We stayed with our 2 teens, adult daughter, and grandma. This was a great place for each of us to have room to spread out. The patio and main room were great for family meals and gatherings. The house had everything we needed from beach towels, chairs, snorkels, boards, and bikes. I loved having a washer and dryer on site and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. So many good things about this property. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this comfortable north coast home in Kauai! It was ideal for our family of 5 (parents and 3 young adults).

The home was absolutely lovely and very well-equipped. We have stayed in many rental homes and this one blew them all away! Ben was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our family vacation wonderful and relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped with pretty good pans and just about everything else you would want for a gourmet kitchen. They even had a rice cooker! The hosts provide everything to make your stay nice, down to the small touches like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent! These seem like small things, but when you are only renting a home for a week it is frustrating to have to buy 40 trash bags and extra toilet paper or bring your own laundry detergent. Really appreciated the big and small things. The fresh fruit trees were amazing as well! We had fresh limes, lemons, star fruit and oranges and they were ALL delicious! There is an avocado tree as well, but none were ripe enough while we were there. The kids enjoyed picking (and eating) the fresh fruit! Overall, A+. We will definitely rent again upon our next return to Kauai (if it’s still available after all of the glowing reviews!).

We truly enjoyed staying in Ben's home! The views are priceless, the home was clean and well stocked with beach items, towels, toiletries, etc. Ben was easy to connect with and his neighbor was kind enough to take the remaining food and drinks for her church. It was the best stay we've had in some time now. Thank you, Ben!

Plenty of room for family and extended family. Many beach and outdoor accessories are available to use. The coolers, chairs, swim fins, bikes, and water shoes in the garage are very useful. The yard and fruit trees are great amenities.

This was such a glorious time. The house and surrounding area were just beautiful and we had everything we needed. Our hosts were so communicative and made sure we were comfortable. Loved.

My family, ranging from 18-80 had a great time exploring Kauai. The house met all our needs with location, beach equipment and space for everyone individually and has a big group to play games. I would recommend this house for a large group. Ben kept in touch and was very easy to work with and be flexible.

We had a wonderful stay in Princeville. Owners were helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in early and check out late as party coming in after us changed plans. The house had everything we needed and then some! Our favorite features were the upper level deck with beautiful views and the outdoor shower. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed in this awesome home for seven days. We loved it. The house, the yard, the views. When we weren't off spending time on the beautiful north shore beaches, we were sitting on the lanai soaking in the view of the beautiful mountains, waterfalls and rainbows! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and a nice grill on the lanai to cook on. The bedrooms were awesome with the best beds I've slept on at a vacation rental ever. Very highly recommend this home! Holly

The house was very nice and roomy. Everyone had their own room. A lot of amenities to use for your stay and adventures around the island. The neighborhood was very safe and nice for daily walks. Shopping very close and convenient. Will miss the Shave Ice.

We spent three magical weeks here and can’t say enough good things about it. The home is beautiful and well maintained, the yard is large and private, the house has all the beach toys you could ever need, and the owners were fabulous to work with from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Our family (4 adults) stayed here to celebrate a 40th anniversary and the house was absolutely perfect! The upstairs rooms have air conditioning which was nice on hotter days for the older folks, but by the time evening rolled around the lower floor bedrooms were nice and cool too with the windows open. The house came with everything we needed to have a day at the beach, and the location was excellent! Hanalei Bay Beach was beautiful for lounging and boogie boarding and was only 15 minutes away. This house can be enjoyed by people of all ages, the neighborhood was peaceful and the yard was lush with beautiful plants.

Everything was clean and welcoming and ready for us. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. The yard has beautiful plants. The neighborhood is very nice, with a park, library, and grocery store within walking distance. The air conditioners worked very well. We had a wonderful visit!

Perfect location on the north shore of Kauai. Located in beautiful Princeville giving you easy access to many beaches including Hanalei bay. Close to many great restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. The house is well appointed especially when traveling with extended family/group. Main living space with kitchen dining and sitting room has great views. We really enjoyed the large covered lanai. The property itself is beautiful , very private . Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Three full bathrooms and four very comfortable bedrooms. Lots of beach supplies to use. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at the Princeville home. Lots of room for socializing and cooking. We enjoyed the deck and all the outside seating; the bikes were a huge plus! We hope to return again someday!

