Eveything about this place was amazing from the location to the views to the owner and off site manager. They were very helpful along the way with answering any questions we had. The only thing for people to know is if you're going to walk down town, its a bit of a trek. The unit is located on quite a steep hillside. There are of course taxis constantly driving by if you'd prefer. Otherwise theres some steep hills and about 150 stairs. That being said it obviously does not take away from how positive our experience was staying here. We would definitely recommend and hope to be staying here again in the future.

Great place to stay to experience the city of Puerto Vallarta! Communication is great with the Property Owner and Property Manager. Beautiful view, beautiful pool, and very nice condo! The only cons are it does involve walking up hill or up many steps from the beach if you have difficulty walking. Of course, a taxi eliminates any walking difficulties. Most of the time we had to pay 80-100 pesos for a taxi back to the condo from various locations within the Romantic Zone. But, we were a group of 4-5 people and I think they charge more when there are more than 3 people. The location is a little noisy due to traffic and some nearby contruction. But, we felt it was tolerable as a trade-off to the beautiful location and accommodations. We plan to stay here again! We love Puerto Vallarta and love this location!

This is a beautiful charming Mexican villa . We were here for 3 weeks immensely enjoying the villa, the spacious deck with the fantastic view coffee in the morning a few sunrises and always stunning sunsets. The property itself is clean, well maintained and the pools are a welcome respite from hectic days out. The complex is on a steep hill off of the highway leading south out of town expect some traffic noise. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the deck all day or keeping our windows and doors open all night. A great experience overall, the property management is excellent with a wonderful cleaning team. Highly recommend, have been coming to this specific complex for decades this rental is a true gem, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with another couple and LOVED the property. Rigo was easy to communicate with. Silvia was great helping us check in and deal with a small issue. And the cleaning lady was amazing. Great property!! It is on a huge hill, but if walking isn't your thing there are plenty of cabs and ubers. Thanks for a great property.

The view is breathtaking. Above the Malecón with a patio that opens to the ocean and the comfort of enjoying the sun. The location is in the heart of romantic zone. Steps away from all that you will ever need. I must mention theses steps are all up hill. Get your Uber app ready as you won’t want to walk home every night. But short ride.

It was a lovely 10 days at the condo. We enjoyed the space, the other residents were friendly and had great suggestions for activities. We would book again if we go back to PV

Unbelievable view

I was nervous to travel with our 1.5 year old but staying at the condo was wonderful! It was very well equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed the patio and pools while our daughter napped. The location was great! Short walk to the beach/Malecon/romantic zone. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Rigo, Silvia, Esperanza and Cesar. You were all wonderful.

Beautiful condo with incredible view. Had to deal with Condo construction during the day and loud neighbors at night some nights until 3am. Met some owners that think renters (VRBO etc.) are terrible and dirty. They made us feel like 2nd class citizens, and talked loud and rudely around the pool. They made everyone who didn't own a place feel bad. Just plain bad people... they like the rental money they get but get off on making people feel less than. Again the condo was great, but the people around it were another story.

Villas Loma Linda is positioned on the hillside in Amapas just above Playa Los Muertos with a beautiful view of the bay. The condo is very rustic and traditional with some richly-carved furniture pieces and tile and some more modern, updated touches. The kitchen is small but amazingly functional, the rooms are all large and airy, the pool is large, beautiful and meticulously maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Rigos, the location was perfect and the view was amazing. Everyone at the property was helpful when we needed something or had questions and we would stay here again.

Excellent rustic stay in the heart of Zona Romantica. Great value for money. Rigo responds quickly on time whenever he is contacted. Sylvia, the onsite property manager is accessible and helpful as well. Had all the amenities like washer-dryer, a stocked kitchen, wi-fi, TVs with streaming service and grill outside.A maid cleaned the unit once during our 5 day stay. We had the big pool to ourselves the 3-4 times we used it. AC is only in the bedrooms which was not an issue for us. It can accommodate 2 small families or a big family or a group of friends as there are two bedrooms with their separate bathrooms. Towels, beach towels, folding chairs, beach umbrella are all there, just bring your own toiletries. We walked to the beaches and taco stands in Zona Romantica like Playa Amapas & Playa Los Muertos. If we were going anywhere else we took Uber (we got a Mexican SIM and replaced the US SIM on one of our phones to be able to use the apps while outside) which was around $40 MXD to Malecon. It is a bit of climb to the Villas, but there is Uber and taxis if you don't feel up to it and they are very affordable (starting at $2-3 USD for Uber.) We also stayed in a condo in a resort complex in Nuevo Vallarta but we loved this Villa Loma Linda experience in Zona Romantica better. If you want to know the real Mexico, this is a good place to stay and start that adventure. Thank you Rigo, Silvia, Alberto and the rest.

