This house is right on the beach and walking distance to the lighthouse. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from the rooftop. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could want. There is plenty of room for multiple families.

This house was the perfect getaway for our group of three adults and five kids, 8 and under. Plenty of space and seating, beautiful and safe balconies, lovely oceanfront views and fast beach access. The beach is flat and safe for littles. High tide comes all the way up to the beach access stairs, so the sand stays wet- perfect for sandcastles! The house had absolutely everything we needed, from kitchen items to extra throw blankets for the unseasonably chilly May weather. It rained for two solid days of our stay, and if we had to be stuck inside, we were thankful that it was here! There were board games and several tvs inside, plus the covered balcony for wave watching even during the storms. We had one question for management during our stay, and the response was quick. Very professional and helpful. A huge thanks to the owner and manager of this beautiful home! Our family absolutely loved our stay.

The pictures of this house were beautiful. Once you arrive, the house is even better in person! We had an amazing time. Communication with the owner before check in was easy and thorough. Would stay here a 1000 more times!

This was our first stay directly on the beach, and we could not have been happier. The views were tremendous! The house itself was beautiful. All the supplies we needed were there. We liked that it was on a less crowded part of the beach. We enjoyed watching the surfing classes. We would definitely recommend this house for your next stay.

This house was perfect for our group and had comfortable furniture and beds, which you don't always find at a beach house. The porches helped our teens find some private time when they wanted and some of them could stay up later and talk and chat on the roof while the older crowd went to sleep! The location near the end of the island was great to see dolphin's at the point near the lighthouse almost every time we walked down to that area. Sarah answered any questions right away. Our daughter took surf lessons and it was literally one minute down the beach from the house and she loved it. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home right on the beach. It is towards the end of East Ashley so you get the benefit of an almost private beach but can still easily get to the great restaurants and shops of downtown Folly. I would recommend a car/golf cart. The bedrooms are the perfect size and everyone said they slept comfortably. I couldn't ask for better communication with the manager and instructions were clear regarding house access/rules etc.

Sarah, the property manager, made everything so easy and gave us everything we needed to know to make our stay perfect. The place is everything the photos show and more. It is directly on the beach, so you just walk across a tiny beach access right on the property and you are on your own almost private beach. Our grandkids lived in the water. We ate in more than we thought we would because the kitchen had everything we needed. There's a big comfy couch that held us all, so we had many a dinner/movie night, all three generations together for a whole week was such a gift. Everything about the house is beautiful and comfortable and the view can't be beat. Plus, it's on the end of the island where there just aren't any tourists. We adored our stay and want to come back soon!!!!

My college teammates and I (6 of us all together) had an amazing time at this property. There was definitely room for more of us and we were so comfortable. The home is as beautiful as the pictures describe, and you cannot beat the view! Coffee was n the deck each morning was a highlight of our trip. I hope we get to visit again!

Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe this property. We had the best time and our large family of 6 had plenty of room. The weather was not wonderful, but we barely noticed. Communication was amazing, house was clean and this house is literally right on the ocean. Will be back!

Sarah was a great host, and the house was perfect for our family. The elevator was not working, but Sarah communicated this well ahead of time. The accommodations did not lack for anything. The view, the location, the kitchen items, the furnishings, everything was just right!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Had an absolute blast hanging out on the roof top deck. With the tide in so close to the house we felt like we were on a cruise. Thanks for having us. We're already planning our next stay!!

Such a perfect house and location on Folly! Great views, calming sounds, and the perfect layout for a big group. We loved the secluded feel on the beach while still being close to restaurants and shops.

Sarah Williams is an outstanding host. She was quick to respond and willing to help with problems. She would talk me through features of the house. We had issues with the WiFi, Internet. I leased this particular unit because of the elevator, one member of the family is disabled. The elevator didn't work but we overcame that issue. It was a wonderful place for my family to honor the life of my Mother. We could be together eating at the long dining table or watching slides on the family sized couch, or off at the beach, or in our separate bedrooms, or on one of three balconies. The time was grand.

Beautiful beach setting w sunrise and sunset views. Spacey home. Unfortunately the wifi, cable and elevator didn’t work the entire time of our stay and wasn’t fixed before we left, quite an inconvenience as some of our group had trouble w all the steps. Traces and smell of mold found in the bedroom on the main floor.

We were in town to celebrate our son’s wedding on John’s Island. Our oldest son, wife and 3 children along with our other son all stayed in this beautiful house. We loved the beach access, the porches and the great sized rooms and bathrooms. Very accommodating for all and the elevator was an added bonus! Communication was great with the property manager. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back and stay again.

The minute you walk in the house, you notice the beautiful views. This house is directly on the beach and has a large porch/balcony with lots of seating to enjoy the amazing view. The master bedroom/bathroom with an additional balcony is incredible. Sunsets from the rooftop were also beautiful. The house was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Nice furniture and linens. Location is great. Easy access to the town of Folly Beach where you will find great restaurants and bars. A perfect trip!

Loved the balconies to sit and relax while watching the waves. My elderly mother in law appreciated the elevator since she cannot climb stairs. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our whole family

The location of this house on the beach is incredible. The decks overlooking the beach are awesome, we used all of them! The dryer did not work during the entirety of our stay, which was a huge bummer because we had wet swim suits and towels the entire time. There is no clothes line or good place to hang wet towels or clothes, which is something they could improve on. There were definitely stains on the carpet in the bedrooms and the quality of the pots and pans for cooking were definitely worn out. So a few things that could have been better but the location of the house, the beachfront and access is not to be beat and made the other issues minuscule in comparison.

We just spent the most incredible week at this property. The panoramic views of the rooftop deck allow you miles of beach views, sunrises, marsh views with sunsets, and you can see Morris Island Lighthouse and the Arthur Ravenel Bridge! It is a perfect location for a short bike ride to the end of Folly or a long run toward the pier. The house has space for plenty and a perfect living room/kitchen for big groups. Communication with the property manager was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
