Great house exactly as shown in the listing. Close to everything you need in town. Comfortable for multiple families and very clean. Also, there is great fishing right from the backyard!

This is a great deal on a prime lakefront rental with all the amenities you could want. Great views and lovely landscaping / appointments. Big kitchen and dining area, bedrooms are large with plenty of bathrooms. Basement and attic space perfect for large groups. Host provided local info and communication with property manager was great. Private, quiet getaway close to everything Eatonton/ Reynolds has to offer. 10/10!

We had an amazing long weekend at this lake house! We were in town for the Masters and didn’t want to stay close to the hustle and bustle. This was a quaint and quiet area with beautiful views of Lake Oconee. We really enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone in our party.

Beautiful home with a great layout for a large family. Good separation provides privacy when desired. The upstairs porch with TV provided a great place to watch the Masters.

Fantastic Home on the water perfect for large families or groups. The house is in a cul-de-sac at the end of a long winding road (which is great for walks/hiking). . We had 11 people and everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of room. Home was beautiful, well maintained and very nice. Hope to come back again -

Our family spent a fun week here. Plenty of space for us, our 3 adult children and their spouses, and three grands. Roomy dock with a slip for our boat. Quiet enough area to swim around the dock and float on our Lilly Pad. And just up the lake was an island with a “beach” where our little ones could play. The perfect getaway for our family!

We went with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids). There was more than enough space and everyone felt like they had privacy. The location to everything was great and a short drive. We rented a boat from Young Harris and it was a short boat ride for pick up and return. Brad was quick to answer questions prior to our stay. The dock was perfect for the kids to jump off of and swim as well as adults relaxing. We had a toddler with us and the crib was a nice added touch. The room is pretty sound proof and she slept soundly while the adults enjoyed time upstairs. The kids bunk room was great and we didn’t hear them as they played and relaxed up there at night! All in all this is a great place for large families and we are already planning next summers trip!

The property is perfectly located and has all the amenities a large group of all ages could ask for. It’s location is secluded yet just a couple of minutes away from grocery, gas, marina, etc. Our family would certainly rent this property again.

This is our third year in a row in this house and we absolutely love it! House is plenty spacious for our family's needs. The owner had been super easy to deal with. Beautiful view and great fishing off the dock. What more could a person ask for?

Our family (party of 12) had a wonderful time staying at this house on the lake - plenty of room and very spacious. Great open floor plan on the main level which allowed all of us to gather without feeling crowded. Beautiful views of the lake with a large dock which we used for our boat and jet ski rentals. Brad was very prompt in his responses to questions and recommendations before our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and made some wonderful memories!

Great floor-plan. Allowed for privacy for all. Great location. Close to a boat ramp restaurants and shopping. Easy boat ride to jumping rock.

The house is perfect and great for big groups! The location on the lake is perfect, the house is in the culdesac at the end of a street. Near a dock to put in boat. 2 families would be great there. We had 6 people and were all spread out and had lots of extra bedrooms. Owner was incredible and house was updated and very nice. Would come again for sure. Close by grocery and restaurants. Nice, comfortable beds and great TVs.

Property was amazing! Plenty of space for the entire family to spread out. Our favorite spots were on the upstairs porch, you could view the water and be close to the kitchen, and the dock, plenty of space for 10 people to gather. We brought a 10x10 canopy which was definitely beneficial for those that needed shade, brought rope to strap it down. Kitchen had plenty of space for gathering and cooking. Only eating spot is the dining room table, but we preferred eating outside. Kitchen had lots of dishes, serving dishes, and pots, but minimal extras - for example, sugar - just make sure to bring the food you need. The garage had a few extra life jackets which were great, would have loved to have some large floats available at the house. Brad was very straightforward about what was / was not available and we came prepared. The sleeping space was exceptional - 3 bedrooms on bottom and middle floors, 2 bathrooms on each floor and bonus on top floor with 2 bunkbeds (best used as kid space as there is not a bathroom on this level). We had a minor issue during our stay that was resolved within 24 hours by the property manager and Brad. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return, the only reason we would look for another property is that we would love to have a sandy area to walk into the water or sit with our feet in the water.

The property was great, but we found that all of the outdoor furniture was completely covered in pollen, and not usable without significant cleaning of each piece. The towels in the basement bathroom were not fresh, there were spider webs on the lamps in the basement bedroom, the blinds on the basement windows were broken and would not stay up, the refrigerator was locked in the basement and not usable (which was frustrating for multi families to not be able to use). The internet was very poor on the main floor and watching Netflix was almost not possible (over 10 stops during several movies) and the internet in the basement only worked in the main room (disconnected in the master bedroom and bathroom from new iPhones and iPads). There was a tripped breaker in the basement when we arrived and the outlets in the basement master bedroom did not work.For the price, I expected these very simple things to all be in order but we were disappointed as a group with all of the issues. The location of the home was great and most of our stay was great. The basement seems to be overlooked as a whole but was the primary selling point for us.

We were two families that spent 10 days over winter break in this beautiful home. The owner and property manager could not have been more professional and the home was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

We had a great time with a family of 10 at the Lake. The house was very well equipped and on a beautiful lot. Great large Dock, with room to put up a canopy for appropriate shade, as well as multiple areas to Jump into the deep water warm lake. The house was well stocked, and multiple Sonos units was a great addition to add to the comfort and enjoyment. The upstairs room with 4 beds, a couch, TV was a great area for three kids, 6, 6, and 10. The house was in a nice quiet area, on a good street, and even had nice neighbors. The owner was very receptive, responsive and nice. Overall this was my first HomeAway/VRBO experience, and was a raving success. I’d highly recommend this house going forward, and would not be surprised if my family is back at this same house again if available.

This is the second summer my family and I have spent a week at this property. It checks all of the boxes. It is a beautiful property and we have made wonderful memories there. We look forward to many more visits at this property.

I booked this house for a long weekend for three couples and two individuals, and this house had PLENTY of space for all of us to get together, or to spread out if we needed to. The kitchen is very well-stocked and had VERY modern appliances, so cooking for the group was a cinch! The open concept allowed us to continue socializing while preparing meals. The dock was a great spot - we could see both amazing sunrises and sunsets from the dock, and take a dip to cool off whenever needed. We hope to come back soon!!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house property! The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious, well appointed and nicely decorated. The lovely backyard and location on the lake was just what we were needing. We rented an awesome boat from Oconee Wild, and spent every day tubing and enjoying the lake. Brad answered all of our questions and recommended rentals and restaurants that were wonderful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had a much needed, great vacation on the lake!
