up. The stairs keep giving you a little exercise. Nice quiet neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Appreciate the good coffee in the kitchen. Thank you so much ❤️💙

Excellent location. Home was clean and well kept up. Host very responsive! Only drawback was a 10 am checkout time given we had a late flight out but we knew that up-front so no surprise. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here during our quick trip to Portland. We had a small glitch with the check-in process (passcode wasn't working) but the owners were nearby and available by phone and were able to help us right away. There was plenty of space, the furnishings were comfortable, we cooked in the kitchen with no problems, we found everything we needed. It was conveniently located to a grocery store and other restaurants, not too far from the tram. We felt safe. The space was quiet with no noises coming from neighbors. Request more towels before arriving as they put out just one bath towel per renter. I would stay here again!

Loved this property while in Portland for a short visit to Lewis and Clark. Walked to the amazing grocery store and my husband went for a run along the river. Very clean, upscale, and safe!

Condo was large, clean, and easy to find. Everything we needed :)

The condo was great. A couple of things that could be improved on is more small appliances such as hand mixer, crock pot, cookie sheets. Also if more than 2 towels per bathroom could be supplied. Overall it was very enjoyable!

Great location to stay close to family and friends. Lovely quiet home. Being a flat lander With a bum knee, I was worried about the stairs. They were no problem, low rise and uniform. Plan to stay again for my next visit.

Great location with a nice market just steps away. Apartment is clean, setup well, and comfortable. Keep in mind you will need to take the lanyard with you if you use the parking garage as the key on it gets you back into the parking garage, lesson learned the hard way :-). Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Comfortable property in a convenient location. It’s in a quiet location with some nice options for food within walking distance. Zupen’s Market makes it super easy to have a low-key meal in the unit.

We had a great few days at this clean, safe, and easy location. The condo was perfect for us as we spent our days visiting multiple Portland neighborhoods and came back to our nice condo that felt like "home". The space is well-appointed with everything you'll need, and if you forgot anything you can run downstairs to the market for snacks and beverages. We sat out on the balcony in the morning and enjoyed our coffee and sunshine. The beds were comfortable, with nice linens and cozy blankets. I felt comfortable with our private parking space and the grounds around us were well-maintained and safe. We'll definitely be reserving this space again on our next trip to Portland.

This is a spotless, modern 2-story townhouse in an ok neighborhood in Portland. It's definitely safe but it's not in the middle of anything fun. There are a lot of stairs but they are not steep. I wouldn't rent it with strollers or someone who has a hard time walking. So 0 reservations about the actual property, but Sarah, the hostess is as snippy as she seems from her remarks to past guests. We have a feather allergy, which I did not tell her about. When I called for feather-free pillows, she said, "No one can bring them to you." Her tone was just rude and no problem-solving empathy. Then her message in writing, which felt like CYA, was "You can pick them up at the grocery store up the block, but you didn't tell us so we can't do anything." We found a Target and bought 2 new pillows for $20. Now she's right that we didn't tell her. But, since we were leaving them there, we asked her to comp us and she got very snippy in return, "We didn't do anything wrong, so why should we comp you?" Then, the second-floor toilet wasn't working. She said it was too late at night to get someone (I knew it would be), but then the next day she said she couldn't get a handyman out there till the following day (the day we were leaving) and we should be happy because at least we had another toilet (!). Since we paid for 2 bathrooms, I pushed back and she found someone to come. It's a great place, but an anti-customer service host. So stay if you want but hope you don't have any issues.

This is a great unit! Two bedrooms both with a full bath on separate floors. Perfect for 4 people to be comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied and the linens were all in great shape. The property owner is very responsive. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood in the morning to grab a coffee and walking along the river in the park. Our daughter decided to commit to Lewis & Clark Law. We will definitely be back to stay.

Quick overnight stay in south Portland. I had a hard time finding the property, I called Sarah and she immediately picked up the phone and guided me til I was in the unit. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean and nicely decorated; mostly an adequate description online but one really doesn't know what two uncovered flights of concrete stairs are until they are going up and down in the rain with heavy luggage. The check in process had multiple steps which we eventually figured out. A couple of errors on the check in and check out process included two different numbers for the parking spot; we ultimately went with the spot on the garage key and two different checkout times. The owner quickly cleared that up for us as a 10:00 a.m. check out. In regard to my title, there were a few details that are not deal breakers but need to be addressed for future guests. A couple holes in the ceiling for speakers or lights need to be fixed and a small hole in the dry wall by the electrical box needs to be filled. In addition, an iron needs to be provided to go with the ironing board, and more silverware is needed. Thus - how important are those things in the big picture? We appreciated the coffee pods and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and comfortable beds. The location seemed to be pretty close to many tourist attractions and close to downtown to attend the Portland Symphony and shopping. On Saturdays there is a farmer's market that is about a 10-minute drive. We enjoyed the multiple venders and watching a crowd of folks dancing!

We stayed here for a work trip, and it was walkable to our office. Perfect spot, very safe and easy to get around.

We came to Portland to both work and enjoy the city. We did both. The condo setup was great. Having a little shop for groceries, etc. just across the drive was perfect! The condo is well maintained and comfortable. The checking in and out process was a breeze.

Very nice condo and near OHSU. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Our only issue (which was mentioned when we rented the property) was a lack of elevator access. The stairs are steep so any elderly and/or folks with medical issues will want to be fully aware. The property manager was great, and very responsive! Would definitely rent again!

Very much as described; clean, large and well-appointed. Great views. The only thing missing was a doormat inside the front entry way to wipe our feet to try to keep the rain outside.
