Great property, fantastic pool, very short walk to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for 9 people. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I (there were 9 of us) stayed here for a week. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The host and local contact were very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the in house chef. It was a bit of a walk into town but we really enjoyed the neighborhood and felt very safe.

house is very spacious and well worth the cost. located in a safe area, close to touristy area. unfortunately the beaches were filled with seaweed but not their fault. we got to enjoy the pool though. house is great for 5 couples, and plenty of space to hang out

Property manager Angela was very friendly and helpful. She took care of every request in a timely manner. Property is a safe area with plenty security staff. They were also very friendly and helpful! Villa Izcalli was clean and at convenient location. Overall excellent service!

Five couples for a week, the house was nice and spacious with beautiful peek-a-boo views from house and gorgeous views from rooftop pool area. Very walkable and safe area. We use both the chef service and had massages at the house and it was all absolutely five star service. The entire Latin Latitudes staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thanks to all!

The house was absolutely amazing 5 huge bedrooms with large bathrooms, amazing rooftop pool and 1 block to the beach. The views were amazing and the house was fully stocked with everything you could ask for. Angela was available for any and all questions. She was wonderful. Beach chairs and umbrellas and a nice easy walk I to playa del carmen. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for 3 of our birthdays. There we 10 of us and it was a trip of a lifetime We highly recommend renting this beautiful villa We will be coming back to make more memories

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was a Beautiful full place to stay. We feel like we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the amazing pool. There’s a great amount of bedrooms in the property with ample space to move around and enjoy it.

This house was ideal for our group. We had a group of 7 adults staying to celebrate my 40th birthday. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, felt safe, and loved the rooftop pool. The house is exactly how the pictures portray it. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand was the seaweed issue because it limited our beach time other than that we had a great experience. Erin was a very gracious host that communicated promptly; we will definitely book again when we come to Playa Del Carmen!

perfect for a family trip. we had 6 kids and 4 adults and there was more than enough room. the beach is a short walk and we walked to town everyday. it would be a great house for a couples trip as each room had its own bathroom. we will absolutely book this again

We had a great stay in Villa Izcalli. It was perfect for a group of 7 adults celebrating a birthday. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, was clean and wel managed. We enjoyed it and can’t wait to return.

Amazing house and views with everything you will need. Very close to the beach. Bars, food and shops just a short walk away. Felt very safe in the neighborhood at night. Great vacation spot for any type of traveler! Couldn't have asked for a better spot to be in all of Playa Del Carmen!

This was a great location for our trip! We had 5 couples celebrating our 40th birthdays. It was close to the beautiful beach, and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool/deck every night! Easy safe walk into town to restaurants and shops! We used some of the book recommendations for restaurants- Plank was our favorite! We didn’t have any needs while we were there but Erin was very responsive, answering our questions prior to arrival. We decided to utilize the catering services for some of our dinners. The only thing we would’ve liked to know ahead of time is if we would have the same housekeepers and chefs all week so we knew if we needed to tip daily or at the end of the week. We did both because they were all wonderful! We would love to come back and visit again!!

Beautiful property. Very comfortable for 10. Close to beach and easy walk to nice restaurants and shops. Our family likes to cook. The only area for improvement: needs large pasta pot and large roasting pan.

We rented this property for a girls vacation and it was absolute paradise! The house was beyond our expectation...it was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had the best location. We felt so safe on the grounds and could even access the beach very easily. I cannot wait to go back and stay at this property - truly was one of the best vacations EVER! And that POOL with the view - you have to see it to believe it!!

This house was as nice as described. The open floor plan was great for hanging out and the bedrooms and bathrooms can accommodate a large family or group of friends. Our group consisted of 8 adults, so having 4 king beds and 1 queen worked very well for us. The kitchen and grill were well equipped for making meals. The wifi was good with several devices connected and helpful for those that had to work a bit. The private rooftop pool and deck were truly amazing! Due to the seaweed/algae that is occurring on the beach, we spent most of our time at the pool. The close proximity to Playa was very convenient whether you were walking, headed to the bus station or grabbing a taxi. Though the Playacar development has security at every entrance, we highly recommend following the Owner's rules and make sure all doors remain locked . Two safes were provided for valuables. The Owner was very responsive and nice to communicate with.

