Beautiful villa overlooking ocean that lived up to the pictures on the website! It was perfect for entertaining, for hanging out at the pool and in the pool, and easy walk to private beach. Cynthia the property manager and Allen who handled orientation and onsite maintenance were so friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views, especially in February when we could watch the whales continuously jumping in the ocean from the pool area. Wonderful experience.

Place was ideal for what we needed. First thing you notice is the view. Amazing view from an amazing pool. The pool was also deep, so that made it nice for adults. The set up of the property was awesome. The L shape inside made everyone have a great view and access to the pool. The house had plenty of space. The person limit is more determined by the sleeping arrangement then the house size. The place had 2 separate hang out areas. Two really cool things about the place were the outside bathroom and the extra drink fridge. Being able to have things delivered before you arrive was a huge plus. I have read some reviews that complained about the gate and distance from downtown. Yes it's kind of an extra step, but one for your safety. The kitchen wasn't brand new, but it was very nice and had everything you needed. Maybe only a new dishwasher would of made it any better. The beach is a 10 min walk, and has amazing views and waves. Very private mostly because you are unable to swim. Overall it was a great vacation and would highly recommend the place if it's what you are looking for in a rental.

My wife brought her staff and spouses as a reward for a great 2022. We loved staying at Casa Kee Mere. The home was absolutely beautiful. Great communication with management and concierge. The Chef brought in the last night was a fantastic way to end our stay. Highly recommend Casa Kee Mere. There was some construction nearby but we really were never bothered by it. The shower in the master............wow. The pool view of the ocean was magnificent.

We loved this house and will be back. There is some construction going on nearby, but that didn’t affect us enjoying the home, pool and amazing view. It’s at the end of a culdesac, so very private. We walked to/from town a few times and had a chef at the house, which was awesome. Great kitchen and dining areas in and out.

Amazing experience- concierge team and property manager was extremely responsive, attentive and helped our group coordinate a variety of services for the duration of our stay including chef services, on site massages, yoga, transportation,etc. Location is only 5-10 min from “downtown” Cabo. The villa is beautiful- pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend !!!

I gave this property a 5 star rating because it’s magnificent! We had a great time!! It’s does need a little TLC in the kitchen area. Although it had most of what we needed, could find a decent knife or a decent pair of scissors.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Cabo. We will definitely be returning. It's safe, secure, spacious and private. I would of given it all 5 starts but there was just a couple things. Upon checking in the first day while getting our tour the toilet in the master bathroom was leaking. We were told our choices were to shut the toilet off for the week or keep towels around it. They said they were aware of a crack in the base of the toilet and there was nothing they could do. We opted to keep towels around it so we could use it. The washing machine in the house was broken, Eduardo informed us of that during check in. He said he would show me where another washing machine was that we could use but we never found it. The first morning we woke up to ants all over the kitchen counter. All the food we had on the counters had to be thrown out. While I realize we are in the dessert and sometimes ants can't totally be avoided a sign or mention when checking in not to leave food on the counter would have been appreciated. The garbage disposal stopped working on our 3rd day there. Also the dishwasher racks were broken, they didn't sit on the tracks properly and when you pulled them out to fill with dishes they would fall. Clearly this had happened before us as we found a bunch of broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher when we tried fixing ourselves. We resolved to hand washing most of the dishes to avoid using. We were told a locked door in the main living room was the owners storage closet. This closet started to have a pool of water coming out of it the 2nd day. I called Eduardo to let him know and he said it was due to the AC sweating from leaving the door open. We were then very careful about closing the door but the water never seemed to stop coming out of that room. We had to have towels down the whole time at the base of the door and they were soaking wet. Lastly our check out time was 11a but staff showed up at 9:30 and entered the house and started cleaning. While we appreciated the later check out time then alot of properties it would have been nice to enjoy our last morning without staff hustling around us. Again this was a wonderful vacation and we loved the house. Hopefully this helps the owner get these small inconveniences fixed for the next lucky guest who gets to stay there. Concierge service was great in pre-shopping for us and the the private chef is a MUST! Fantastic staff and food!

Great property, spectacular view, and clean. Just as advertised

I celebrated by 55th birthday at Casa Kee Mere. The villa is stunning. It was hard to leave the villa to go to town. Cynthia our concierge was wonderful. Her restaurant recommendations were great. Ricardo, was very helpful. We had a personal chef prepare dinner on my birthday. Highly recommended! I would stay again at this villa.

Renting was fast and easy.

