We had such a wonderful time at Priscilla's home and feel lucky to have found it. The location is so close to the beach, bay and easy to get to different areas on the Cape. Clean and modern, the home was the perfect size for our family meetup and everyone enjoyed their stay! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Lots of space for three separate family groups. Upstairs was perfect for the babies to have their space and quiet. Screened in porch was a great bonus. Lots of parking. Great first time in Eastham.

This is a wonderful, clean and spacious property in a convenient and peaceful location. We were lucky enough to check in a little early due to the efficient cleaning team, and easy check in process, and even though we had internet difficulties for 24 hours the owners were very responsive and worked with us to get it rectified. The covered sunroom was an added bonus which we used for games night, dining and relaxing after a long hot day at the beach. Loved this property and will certainly be back next year. Thank you.

A beautiful home in a quiet location. It was perfect for our group of 7 people. Loved being able to access nearby ocean beaches, ponds and restaurants by bike to avoid any traffic or parking issues. Hope to visit again another year!

House was perfect for our group of 7/8 girlfriends to escape to the Cape for a week. Great overall house layout and bed configuration, plenty of parking for a group. Room for a group to spread out, very clean (even the outdoor shower) and everything appeared exactly as shown in the photos. We did not use the unfinished basement gathering area, but if your group includes kids/teens, they will find it a fun place to hang out. The owners clearly take excellent care of this home. The screened porch area was our favorite spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and late night chats. Super easy access to bay and ocean beaches, bike path, and only a 30 min drive to PTown as well as Chatham. Priscilla, the owner, was great. All communication was clear, responsive, and timely. Our entire group agrees, a 5 star rating in all categories!

Such a lovely home. My entire family thanked me for finding it. Wild turkeys were spotted every morning and the kitchen had everything! Our favorite spot was the screen room!

This house is as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was great. It was only a bike ride to Nauset Light Beach. It is also a relatively short trip to Orleans, Chatham, PTown Wellfleet, and the drive-in theatre. I would definitely rent from Priscilla again. I texted her once with a question and she got back to me right away. Five stars!

Priscilla was a wonderful host and was extremely helpful in coordinating all logistics prior to arrival! She was readily available in case we had any questions during our stay as well. Her home was spacious and perfect for our group (the outdoor screened porch was a major plus!). We're looking forward to returning in the future!

The bedrooms were all very comfortable for our first two weeks when there were two couples and two single women. The third week we had 4 adults and two children and the rooms were great for this configuration too. We especially enjoyed the very large screened-in porch and had most of our dinners there. Close to the bike trail and all the beaches!I have been visiting Eastham for since 2002 and this was definitly one of the best places I have stayed.

The home is updated and modern . We rent on the cape every year and this house is our favorite for two families and 8 people. We spent all our time on the porch when there and would suggest it for anyone who asks!

Great location and nice quiet street - close to favorite beaches (bay and ocean side), close to bike trail.

The home was lovely and arranged with many places for people to gather including our favorite, the large screen porch. The home's location was great for biking to beaches, ponds and hiking trails. It seemed that the owners had thought of everything we might need which was very helpful. We highly recommend this home!

We just left the house this morning, and our kids are already asking if we can go back. This house is beautiful and conveniently located minutes away from the Rail Trail, the Salt Pond Visitors Center, and Arnold’s Minigolf & Ice Cream. We loved the bike rides to Coast Guard Beach and the sunsets at First Encounter Beach, but the best part was the blissfully peaceful post-kiddo-bedtimes glass of wine on the screened in porch (by far our favorite part of the house). Highly recommend this place, especially for bike-riding families.

This is a wonderful house for extended family! Great floor plan. The screened in porch was a favorite of ours! The home has been beautifully renovated. Kitchen and bath are completed new. Entire house has been painted. The home is clean and comfortable. This is the best property we have rented in Eastham since we have been coming to the area for the last 9 years. Priscilla was easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly.

We vacationed here recently with our two grown children and their families. The recent renovations are apparent as soon as you enter the driveway. You walk through the giant screened porch with a TV, most unusual, but quite welcome. Outside of the porch you plan your first cookout on the new Weber Genesis grill. The kitchen is modern and well furnished; important because grandpa is an avid home cook. The rest of the living area is well furnished and comfortable. There are TV's all over the house, so the kids can watch the adventures of Sponge Bob, while the parents retire to another area to watch CNN or read "the failing New York Times". Location is also a great feature; you're close to Arnold's and several high quality purveyors of local seafood to eat in or bring home to cook. The house is a short jaunt to Nauset Light beach, where one can spend hours soaking up the sun and surf. The property owner is quite responsive and answers emails or texts immediately. In short, this place is a winner.

We were the first renters in this newly renovated property! The new owners did a wonderful job in creating a property that was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything for our family of five (two adults and three teenagers). The house had four very comfortable bedrooms, a brand new kitchen, new bathrooms and a fantastic screened in porch for enjoying summer nights. The location was also fantastic. Not only was the neighborhood quiet but it was a short bike ride away from two National Seashore Beaches (Coast Guard and Nauset Light) and the bike trail was 1/2 mile away. Priscilla was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered all of my questions. You will not be disappointed with this house - it's a find!
