We stayed a week and was perfect for our needs. Three queen or king beds with individual bathrooms. We used the grill once and my daughter enjoyed the hottub on the deck which has a beautiful view. We walked the river trails to Bend several times on both sides of the river (along with a snake, deer and rabbits ... and others walking with and without dogs).
Electric fireplace was nice (could use a blower to take the cool morning edge off). We also rented the 416B (one queen and bathroom) which connects so we had room three bedrooms.
Used the washer and dryer - small but effective and the dishwasher. Could use some new towels - getting a little old. All and all a great place to stay.

Spacious home, comfy beds with plenty of room to spread out with our 2 teen boys. We loved the hot tub, outdoor grill and kitchen. Great view, and close to a trail for hiking along the river. Central location, and easy to get to all the sights and restaurants. Would love to stay here again.

The resort property is lovely, green and well kept. The condo we stayed in was very clean with a huge plush couch and family sized dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, flatware, knives and useful miscellaneous pieces. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious comfortable,

This property was well suited for our 3 couples that were in town for a wedding. The views alone are worth the visit. Very convenient to the Deschutes River Walk for a lovely way to start the morning.

We spent 3 nights in condo and loved it! To be honest we spent most of our time in the deck, it was wonderful. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our annual trip to Bend every July. We've been coming for over 15 years. Things went downhill when Meredith took over. Under the Meredith managment year after year we experienced unclean and poorly maintained units. We are so THANKFUL that we discovered ARRIVED! Much cleaner units. Well maintained and stellar customer service. Thank You!

Very nice place with very comfortable beds. We had a few hiccups but Arrived was on top of it all and took great care to resolve the issues. The place has a beautiful views and everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Absolutely loved the location and view! Hot tub was so relaxing. Enjoyed seeing all the wildlife from the balcony. Loved how much room there was for my family. Quite a bit of scrapes, holes and paint damage on walls and doors. The carpet was pretty disgusting because of the stains. I think for the amount of money that I paid the interior should’ve been updated. The tile floors and tubs in the bathrooms weren’t very clean and there were a bunch of dead bugs behind the couch. We did like how the kitchen was stocked with pans, dishes, spices, etc. Using a code on the door lock to check in and out was great. Wish check in was a few hours earlier than 4 pm.

Wonderful Getaway!
This place was so clean and spacious. The view from each balcony was breathtaking of the Deschutes river with a walking trail very close to the space. All 3 bedrooms were excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. The hot tub was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious property with magnificant views in a great location with convenient access to the Deschutes River trail, easy drive to the Mill District and Downtown Bend. Perfect place for access to Mt. Bachelor. Nice hot tub overlooking the Deschutes River!

Great place, perfect for what we needed
We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the place. We needed a place close to Mt. Bachelor which is where we spent our days and this place was perfect! Close to the mountain but also close to town and all it's amenities. The hot tub was perfect and we enjoyed relaxing in it in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for the great place!
