Beautiful property off the beaten path. If you’re looking to be away from people, and all the hustle and bustle, this is a great place. Property owners are amazing. Great communication.

We had a pleasant stay with our two kids (6 and 8 years old). The home was perfect four our family of four. We found it clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It was great being able to walk down the back steps to the beach, and the home provided everything we needed as far as beach gear. We were there during the full moon, so there was no beach to speak of for portions of each day and it was a little tricky getting into the water with young kids, but we still had a great time.

This home has it all! The privacy however was the best. When the tide comes around noon, no one can walk on the beach in front of the house for at least 2 hours. just enough time for some afternoon privacy. And the walls on each side are high enough that no one next to you can see on to the patio. Not that the beach is crowded anyway, you feel like its completely yours the whole time! The home is clean and comfortable, no complaints. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful home, property owners were above and beyond accommodating and all services offered were the best ever from beginning to end. Mike and Alana couldn’t have been any better. My wife and I rate our stay 10+. Thank you and we’ll be back

This property is absolutely perfect for 2-4 people. Decorated so cute, very comfortable! Can’t beat the view! The hosts were very responsive. Will definitely be going back!

This property was just BEAUTIFUL!!! So cozy and lots of room to roam. We snowmobiled and the trails were somewhat close, and were they groomed beautifully. Troy & Mike were GREAT hosts. Very commutative!!! Mike even saw us off on our first trip down the trail. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Thank you

The casita was so charming. It was decorated with an impeccable eye for detail. Views were amazing. Owners were easily accessible & great to deal with. The only downside is I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location is impossible to beat. The house was in perfect condition.

This home is as gorgeous as the pictures presented. We took advantage of yummy breakfast burritos delivered warm to us by Ale and massages from Lucy. They only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.

We loved staying at this property. It is clean, modern, and loved that the ocean comes to the steps. The communication with Alana was great. She responded to any questions quickly. We had a great, relaxing time.

My ant has never been there and it was her 77 birthday and our host left a birthday wish on the table and a little give very sweet

I don’t want to be selfish here… so I’m writing this review to let others know this is the BEST place you can stay in Rocky Point. I’ve been going to Rp for the last 14 years at least twice a year and I’ve never had such amazing service. Alana set us up with massages, food to come to the house, and overall was just a wonderful person to speak with. The place was so clean and beautiful.. the beach is calm unlike near the resorts where you can literally get taken out by a wave. Ally- the cook is AMAZING, be sure to get breakfast burritos with chorizo!! I will be returning as soon as possible! Thanks Alana and Rick!

Enjoyed a great time at the property. Everything was as it was listed on the description. Enjoyed playing on the beach and also seeing the tide come up to the property. The house had everything we need to enjoy our time.

Property exceeded all expectations - super clean, well equipped, finely finished inside. The beach in front of the house is sandy and delightful. Being as far back as it is in Las Conchas, the feeling is secluded and private. So glad to have been able to spend time in this house!

Me and my man made a deal to make this our monthly spot! So worth it!! Everything was perfection and the water was so warm. Dinner at Tequila and Mariachi was so worth the drive! Can’t wait to go back

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week or so. It was our first trip to Rocky Point and we were very impressed with this property. The beach is just outside your door with the ability to see high and low tides shifting throughout the day. The home has several built in sky lights allowing for a lot of natural light in the home opening up the space. We did find that it was a longer drive into town than we anticipated (15-20 minutes), but felt it was worth it for the private beach and views that we had here. We were able to reach home owners quickly and easily and they assisted us with several needs that came up (laundry, step-ladder, etc.). Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. Beach extras were available and easy to use (umbrella, chairs, toys). It was the dead of summer heat in July, but we were able to enjoy our time with the comfort of this home. A week or so before my arrival Alana emailed me important information about the property and location. Within that email was information about local vendors they recommend, like Lucy the masseuse. We used her services during our stay (it was a great value) and would recommend her to make your stay be even more relaxing. The property is located in Las Conchas which is east of the city of Puerto Peñasco. The drive from the entrance of Las Conchas to the property is a little far but not busy. The stairs down to Casita Carino brings you to the beach and sea views that will have you relaxing just from seeing it. (Side note: the stairs are a little steep. If you have knee problems it may be a little difficult, but worth it.) After you take your eyes off the view you will see the beautiful property. When you think of a casita you think it would be small but it was the perfect size for me and my 3 guests with room to spare. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. I was impressed by how well taken care of the place is and very well decorated. A little surprise was waiting with a nice card welcoming us to the casita. The bed, sheets, and towels are of good quality. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The AC worked great and the WiFi was good. When we arrived the tide was heading back out and we had a short, enjoyable walk to reach the water, which was so warm. I spent most of my stay sitting outside on the lounge chair listening to the waves or inside enjoying the AC on the comfy sofa. Two things I would warn future guests about is the parking and lack of laundry facilities. You park in back of the property but it is just off the dirt road. So after a few days my vehicle had a thick layer of dirt. A washer and dryer would have been nice but not completely necessary, just make sure to bring extra beach towels and a couple of swimsuits (clothes pins may be helpful if you want to leave things out to dry outside. It is breezy and things can fly away). Casita Carino is the best vacation rental I ever stayed at and worth every penny. This review was both easy and hard for me to write, because I absolutely loved this place and I don’t want too many people to know about it. However, I can’t deprive others of the pleasure of staying here. Go, relax, and enjoy.

Alana’s home is the best property I’ve stayed at in Rocky Point. It is clean, updated, and comes with all the kitchen and beach essentials! The beach at that part of Las Conchas is also the best, with all sand for playing, relaxing, and long Beach walks. We had a great time at a great house!

Casita Cariño is as perfect as it appears in photos. The house has breath taking views of the Sea of Cortez. The outdoor patios are perfect for lounging, reading, grilling, and sitting by the fire pit. The house was adorably decorated, clean, and well supplied. But the best part is the access to the beach. During low tide a hug expanse of sandy beach awaits you. During high tide the water comes up to the sea wall making an impressive display of waves. We will return!