This was a beautiful property. The pool is very clean and the A/C worked well. I can't wait for my next visit!

Amazing place great location pool was an added bonus!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We are a family of 5 and had been on the road for over 3 weeks. This condo gave us calm, quiet and an opportunity to just relax and enjoy the pool and beach. I loved sitting on the patio to watch the ocean and enjoy my coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Rigo was very responsive to one issue that popped up our last night, and was very helpful and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again!

The property was better than I could have imagined. The views are stunning. I would highly recommend this property.

Had a great 5 night 6 day stay!!! Plenty of space for two people and great staff. The shared pool was nice as well as the dipping pool on the roof. Road noise was manageable. Enjoyed the experience and had my full recommendation!!!

Family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teens) stayed for 2 nights for a family member’s wedding. Location was perfect. The unit could use a little updating/be cleaner but it was fine for our purpose. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms which makes it difficult to enjoy the living area when temps are in the upper 80s. Easy to get Ubers to go into town for meals. If walking be prepared for steep inclines. The pool was nice and quiet.

It was everything we hoped it would be. Having stayed at Loma Linda on previous vacations we couldn’t wait to get back. Unit was as listed no surprises and was absolutely a perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to go back. Owner also great to deal with.

This property is beautiful. It was perfect for our family of five. I highly recommend staying here. Just be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs to get to and from the main strip/beach.

We enjoyed 6 days of beautiful sea views and peaceful vacation. People were all friendly and the apartment was clear and roomy. Showers were large and kitchen well equipped. I would love to stay here again! The climb with the stairs from beach/town was quite steep but good exercise and when we got tired taxis were easily found.

We've stayed at this condo several times it's great! The veiw is great and the condo is great too.

We loved the terrace, view, and decor of the condo! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and everything was well-maintained and clean. Both pools were great as well. Although it was definitely a climb up to the complex, we found it a good way to work off the amazing food in PV. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to others!

My check in was smooth and the place was much more spacious that I initially anticipated. It had all of the amenities that one would need in vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

We spent 5 wonderful days in Puerto Vallarta and had a great experience staying at this property. The views are incredible and the location is very convenient to walk to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The unit has character and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a refill of the provided bottled water and they were so quick to respond within minutes. The property also has a full kitchen with washer dryer and everything worked well. We also took a couple day trips to Los Colomitos beach and on a Vallartas tour and had no problems getting an Uber XL to pick us up at the property. I would highly recommend property especially for a family of 4 or 5 looking for a relaxing get-away.

The view is spectacular! Both from the terrace and the main bedroom you have a beautiful high view of the bay and rooftops. Everything is comfortable for a family up to four, and I appreciated the well stocked kitchen including the drip coffee maker. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Only caution I would give is that you should be ok with a steep walk uphill from town…we definitely got our steps in. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to walk and don’t like hills (but Uber and taxis are really cheap too). Really nice place, nice condo complex, we didn’t use either pool but they looked beautiful.

The condo is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. It was very clean, safe, and a great location. The view from the balcony is a million dollar view. Communication with the owner is easy. It can get a bit loud but thats Mexico. Loved our stay.

This is a well-maintained property with ocean /green views and fairly easy access to the waterfront (if many uneven steps are not an issue for you). Uber or taxi work well if you prefer not to walk. The unit is less than 20 steps down from the main entrance to the building. In November, the unit was comfortable without using AC. The listing description is accurate. The kitchen is well equipped, but the pots and pans appear to have been mis-used or overused (a minor negative - half star ). Maintenance is very good. Basics like sugar, salt, detergent were provided. Convenience stores are located within half a mile. Overall, a great property.

Absolutely loved this space. A short walk up the hill on the east side of the highway, it was quieter than the rest of the Zona Romántica. Loved having the view at night of the sunset, and being able to open all the doors and enjoy the breezes. So grateful to have a washer/dryer in unit. Phenomenal water pressure in the showers and sinks. Jacuzzi did not work in common pool area. Since we checked in on a Sunday, we had to wait for the property manager to let us in, but they were accommodating with early check in and late check out.