We rented this house for a 30th birthday / New Years Eve celebration and it did NOT disappoint! The house had everything we needed. We were a group of 8 females and the layout was perfect. We enjoyed each morning/afternoon at the Infiniti pool overlooking the ocean. On New Year’s Eve we were surprised by fireworks at midnight!!! The host was superb, communication was perfect and easy with Cynthia the property manager. We were able to schedule a chef for several days, massages, and even someone to come administer COVID tests. We would absolutely rate this place at the highest possible score, and look forward to booking again. P.S. it’s a gated community and VERY secure. Easy to call taxis though and close to downtown.

There were 6 of us ladies and we had an absolute blast here. The views were over the top and the staff was so helpful! We had a chef every morning for breakfast and the food was delicious! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a luxurious getaway ✨

Our party of ten stayed at this amazing property! Everything was as advertised. The view was absolutely stunning. The catering staff and food was awesome! The property manager was fantastic and responsive to all our needs. We are definitely going to return and enjoy this amazing place.

There were six adults in our group. We had a wonderful time. Views we’re spectacular. I highly recommend Chef Cosme. He and his team will cook and serve drinks at the property. We had some great meals at Ediths, Flora Farms and a few others, but it was Chef Cosme that left us wanting more. My only recommendation is a new coffee maker and /or Keurig machine. Neither worked.

This rental was perfect! The pictures don't do it justice. The pool, outdoor area, and view were amazing. The house had everything we needed. We had the property management company arrange our transportation to/from the airport and our COVID testing at the house and both were super easy, reliable, and worth the additional cost. The property management company was there when we arrived making check-in easy. The neighborhood was really cool and the beach was a five minute walk (though you can't swim there). I'd highly recommend this place. It was great for our group.

I rented this beautiful villa for my family and I to celebrate my birthday week. I am so glad I chose this place! It is even better than the pictures and that view of the ocean never got old! It was spacious and the perfect size for my family and I - we all had our own room and bathroom. The pool was the best part as we spent most of our time there. We went out a couple nights and I have to say the security team at Pedregal is so helpful! We used Uber for most of our outings and had no issues - we provided the name of the house each time and they were easily able to help us. The private beach was beautiful as well - just be careful not to swim or get too close to the waves when they’re high. My family and I all thought this was the best vacation we had due to Casa Kee Mere! Thank you to Eduardo, our concierge, for being available to help us whenever! If you’re currently scrolling the app deciding which place to book - book this one!

They prepared the best meals we have ever eaten in Cabo (they were even better than our dinner at Ediths while we were there). This vacation was one of the most relaxing and carefree we’ve ever had! We had an amazing time at Casa Kee Mere! The neighborhood is gorgeous and we felt very safe with the diligent front entrance gate security. The science nearby construction, the cul-de-sac was very quiet. But we felt like we had no noise restriction and could be ourselves. We felt very at home. The only thing that was really frustrating about the location was that there was no real directions for how to get from the front entrance to the property. We tried several times to google map the address or drop a pin at our location. None of these tricks helped. Ultimately, we jotted down some directions to and from the gate and passed along the directions to the property manager, Cynthia, for future guess. We had gotten lost so many times. It is of note, that Cynthia was very attentive to our needs. She responded immediately to text and tried to help us in anyway we needed, whether it was booking a whale watching tour, ordering a private chef, recommending beach locations, or organizing in-home Covid tests. We were pleasantly surprised at what a fully stocked kitchen the place had. The wine opener was broken and the mugs and plates had chips, but Cynthia was very receptive to us notifying her of these details. There was also a broken recliner and a broken fan before we arrived. But, again, Cynthia addressed the concerns. we were also unaware that pool cleaners and outdoor maintenance would come by from time to time. So they kind of surprised us every morning when they showed up unexpected. Again, Cynthia was made aware that we were unaware and apologized. I realize these complaints are pretty insignificant. In reality, it just shows how fab the place was if these are the only things I have to complain about. Ha. The only thing I do really wish the house had more of is blankets. The ad says it sleeps 10 people, but it really only sleeps eight and you could probably put two people on a couch. My son slept on one of the couches and he just had to use a bunch of sheets for cover. There were no blankets. But enough with the negative. The positives of our stay outweighed anything that could’ve possibly been negative. We were shocked one night when there was a firework show down the hill. They were so close and directly in front of the pool, it looked like the show was prepared for us. It was remarkable! Just an incredible ambience and an incredible time! We would, hands down, come back to Casa Kee Mere next time. We honestly can’t wait!
