Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room for everyone, and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, cleanliness of the house, and the play structure and deck. There were some minor issues—the window screen in one of the upstairs bedrooms was broken and flying out; the screen door on the deck had been put on backwards for some reason and didn’t have a functional door handle; a couple of the dressers had broken drawer fronts that pulled off the frame when you tried to open them; there were only two rolls of toilet paper in the entire house, so we ended up having to get our own. Those issues aside, we enjoyed how quiet the house and neighborhood were and the relative proximity to the beaches and other areas around town. Overall a decent place for our stay. Easy check in and check out experience.

We rented short term but would definitely return for a longer stay. Kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of room for our three adults and four teens. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

House was well equipped with cooking supplies, linens and towels! The outdoor deck is awesome and the kids loved the playground. Close to the beach and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the garage door not opening and the neighborhood across the street was a little sketchy, but no other issues overall.

This beach house was perfect for us... Lots of room to accommodate everyone, the playground was a big hit for the kids. The large deck was amazing to relax on, and the BBQ made feeding everyone easy. There was a full propane tank, and seasonings available to use in the kitchen. Will definitely stay again if ever needing a beach house in the area again!

We stayed here with family for a weekend. This house was clean, big enough to accommodate everyone in our 8 person party, and was a very walkable location. The house was well stocked and had plenty of sitting/dining space. I would highly recommend this house to any large group needing a place to stay!

This property was perfect for our vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our party of 4 couples and a baby. It was a very walkable house to the beach, shops, restaurants, and breweries. The only downside was the beds were not terribly comfortable and many said the beds were too firm. Nonetheless, this property was lovely and we would stay here again on future vacations.

This house was very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the friend we were visiting. Very clean, beautiful ocean sounds and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back!

This three level 5 Bedroom House was great to stay At with the boys The air hockey was a hit !!! The deck was huge with great sunset views of the beach we will definitely have to stay here again!!!!

It was a great rental for our family gathering. I was surprised at how much space there was. Enough bedrooms for everyone. It had everything we needed. I loved that there was a waffle maker! Easy walk to the beach. I would definitely rent this place again.

The entire home is stuck the 1970’s with updated electronics that don’t function.

We visited Newport for the Wine & Seafood Festival. Liked the floor plan for large groups. view was great from the deck and within walking distance to the Beach

We really enjoyed this property. A short walk to the beach and easy access to good restaurants. The house is wonderful for three separate pairs or individuals with three large bedrooms. We did not use the small bedroom which would be suitable for kids. Great deck with view of ocean. We would stay again.

Great place within walking distance to many amenities. 5 bedrooms makes the place ideal for larger groups. We would definitely rent this place again if we come back to Newport.

Wonderful layout but they need to hire a different cleaning company. Also the black mold around the windows was terrible. Hopefully they handle this because the house layout and location is excellent!
