I loved the view from the balcony beautiful 😍

We couldn't get in for 2 hrs 😩 my niece fell in the shower was very slippery shower was dirty

The Condo is an absolute mess, on arrival you are met with a large black stain on the carpet of god knows what ,and the staining of the carpets continues through out the whole property !! The oven door is thick with grease , the two tubs and shower cubicles are in a disgusting condition and have numerous areas of black damp !!!!! The waste bin was filthy inside, but the cleaner just put a clean bin bag in without cleaning it first!!! and it stunk !!!! The Tumble dryer vent pipe is not connected to the external vent and as a result, the bathroom it is in, gets full of fluff and dust that just adds to the overall rubbish state of the bathroom!!!!! How the owners can describe it as there Beautiful Vacation home is beyond us, they can't have visited for months if not years !! The management company looking after this condo are are certainly not doing a good job !!!!!!! So bad we only stayed one night and moved to a Hotel !!! In 35 years of visiting the USA this is by far the worst accommodation we have ever rented in any state!!!! and we have visited 44 so far !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED RENTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We liked the actual Sea Terrace staff, the building was ok and the location was good.

Vacasa overall made the trip a misery!! And could have cared less! We will never deal with them again. Throughout 30 years of coming to OC, this was our worst trip due to their unprofessionalism and treating us like a number in a corporation. the room was very outdated and not cleaned appropriately. The building it self and the actual Sea Terrace staff were great.

I miss having a TV in my bedroom.

everything was great about the condo, we would of lived to be at a higher floor. just so we can see more of the ocean.

Nice location

this was a condo with no amenities other than the basic towels and sheets. It had a nice starter kit with a roll of toilet paper and dishwashing tablets, etc. However I wasn't aware of just how dirty the unit was until I went to use a blanket that was in the living room. Full of sand!!! The place neesa a good scrubbing. The bed was lumpy and needs replacing. The TVs in the bedrooms do not work either.

PARKING, it said in contract that there will be quest parking for $10 a day . well there was 8 of us and needed additional parking and person in office said that is isn't true . so the other couple had to find off street parking not easy. so you need to take that out of contract. .

The place wasn’t cleaned properly. Had to make several complaints. Dirty linens were left outside the door for pick up service that never came. The condo itself had way too much furniture crammed in. It made it feel very uncomfortable. The decor was very out dated and way too personalized.

What breakfast?

Signing in we were not allowed inside the building. Many people were waiting to get their keys in the hot sun and the unorganized office was a bit aggravating.

It wasn’t cleaned upon check in. Bed was broke, closet doors were off the closet. They just said, “We know”. unacceptable for what we paid. After the housekeeping lady left we found dirty baby diapers behind the bedroom door. Strawberries between the chair and couch. Berries Been there awhile.

It was a great property and views were exactly what I wanted the balcony view was perfect. BEACH ACCESS was perfect.

The bed was broken in the room with double beds and this sounds silly but to have at least one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom because many families are traveling a long distance and bathroom is the first place that most head. Then the families can go get more but the initial getting their would be a help.

Room not prepped well. No paper products or toiletries as promised in listing. TV broken 3 out of 5 days.

That we were right on the beach.

That we did not know we had to drive to pick up keys to get in at night. I also think there should have been toilet paper and garbage bags at least for the week. We spent a lot of money to stay there then to have to rush right out to the store was frustrating.

.Very clean , fresh towels and linens. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We had 4 adults three kids and there was plenty of room . Beautiful view , very close, easy access to the beach. Highly recommend

The king size bed took some adjusting to but wasn't the worst.

very dirty knowing that we pay half of the cleaning services. no toilet paper given. we only have half the roll. when it was finish no extra to be found. we called vacasa property and spoke to someone. he said he will let the owner know. but yeah no respinse from the owner. they did not wash the bed cover. bathroom floors is dirty. microwave is dirty, there is laundry in the washer, they did not put away the dishes from the dishwasher. very disappointed!!!!
