Beening charged twice for the same stay. Then hotel denying it.

Newer hotel, super clean, friendly staff, great location.

property was good. well decorated and festive.

Well my problem started the day before we arrived. we received a call saying we had been bumped out of our two Queen bees room and put in a one king bed room but I was assured they would provide us with “an extra cot”. When we arrived there was no cot in our room. When had to rush off the the event we were there for and upon returning we called down to the front desk to inquire about the cot, we were told they would “look into it” we never heard anything so my husband went down to the desk and he was told they knew nothing about it but would “see what they could do”. Well after 11pm we were woke up by a phone call from the front desk letting us know they could move us to a different room. Too little too late. my kids were already asleep and I wasn’t going to wake them up, pack up and move rooms at that point. Not sure we will stay at the same hotel when we return next year.

when we arrived at our room at5:00 pm it was not made up. We left our luggage and went to dinner. when we returned it was nicely done.
