It is a water front, but no beach. I purchased things to go on the beach, that I couldn't us. I purchased towels and sheets, because the website said they wouldn't be provided. When I arrive there was both in the unit. The sink and toilet was backed up to the point that I couldn't turn on the water to wash my hands without the sink overflowing. We travel monthly, but I'll go back to Put in Bay. We loved Put in Bay, but not this property. Bill was great.

Easy check in and out, Place is larger then it looks in photo’s. Screen doors we not functioning, but there is AC, so it wasn’t a problem! Deck is very large with an excellent sunrise view of the lake!

We had a great time. The condo was clean a great. Beautiful view of the lake and not to far from downtown.

Things went smoothly with no issues. Check in and check out were easily. Golf cart rented from here was convenient and easy too.

The only reason it's a 4 and not 5 is that we would have liked to have more cookware in the kitchen -- I had to get creative to prepare a meal. A coffee table or dining table would have also been nice since I was feeding 6 people (the deck has a large table, but the day was hot so we ate indoors). However, these are small things -- the unit was very clean, staff was polite and helpful, and the view was spectacular. We were in Put In Bay because our daughter's band was playing at Frosty's, and it was a great excuse to visit somewhere new while watching our daughter perform. The people of the island were friendly, and the place itself is charming. We really enjoyed the trolley tour around the island as well as the Perry Memorial, waterfront park and restaurants. The venue owners and patrons also treat the bands very well (not always the case in other locations). Fun long weekend which I would highly recommend.

The garbage disposal was not working and when I called the office, someone came right over and fixed it. Beautiful view and comfortable!

Overall the room and pool were nice but the issues outweigh the cost. Neighbors above us we're partying until 3 am each nice with loud music and jumping/stomping on the floor. Also be aware that the bedroom window faces the walkway and you will hear every drunk person yelling as they return all hours of the night. People in the building were setting off fireworks from the balcony, cigarette smoke smell was inescapable from surrounding units. Each morning we would find garbage from the unit above on our own patio.The garbage disposal started bubbling up with food and garbage that must have been from previous guests. There were no sheets, pillows or comforter for the pullout couch which we didn't realize until we went to make the bed the first night. They were brought the next day when we called but for the price to stay you would assume something as simple as bedding would have been available. None of this would have been an issue if we were staying at one of the party resorts in the town but with all the rules and restrictions in this property we assumed it would be more calm and it is obvious that nothing is enforced.

Were it not for the loud, drunk, inconsiderate neighbors on both sides, it would have been a perfect stay. Quiet times are posted, but clearly not enforced.

My friends and I had a great time staying here. All six of us slept comfortably. The check in/ check out process was very easy and everything was great!

Property was clean and convenient to Miller Ferry and airport. Golf cart rental on premise.

We highly enjoyed our stay in put in bay! The condo unfortunately had not been cleaned when we arrived, but the housekeeping staff were so sweet and quick to correct this issue. The condo was in a great location and we had a great time on the deck. This was our second time staying with this condo company and I would highly suggest it!

This year was a little different. We walked into a filthy environment. The floors were filthy the deck was dirty and with cigarette butts and a leftover Styrofoam cooler. Not what we were expecting from the prior year. In addition to the dirt, on day 2 there was a large group of people that thought it would be ok to smoke marijuana on the back deck at 5:00 PM while we were sitting out back with our kids. The property needs to step up the cleanliness to 2018 standards and get rid of the riff raff that are not good for kids. Also, with it sounds like they don't check the bookings as we booked the larger condo and then 2 days before we were to arrive we were notified by email that our condo was cancelled. In talking with the staff member that answers the phone she indicated that can overbook rooms and show them as confirmed. This was not the free and easy experience from 2018. Hopefully they get this all corrected and get back to being the quality facility it was before.

Condo was great! Far enough away from downtown to be out of the bustle when you want to be. Highly recommend a golf cart to get around the island, for food, shopping and entertainment. One enhancement the owners could make is room darkening curtains. The sun shines bright through the sliding doors so for guests sleeping on the sofa, it’s very bright. Also would recommend a full length mirror. One mirror for 5 guests getting ready proves challenging. Small fixes but would greatly improve the space. Overall highly recommend

A view on the patio of beautiful Lake Erie! AC temps were great. Loved the community pool and made friends there all weekend. Bobby was a great property manager and even went out of his way to hook us up with Ice and pizza recommendations. Would recommend to all and would come back!
