Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 9pm to be fine that we had been given last months parking code. After some looking around we found the security office and were given the correct code. We then entered the condo only to find that there was no heat above 68 degrees and there was no internet. We phoned Blue Swell the next day and they sent a man to look at the heat problem. After a couple visits a new part was ordered which arrived a week later. They did give us two portable heaters but still no internet. We again called Blue Swell and they said a new person was looking after the internet but we never received a password. When the man from Blue Swell delivered the heaters I asked about the internet and he gave me his password to try. It worked but it was very limited. Only one device could be connected and it was very limited in what you could do. The condo was very clean and the building was quite nice. We would stay hear next year if the internet was better and we had the proper garage code.

PCB has been a favorite spot for our family vacation and it was a pleasant experience to return to Te Origin and find it just as we remembered The place has an amazing view just a few yards away from the beach We had an awesome time and definitely enjoyed it We can’t wait for the next time.

The unit ended up not having a router and wi-fi didn’t get fixed duration of the stay. I worked at Starbucks vs the ocean view I paid for. Blue swell told me to callThe HOA to fix they told me to call 2 other people over 16 phone calls for nothing to be fixed. Middle bath hot water finally on the last night of our stay someone came out. So 8 people sharing one shower for 4 days no fun. The repair guy said the plumbing was never put in right and the actual handle was bad hence it not working. He said it was delayed maintenance and shouldn’t have been let go. Also, hot water tank is too small for the unit. And they had 2 elements turned off to save on electric. The repair guy did turn their back on. A/C they came out for the first time on Tuesday. The relay switch was bad which is why the unit had no a/c. They fixed that but the middle bedroom didn’t get a/c still. Called again Wednesday am and pm no one came called again Thursday am and pm nothing. Finally spoke with a manager they said someone would be out they came and closed the vent to the bathroom and living room to try and push air to the bedrooms. Finally on Friday my mother in law checked out it was so hot I called again nothing really got resolved before we left Sunday. I was promised an email with compensation by 5pm Friday that didn’t come either. I contacted my credit card because I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. I had to but fans pay for hotel to get my mother in law to a cooler place. If the issues were fixed I’d return. But the service was poor at best.

My daughter wanted an 8th grade trip for her and some girlfriends. This place was perfect. I love the location and the facility all together. Condo was as pictured and clean upon arrival. Easy check in process.

The condo was very clean, had a great location and minutes from the sand!!

It was very easy to check in. The location is close to everything. The amount of space for 3 couples was perfect. The view from the mail deck is lovely. We did have to call security on the next door neighbors due to young adults having a crazy big party. But they handled that right away. The pool was clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo has the best view of all we have stayed at in Origin. Condo itself was nice and very spacious. Lots of glass items through out the place. There was a lamp that was plug in and smelled burning and it was unplugged with no issues. We did alert Blue Swell of this issue. Hopefully they took the lamp out of the condo and to the trash! It shocked my husband when he went to unplug it. We asked for a early check in and they wanted to charge us for it. We felt that was quite ridiculous. Other than that, everything was up to par with the list. Hope everyone in the future enjoys there stay here!

Great location with beautiful ocean views! Has access from balcony to a big porch on the rooftop, this fact eliminates the feeling of being high above ground when you’re on the balcony (16th floor). Condo has a lot of space and is well stocked! The overall condo appearance and privacy curtains does show some signs of worn out.. Dishes was not very clean. Overall we liked this place and would definitely consider coming back!

This is the best place you can stay at the view is amazing property is very nice. Check in process is a little confusing but once figured it was smooth from there. Most definitely will stay here again

We had about a nine hour drive from Kentucky and got there maybe an hour or so early. That wasn’t a problem at all. The condo was beautiful! And most important WE WERE NEVER DISTURBED BY OTHER OCCUPANTS in neighboring condos. It was very peaceful out on the terrace. Target and Walmart are literally 5 minutes away, and a shopping strip was near by as well. There is more shopping and restaurants close to the pier. My only hang up was there is a little construction farther down the strip close to the pier. But all in all I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO for families. We had the best time in Panama! Thank you!!!

Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Saturday to some concerning issues - 1 - Ice Maker in the fridge didn't work. 2- Water feature was not running which was not a issue but the water standing in the feature was full of black mold. We had three littles, 5, 3 and 1 which was a major health concern. 3- Toilet in the 1/2 bath's handle was broken. 4 - Dishes had been put away with dried food left on them. 5- No Hair dryer in the unit. We did reach out to maintenance who corrected all issues (except we washed all dishes to be safe) except the ice maker. They were unable to get it fixed during our stay. This was not idea because the complex didn't have an ice maker and we had to buy ice for $4 a bag on four separate occasions. Overall the unit was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. Again - Maintenance was quick to respond and they were very nice and responsive when we reached out to them. The balcony was our favorite part! Unbelievable views and convenience! We would definitely consider staying here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Family Vacation! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone and everything decorated so nice. The ocean views are beautiful and the beach is just across the street. Heated pool and game room is a plus. The host responds immediately if you need anything. We are looking forward to our next vacation.

The listening wasn’t quiet accurate. We were surprised when we arrived to bunk beds in one of the room. Which wasn’t listed in the photos. However it worked out perfectly fine. The view was amazing. The place was decently clean except the master bed room shower. All and all I would definitely stay here again. It was truly perfect.

