A well appointed, comfortable apartment with all the essentials. This is our second stay. Our host is always very charming and welcoming. They live on the premises. The location is a few blocks from a bus stop and very convenient to a grocery store and several concert venues. Parking passes are available; don't forget to request one. We will most certainly stay there again.

This is a cozy efficiency in very quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the park. Easy walk to park and shops and restaurants on 23rd. Hostess is lovely and all communications with her were prompt and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Every morning I could walk into Washington Park—the lovely Japanese Garden is an easy walk from this charming place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and storage everywhere. I would love to stay here again!

This quiet apartment in a beautiful, urban neighborhood affords easy walking access to Washington Park, The Alphabet District, and The Pearl District. The hosts are welcoming and easily accessible. The apartment is well appointed and cozy. Highly recommend staying at the Goose Hollow apartment.

This place is in a beautiful and peaceful area! The space is roomy and clean with an enchanting trio of windows that looks into the front garden. Lovely spot!

This was not quite what I anticipated: it was a basement apartment, quite dark and dreary. I knew the location well, but did not anticipate having to park on the street when the property had large available driveway spaces.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were immaculate, clean and cozy. Very comfortable! We felt very safe and secure. The host was over and beyond the best. Thank you to our host with the mostest!

This apartment is in a great location right around the corner from Washington Park, close to lots of great food, and within walking distance of shops and breweries. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Miyoko is a fantastic host! She was super helpful and friendly. She even came out to say hi to us. If I'm in Portland again, I will definitely stay here!

Miyoko was very kind and accommodating. The rental is in a great location in Goose Hollow, very accessible to shops, restaurants, markets, and Washington Park. Exploring by bicycle was a breeze. We are repeat visitors and will happily stay again!

Miyoko is a wonderful host. The house was immaculate and very well outfitted for our needs. Exactly as advertised. The bed was quite comfortable. You would never know we were in a big city but it was convenient to walk or take mass transit. There's a gourmet grocery store just down the hill. We will be back to stay again.

This is a great location to explore the Goose Hollow area of Portland. Quiet place to rest in between activities, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and other places. The property is just as advertised and I enjoyed speaking with the host. Other than initial greeting, I was on my own and did not see the host. If you need a kitchen, this is not the place for you. If you plan to eat most meals out trying the Portland food scene, you will be fine with the micro fridge for snacks and leftovers. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed. In a good location for walking. However, weather was not good while we were there but took Uber for the first time and was easy, and got to visit most of the places that were on our list.

This has been my first vrbo experience, and I'm so happy it was a positive one with Miyoko. She greeted us as we checked in, and was so welcoming. The place is very clean, well maintained, and she was super accommodating and replied so quickly to our questions. This location is awesome because everything was literally a 10 minute drive or less away from everything we did. She also provided a parking permit for us as we rented a car, and had no trouble finding parking at all. Overall I would love to stay here again, and definitely recommend it to anyone staying in pdx.

To get it out of the way, this place has it all and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is wonderful. We were able to access everything we needed or wanted quickly and easily. Shops, restaurants, the Japanese Gardens, public transit, Biketown, the major bike lane into downtown, etc, was all within comfortable walking and riding distance (caveat: if you're uncomfortable with a bit of hilly walking, it might not be ideal). The accommodations themselves are just as described and lovely. Wonderfully clean, simple to access, comfortable, and lots of nice details that make all the difference, such as a comprehensive guide to the area, a great guest book, lots of closet space, comfortable linens, etc. But most of all, our host is just a wonderful person. That's really what sets this place over the top for us. Kind, welcoming, communicative, remarkably accommodating, and happy to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Folks, it's hard finding places like these. It doesn't get much better. Highly, highly recommended.

Mother daughter getaway for a few days in Portland. Our stay was comfortable, in a great location to town, Washington Park and shops and eats in the area. We had an amazing stay at the Ardmore house. Miyoko was an amazing host and was super gracious and kind to us. The location was excellent and the recommendations for places to eat in the area were amazing. The room was clean and spacious. It was such a wonderful experience staying at the ardmore house! If you travel to portland, I’d highly recommend staying here. Very close to a lot of places to walk to and really close to the international rose garden, which is an absolute treat to visit!

This was a very nice location. When it says it sleeps 3 but contact if more than 2 is very accurate. We were fine, we had 3 ladies who stayed and the futon is not the most comfortable bed. The place was very clean and check out was so easy!! We enjoyed our time in Portland. The only downfall of the rental is that you go in and out through the garage and the owners too, use the garage so the garage door is going up and down. You hear the garage door and the family above. Parking is alittle difficult as well, especially if you are not use to parallel parking. Location is A+++ and we were very happy with our decision! Great celebration weekend!!

The apartment is great. Super clean and comfortable. Property owners are wonderful people and very willing to make your stay comfortable. One point though, if you have a difficult time walking be aware this is a very hilly area. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. We loved it.

Came to Portland to visit my BFs daughter who lived a few blocks away in The Portland Towers. Wonderful spot to stay, very clean and much appreciated the fresh Stumptown coffee that was provided. Definitely recommend. The Max light rail was a few blocks away, and a bus stop also was close so we didn't feel the need to rent a car. We had a great stay and loved Portland!

We loved this spacious rental in a lovely neighborhood atop its hill. Our host is delightful and very responsive. We had everything we needed in the unit. We would happily return to this property.

This location was fantastic. Just blocks from the Rose Garden, great food, the grocery store, soccer stadium, light rail, etc. A very clean and quiet location to hit the town.