This house was such an incredible place to stay in Princeville and it was a fair price too. They provide so many things to try to make your stay even better such as bikes and snorkels. I would 100% recommend this place and stay here the next time I'm in Kauai.

Clean, spacious house in quiet neighbourhood, with bicycles, beach accessories and everything else you would need at a shopping centre just down the road.

We had an amazing time at Ben's home in Princeville. The living spaces were just amazing. This time of year can be rainy, but we even enjoyed the sound of the rain. The birds that came to visit were plentiful and so pretty! The living room and kitchen area are wide open and so inviting. We would 100% stay here again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It was stocked with everything your heart desires, from the rice cooker to beach equipment to internet! ALL THE THINGS! Such a great neighborhood! There is nothing to be desired with this place, just incredible. We hope to come again one day and stay here! Ben checked in on us to make sure all was well and was easy to get a hold of. Location was fantastic and we took advantage of the bikes to be able to get to the shopping center that was so close and convenient! If you do not book this place, you will be missing out. Thanks again to the Bunn family, we had an absolutely incredible vacay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this comfortable house. We found it well prepared and clean for our arrival. The yard with its many, many trees and colorful plants is outstanding. The lanai totally drew us outside at all hours where we were amazed and often entertained by birdsong and Kauai's lush landscape. Everything you need is here, you do have to buy food, but even some spices, etc. are available. We would definitely return here when our family of seven vacations together.

This house was ideal for our group, which was: 1) mom, dad, 2 kids (ages 2 & 4); 2) brother and sister-in-law 3) grandma & grandpa. I stayed in the bunk bed room with my son while husband slept with the toddler in the twin bed (pushed together for co-sleeping). There is one bathroom with a tub shower, perfect for my kids who still take baths. Luckily, I brought my tub shroom (from experience - sometimes bathroom plugs don't have a good seal) because there was no plug. What we liked: - close to Foodland and restaurants and Tiki Iniki - baby gate installed (available upon request) - so useful if you have a baby/toddler - open layout for kitchen/dining/couch area and lanai - air-conditioners upstairs - fruit trees - STARFRUIT tree! What a pleasant surprise. Also lime and orange trees. The avocado tree was not fruiting in November. - beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach toys (we added a shade tent and beach mat to the collection) - washer and dryer - handy when you are going to the beach every day - gorgeous neighborhood with a playground, also pickleball court if you are into that - An anti-slip bath mat was brought to us when i messaged the property manager that the tub was quite slippery for grandpa - freezer has built-in ice maker - TVs with lots to watch Room for improvement: - upstairs bathroom door lock not working (I mentioned this to the property manager on day 1 but no one came to fix it). It's more of a concern if you have young kids who lack a sense of common decency (my SIL was always nervous they would open the door when she was showering) - not enough toilet paper (you will have to buy some especially if you're there longer than a week) - rusty patio chairs on the lanai with sharp edges - please consider removing them from the premises. Not safe for kids or adults. I highly recommend this property, especially if you have a large family. Thank you for everything!

We had such an amazing week calling this place “home.” The home is perfectly located in Princeville and also has everything anyone would need. We used all the boogie boards, bikes, floaties along with all the other amenities like laundry (lol, yes, we did laundry on vacay). The house is beautiful. The porch was our hang out spot every night. Mountain views are gorgeous and relaxing. The house is close to the market, which we visited daily to get our fresh tuna poke. If you want a great house with all the amenities and wonderful vibes, close to Hanalei Bay, this is it. Mahalo for the best trip we could have asked for! We can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

We loved the size of the property and two master suites which gave 4 adults room to spread out. Lovely view of the mountains from the covered porch, which was a great place to begin and end the day. Close to all the places we love to go to on the north shore. Property manager was very helpful with our questions.

The property is in one of the best areas in Kauai. The house has some minor issues that can easily be resolved by the owner. Overall, plenty of room, plenty of beach supplies and a fully stocked kitchen. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