Villa Izcalli provides a perfect location with all the amenities for a great Mexican vacation experience. Beautiful views close to the beach, walking distance to 5th Ave and plenary of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The only thing better than the property was the support. Erin was excellent , super responsive and helpful, Andrea was awesome answered all our questions, made great suggestions and took care of anything we needed, Susan was super hooking us up with transportation and support for any of or activities . We had 9 people on our trip and everyone had a fantastic time! This was our 3rd vacation in MX and definitely the best!

5 stars. The house was as good as the pictures (if not better) First, the location was great - 1 block from the beach and short walk to calle 5 (the main part of "town"). Second, the house itself was great. The house was very spacious. Each bedroom definitely felt secluded from the rest of the house. The roof top pool area was amazing. We never wanted to leave. Also, the ping pong table was a blast. Third, Erin was very responsive and accommodating. She helped arrange "pre-stocking" food and snacks and accommodated a late check out. We would stay at this house again without hesitation.

Villa Izcalli was more spectacular than the photos and the photos were pretty amazing. There was nothing missing from the villa and all 6 of us were thrilled. All the Latin Latitude staff were terrific too we called on them for drivers and ideas and they came through every time. The Villa is located in a Playacar Fase I which is gated and secluded but located adjacent to 5th Avenue where all the action is. We walked to dinner each night.

10 adult couples stayed here in February 2017. We enjoyed that all bedrooms were largely similar (4 king beds, 1 queen -- all have their own private bathroom) which took away from the stress of deciding who gets which bedroom. The house is elegant and spacious and we never felt like we were on top of one another. The roof pool area is awesome -- great views. The cleaning service was there 3 times throughout the week and they work for their money! Check-in was a breeze, everyone working for the rental agency was readily available through email or phone whenever we had issues, which were relatively minor. They are also able to coordinate transfers and day trips. The only drawbacks were also minor -- the internet was spotty, the door in our bathroom was notoriously squeaky and never stayed fully open, and some of the bedroom AC units needed service, but were addressed during our stay. The only thing that was not fixed during our stay was the dishwasher which was out of order when we arrived. That said this house is a great retreat for big groups, and looks better in real life.

Me and my husband spent a week here with 4 other couples. This home is amazing!! We could not believe how spacious it was. The decor complimented the tropical setting and it really felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The bathrooms came fully equipped including hair dryers, curling irons, and Chi irons as well as organic shampoo, conditioner, and soap. When we weren't out on the town or doing excursions, we were on the roof top enjoying the awesome pool where the view was breathtaking. Also 5th Street was just a short walk making it so convenient for the group. We definitely will be back.

Villa Izacalli was a perfect fit for we four couples escaping our winter. The villa was more than the pictures. Even though we were minutes from the beach, the roof terrace and pool became our sanctuary where we enjoyed the sun and beautiful view. Angela and the staff were very responsive and helpful, even responding to a problem promptly one evening. Erin answered all of our questions prior to booking. We all agreed to consider booking Villa Izacalli again and would not hesitate to work with Latin Latitude Vacations in the future.

We had an amazing time in Playa at Villa Izcalli! The staff was extremely responsive to any needs we had. House is close to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to town! The house was lovely -- better than we expected. Plenty of space and very clean. There were 11 of us, including 7 children. We all felt like the house was larger than the pictures. Views were fabulous from the roof deck. The neighborhood felt safe. The only bummer was all the seaweed, which seems to be a problem that only happens every few years. Obviously, this was something no one could control. The beach also had lots of sharp shells and some rocks. Even with the seaweed, it was still gorgeous. Some of our favorite activities, outside of the pool and beach, were a day trip to Tulum Ruins with an afternoon at Playa Paradise, which is a beach club. Fabulous! We did a snorkeling trip on the Catamaya which was also terrific. Our favorite places to eat were Carboncitas and La Cueva del Chango. If you can, reserve a night with the chef, Susan. We were unable to, although it was our loss. Wonderful vacation! The management was extremely easy to work with and the house was perfect!

