Perfect place to stay - just a few blocks from the ocean and from "downtown". Bob was great to work with and responded to all questions instantly. Definitely would stay again! Thanks Folly Beach for a great time!

So well stocked and nice. It was SO convenient to Beach & town!! My mom had a bad Blood Pressure spike and the owners were so kind, no questions asked and gave us ample time to get out; under moms health scare~!!

I really don't see how our stay could have been better. This house was PERFECT for our needs. We were in town to marry off my oldest. We held the rehearsal dinner at Unleashed. There was so much room. Appetizers under a tent on the front lawn, Low country boil on the patios and dessert on the counter. Everyone loved it. The host was super attentive, responsive and helpful.There are many reasons this property is so highly rated.

Our group of 10 had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The home is very spacious with enough places for people to sleep comfortably. It's a quick walk to the beach/pier, restaurants and local shops. Bob was quick to respond to any questions about the stay, which I greatly appreciated. If you are looking to head to Folly Beach with a larger party, this is a great stay!

It was perfect for our mini family reunion. Well supplied, great location, good parking, and excellent communication from the owners. Between the great location for walking and the golf cart for running around you don't have to move your cars once you parked.

What a find. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking to visit Folly Beach, this is a must stay property. I would book it early, I am certain that previous renters will be back. Enjoy!

We needed a large space with lots of room outdoors to accommodate our family gathering. The villa fit the bill! It is so lovely, and so perfectly located between beach and center street that everyone had access to fun and food. The home is also set up for a dog, with gates and crates, so even my 4-legged was included. Memories made!

Unique property in a fantastic location convenient for walking to beach, restaurants, bars, groceries, and shopping. Very spacious and stocked well with everything you might need, including beach gear and bikes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Unleashed.

Great property for the family. Right size to give everyone their space. Nearby all fun activities. Very short walk to the beach. Puzzles, board games, bikes,water toys, for keeping the kids entertained. Nice kitchen for cooking meals. Neighbors were quiet after dark. Very nice property inside and out. I would definitely recommend for children and adults.

The house was in a great location within walking distance to the beach, pier, stores, and restaurants. The ability to rent the golf cart was very nice. Communication with the owner was quick and he was very nice. There were a couple cleanliness issues we brought to his attention and he was very quick to be responsive with a solution.

We loved the location of this VRBO, within walking distance to the beach and town. Robert was a great host, provided us with lots of information and very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time staying at Unleashed. My family of 6 fit comfortably in this beautiful house. The location could not be more perfect. The beach and "downtown" Folly are just a few blocks away - making it very easy to walk everywhere. Also, the booking and all communications were easy because of the very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, short walk to beach and downtown. Well appointed and clean. Kitchen is awesome with everything you will ever need. Beds are super comfortable with nice sheets, no sandpaper sheets. Can’t wait to return and stay a little longer.

This property was just wonderful! There were so many gathering spaces as well as a layout that made it easy to have some time alone if you needed it. The house is beautiful. Bob was just a pleasure to communicate with and work with. We had three people in our group who did have to work remotely while we were there and the Wi-Fi connectivity was wonderful. Not even a glitch when tropical storm Nicole came calling. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient for walking to restaurants and quick trips to Bert’s as well as heading over to the beach. I would absolutely recommend this house to other travelers. I hated to leave!

Wonderful, spacious home. Owners were incredible to work with throughout our stay. We rode out Hurricane Ian here and felt completely safe! Great location as it was just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and onto the main strip. We plan to stay here again when in the area.

Well after just our first morning seeing all the restaurants, bars and little shops we all realized that we were going to have a blast just on the island!! It was an amazing 4 days at a very special home.....the owner Bob was easy to communicate with and very flexible as we had to postpone our dates for our daughters wedding celebration at Folly Beach Park for an entire year because of COVID. He couldn't of been any nicer! Thanks Bob!

I would highly recommend this property. It was immaculate, spacious and well equipped. Excellent location just short walk to stores, restaurants and beach. We were coming into Charleston for my daughter's wedding and looked for a property that I could host a dinner for our out of town family the evening before the reception and this place was perfect.

Amazing Vacation!

Sweet Sixteen
Overall the property was very clean. The open floor concept made the property feel much larger and provided a great space for congregating with friends and family. The surrounding area is relatively quiet and there was very easy access to the beach. All in all, it was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter’s sixteenth birthday.

Perfect Getaway
We truly enjoyed our "Unleashed" getaway. The house is beautiful, and the location is stellar. Walks to the beach and to downtown were both <5 minutes, and our dogs loved it.

It was a perfect place to host our son's wedding celebration. With the ongoing pandemic, we cancelled the big venue and chose to have a small get together here in SC, where our daughter in law is from. Plenty of room for everyone that we were never crowded. The weather cooperated that even in January we could be outside.Both Bob, the owner, and the management company were extremely easy to get a hold of and responded quickly.We were sad our other children weren't able to join us but plan on returning and renting "Unleashed" again (and bringing our doggies too)Thank you so much and can't wait to return

Small celebration

Covid getaway
This property was beautiful. Close to town and easy access to the beach. This property worked great for our family. The kitchen was amazing and we love to cook. Also the owner was great to work with. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.
