Great house rental for experiencing New Smyrna Beach. Right on the beach, short stroll to Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants. The house is clean, with a good-sized living area, complete kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Really can't beat the combination of location, privacy, and value.

Excellent experience! What a great view! Property was clean, well furnished and generously equipped with everything you need for a great vacation at the beach. Check-in was easy and all directions were easy to follow. Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. Pet friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

I was looking for someplace on the ocean that was pet-ftiendly. Saw this cute place that was more than happy to accommodate us with a dog and was in my price range so I rented it.
It was the perfect place for us -- sleeps seven but there were only five. We felt comfortable there and the other people staying there were very friendly and most of them also had a dog or two.
It worked out great for us and we would highly recommend it to others.

Very pleased to have found this lovely beach house and pet friendly place. Location was great with gorgeous ocean and beach views. The unit was well equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay including linens, beach towels, beach chairs, grill, kitchen items, dog gate and so much more! I highly recommend this place and would return if we vacation in the area again.

The location can’t be beat for beach access, as long as you don’t mind the cars on the beach. It was an easy 10 minute walk up the beach to Flagler Avenue. The unit has beautiful big windows, looking right out to the beach and ocean. We really enjoyed the deck and large living room. The bedrooms were nice sized. The bathrooms were a bit run down but clean and totally usable. Overall, great place to stay for a beach trip with family and friends.

So lucky to get this nearly last minute stay right on the beach to celebrate family member's birthday. This place was well appointed and views were great. The dogs loved it and did fine walking outside. Parking was good since not everyone had more than one car when we stayed. We come to NSB a lot and more than a few friends had noticed this place but usually it is booked. Definitely on the list for repeat visits.

"Teri and Frank, Great place right on the beach!! Had everything you would want or need. Great communication with Teri. She will get back very fast with answers or whatever information you would need. Their place is Very clean and very spacious:) beds slept great and we loved the deck chairs with the view! It is the best!!We were in the Turtle Unit. Nice laundry area and wonderful that it is provided along with the rental. Also they have the neatest golf carts( rent by the day). ours was decorated for Christmas. Thank you for working with us to check out a little later due to my son's wedding day, It sure helped us not to have to hurry. Ya'll have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!" We would definitely stay here again.

Awoke each morning to sound of rolling waves, drifted off to slumber each night to sounds and scent of ocean waves. Walked the beautiful white sands, steps from door, with beach almost deserted each morn!

Spring Break 2022
After I booked Angel in the Sand, I noticed it was on the drive part of the beach. This concerned me a bit because I did enjoy the quiet of the no drive part we had stayed on last year. We ended up enjoying the close proximity to Flagler Ave and also renting a golf cart to use on the beach (and side streets) for a couple of days. The furniture was comfy in the living room and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics. I would stay there again for sure.

Winter escape
Location is right on the driving area of the beach overlooking the ocean. It’s a dog friendly property with safe neighborhood areas to walk our dog. Comfortable king size bed. Met the owner who said they bought the 4 unit property 12 years ago & that they make continued improvements every year. If we would book again I would choose a downstairs unit so I wouldn’t have the stairs to climb every time my dog wanted out.

Beautiful Stay for our wedding!
We had an amazing time for our wedding weekend! The view was beautiful right on the beach. It was very dog friendly for our two pups. We also rented a golf cart from the owners which was a very easy process and great to use to get around New Smyrna! Overall our weekend was unforgettable and we will definitely be staying again! Thank you!!

Amazing condo!
This condo was amazing and the view was phenomenal!!! It had everything we needed from cooking to beach chairs and umbrellas. We brought our golden retriever and lab and they absolutely loved this place as well. We would definitely go back!

Great location and beautiful views!
Stayed only for 1 night as we were traveling from South Carolina to Florida Keys. Will be booking again for a longer visit! The house was immaculate! Furniture was so comfortable, decor was so cute! The owner was the best host by sending a listing of the best restaurants and other things to do.

Great house.
This house was directly on the beach and had everything anyone would need. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is that if you’re a light sleeper you may want to choose an upstairs unit. Due to the age of the house the floors creak a lot so we did hear every step people above us took but that didn’t ruin our stay at all. Teri was great to work with and answered all our questions.

The Angel Inn the Sand is the perfect, on the beach retreat for families and fur babies! The unit is spacious and has everything you need and is conveniently located. The owners are attentive and offer lots of recommendations for places to eat, golf cart rental etc... We can’t wait to stay there again!