When I rent any Vrbo doing a business trip or personal I always record my 1st entry walk thur.I didn't expect to have no where to park in the garage I had to call security to find out where there and additional parking which was next to the property and uncovered parking lot.The property grounds where clean. Unit is right across the street of Sharky's. Entered in the condo not sure if someone had pervious smoked in the unit or could have been someone in the unit next door which cause the smell of cigarette smoke. Me personally have bad allergies I alway bring my humidifier just in case. I checked the appliances and everything was clean but oven glass door was cracked. We did get a message about do not over stuffing the fridge. Fridge works perfect just insure that the bottom right corner of the door it push closed.The 3br 2 1/2 with a Jack and Jill bath had enough room for everyone. This unit is great for large familys.Now the owner do have a cleaning guide in a binder you can see how far this unit have evolved. The view was wonderful from the roof top terrace you could see everything. It was great Blue Swell already had the 2 parking pass for the garage and the overflow lot in the room also wristband that has to be on you at all times. Please remember to put your parking pass in the window or you will get a violation ticket or your car or towed. I had mine at the top of my mirror but I got back late that night and forgot to swing it around so it may drop down. Because everyone do not need to know where im staying. A simple mistake so the next morning at 1am violation ticket was placed on my car by security. Trash chutes or on the 13th floor or lower signsare on the walls right in front of the elevator. Over all the stay was ok considering the weather and we all know there is no control over that. Great family unit!

We were in town for a wedding. All of our extended family was staying in the building but our amazing condo was the perfect place for all of us to come together! We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Great experience. We were short a couple of wrist bands and it took no time to get it fixed. The ease of checking on us and answering questions by text was very helpful rather than staying on the phone. We will rent again!

Nothing can be perfect but it is absolutely beautiful!

The staff was not proffessioned in hospitality. Security guards were like watch dogs/under cover agents watching guests every move on the property. They also threatened my daughter and her boyfriend with a gun which he didn't have on him but was his personal property that he had in his personal vehicle over tne parking of a rented motoer cycle on the property. There was a little spat between my daughter and the guard. He spoake to them in an unproffessional way and language. We were trying to resolve the matter when my daughter called us. When my wife and I came down to the lobby, everyone was not to been seen. My daughter and her boyfriend was out side waiting for us. We went to dinner.Upon our return to the property the rep of BlueSwell was called and the police were called and we was evicted from the property after we returned from dinner around 9 or 9:30pm Friday night. The rep from BlueSwell was unproffessional. They didn't really talk to us to hear our side, they just listen to the security guards side.

When we entered level 2 we heard a god awful noise: it was our luggage in the roof rack, scraping the parking garage ceiling, 3 suitcases, cracked/ruined. Got to the rental on the 16th floor, after waiting for an elevator for about 30 minutes, only to find it filthy. There were clothes left in drawers, food/bottles left under the bed & living room floor. The entire units floor was so nasty, it turned our feet black. The whole place was dusty/dirty. I went to Walmart, spent $100 on cleaning supplies, & cleaned the unit myself. Our feet were still black after mopping myself, with a brand new mop, 5 times. There are stains on the furniture thru out. Fingerprints from dirt on the doors in the bedrooms. There was a broken cabinet in a bedroom with the door just leaning up against the side, no ice maker, no light above the stove, a broken garbage disposal, the dryer hardly works (it took 3 cycles to dry our swimsuits) & small appliances had missing pieces so they were useless. I took pictures, but didn’t call because obviously if it’s not done right the first time, it probably won’t be the second either. For what we paid for this unit, and fees, it should have been spotless. I understand that things break, & stains happen, but review after review shows this isn’t a one time thing. Once it was clean enough to enjoy, we did just that. The views were amazing, and weather was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful, the cleaning company that is hired to clean the place should be fired. The place was filthy upon check-in. Sand everywhere along with food from the prior people on the floor and the floor was filthy. The refrigerator leaks as well and had water all over the floor from this. Then the air conditioner went out. It was a stressful first couple of days to say the least with all the issues. I am happy that the cleaning was fixed, someone came out to clean the floors and we were refunded the cleaning charge. The air conditioner was also fixed within the hour.

Excellent property pictures of the deck don’t do it justice. It’s enormous and private. Beds were all super comfortable. Elevators can be an issue but every condo we have ever stayed in require patience with the elevators. Staff were all super friendly including parking attendants, security and beach chair staff. The rental is “privately owned” so front desk cannot get u in room or help u with parking passes or wristbands. U receive a link to an app prior to arrival with contact info for blue swell. I needed to contact them twice for minor issues(locked ourselves out, couldnt find parking pass) and they answered right away and resolved both issues within minutes. All return trips to PCB will include checking this unit’s availability. Awesome time, fantastic accommodations. Cannot reccomend enough.

We booked this location for our family vacation and this view did not disappoint. The balcony was insanely beautiful with amazing views. Family friendly and staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved the condo, decorated gorgeously, the balconies were to die for! My husband was very impressed with my choice. Must be one of the nicest condos in the place. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and pretty well kid proofed already which was nice. I only had a couple complaints. One was we were directed to go to the hotel across the street for our check in process. The woman at that front desk was very rude and told us everything was already in the condo and that they didn't do anything to accommodate blue swell guests. When I came back I saw the envelope on the counter with our wrist bands and parking passes. Being that we had just driven 15 hours with 3 small kids, I just did as directed from our communications with blue swell. Would have been nice to not make that trek down the street when we had just arrived. I also called the property manager to report that the fridge was leaking but got no response and the"emergency number"said it was outside office hours. The elevators weren't terrible as far as wait times go, but being that we were on the 16th floor during a pandemic we had to ride often and always with other people, maybe 20% of people wore masks. And although mandates were posted everywhere to wear masks, not one employee of origins did and no one enforced it. I would see blue swell employees wearing masks, though. With that being said, I would absolutely book again.