When looking for a property to rent for our family's stay in Playa del Carmen, we read a lot of stories of caution. We vetted many properties and followed advice we found online. eg: Phoning property managers, checking references, checking reviews, watching for odd reply email addresses. Erin replied to our inquiries. When we saw she noted a contact number for Calgary, Canada (where half of our family resides), we had a bit more confidence. To try to help reassure us that her company was legitimate, Erin even gave us her father's number in Calgary, whom we contacted as well. Her father was surprised at our call. We felt more confident after speaking with him as he wasn't pre-prep'd for our call and spoke well of his daughters enterprise. We were assured she was a real person and this was a legitimate company. Prior to our arrival, we arranged for a night of catering, welcome snacks, groceries, shuttles to and from the Cancun airport and tours. All done through Latin Latitude Vacations. We were delighted with our stay in Villa Izcalli. The house was very clean. Rooms were huge. The catering was superb! The beach was an easy stroll. The roof top pool was a wonderful place to lunch, enjoy each others company and take in the views. The welcome snacks and tours that Susan arranged for us were fabulous. Susan met us at the property and answered any questions we had about the house and the area. Also for our first night, Susan helped us to pre-arrange a Mexican Fiesta catered dinner, done by Chef Eli. They let us add Chicken Mole to the menu. WOW! So glad we did. All the foods were excellent. Chef Eli's mole is the best mole I've ever tasted!! The tour company they sent to take us for our private tour of Chichen Itza was excellent. Eddar and Omar were very professional and fun. They also took some of our group on the Coba tour. Those that went came back with marvelous stories about their adventure. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms towards the end of our stay. We emailed Daunte the maintenance manager. It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door. A plumber came and fixed the problem right away. I think we really did luck out with our choice to book with Latin Latitude. We would absolutely book this house with this company again. From the roof top pool, we could see many of the other houses we'd considered booking. We were so glad we'd picked Villa Izcalli.

We stayed for 12 days and the house was perfect for our family reunion. It was had lots of room and plenty of places to relax. The entire staff was so helpful and made our trip even more special. Having the grocery delivery and catering on arrival was perfect. The dinner was amazing. The tours were top notch as well. Couldn't ask for a better location. The beach was so close and just beautiful. The roof top patio and pool was a great place for us to hang out and visit. It was an easy walk to downtown and we had no problems cabbing it anywhere else. We all felt safe and enjoyed our stayed so much.

This property is well maintained and exactly as pictured. My sister, brother and our families stayed here for a week and had a great time! Dante and Erin were wonderful! We took advantage of the grocery delivery and I am so glad we did! Susan was so helpful! The beach is a minute walk away! The waves were just perfect to spend hours floating. The beach is not wide, but it was never crowded. We used the taxi service several times to run errands and it worked perfectly. Several nights we walked to 5th avenue for shopping and dinner. It was about a 20 minute walk and we always felt safe. We also arranged snorkling with FatCat catamaran. We all had a lot of fun and the snorkling was great! We had few very minor issues, and Dante was there immediately to correct or advise how to use. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house! The description on the website was on point. Beautiful views, clean and the staff were great. The cleaning crew are very respectful & trustworthy. We had no problems. Location is perfect! Walking distance to downtown & SAFE!!!!!!

We just got back from a week in paradise! Everything about this villa is better than you can imagine. We were a group of 10 adults staying for the week. Erin lined up our ride from the airport which was flawless. Susan lined up our arrival groceries and our cooks for the first night. The chefs were amazing and cooked for hours before serving us! The food was amazing! The villa has more space than any of the pictures let on to. There are really 4 levels of space including the infinity pool which boasts a 180 degree view of the ocean. You literally get to that top floor and just say WOW! The bathrooms all had lotion, shampoo, cream rinse and soap. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary things to cook up a storm for 10! We did it 2 times. The maid service does a fantastic job cleaning up the kitchen too which is sooooo NICE! The only things we wished we would have had were more blow up floating things for the pool and maybe a pair of binoculars to look out at Cozumel. We will be back! Hopefully next time for 10 days instead of 7!!!
