The overall stay was good enough. Met all of our wants and needs for the vacation portion itself. There were two main issues we were not happy about upon arrival and the actual stay in the unit itself. First, the main grounds water feature as shown in the picture was not functioning. In fact, the pond had been drained and was not working at all. The pond looked like a swamp. Nobody informed us of this issue at any point prior to the trip as a courtesy heads up. That was a main selling point of the unit (the view of course). Second, we encountered a leak in the kitchen area on day one. It was bad enough that paint and drywall had worn away in a 12x12 area in the ceiling, so clearly an existing issue. We placed a large bucket on the kitchen floor for the entirety of the trip. We called on the second day of our week long trip to notify management of the issue. They said someone would address it. NOBODY EVERY DID.

We love staying near Coligny. This place right there. Easy walk to shops and beach. Pools are great. Poolside Bar is very convenient. Overall home was as listed and very comfortable for us. We will stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying at the SeaCrest, each time in a different condo. This unit was our second favorite as it was perfectly fine and clean thankfully, but not special in any way. We were made aware of maintenance happening in the garage area before our arrival but were surprised to find the lagoon had been completely drained and was also undergoing a serious repair. This definitely took away from the ambiance of the exterior/grounds of the property. We were also surprised and disappointed that the Pool Bar Jim's area was not being kept in better condition for as busy as it was each day, especially the women's restroom (the only stall out at the pools) which was missing screws on the vent that was clearly coming off of the door (which unfortunately then left room for someone to try to peek in). Another "complaint" was that the master bathroom did not have a fan or air conditioning coming into it which left it feeling very stuffy and that it would have also benefited from having a caddy in the shower which was small and had no usable ledges to keep your soap, shampoo, etc on. Additionally, the sliding glass door out to the master balcony was difficult to lock/latch and there weren't any good size Tupperware-type containers provided to store food in. Otherwise, the private beach and pool areas were busy but not overcrowded, it is within perfect walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants at Coligny, and the management company was responsive.

This place was a nice place for our trip. We always stay in Seacrest and this place did not disappoint. There was a problem with the AC (it was cool outside, so it didn't matter), and we called, and they sent someone right out. Communication with the manager was awesome! Quick response and friendly service. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay, and it was an up-to-date location. Thank you so much for helping us have a great vacation!

Loved the property, response to inquiries were instantly answered. The only issue was the Hot water. It was not Hot enough for long enough to fill up the soaking tubs. We made due and boiled water for the soaking tub, there were plenty of pots and coffee machines to help us.

The Sea Crest property is beautiful and close to everything! We enjoyed both the pool area and the beach access! The condo was clean, has beautiful decor, and everything you could possibly need for your stay. A+ Excellent!

We love Seacrest. Great location and amazing bar. Pools are also the best. We had a small issue with water on our carpet and it was taken care of immediately. We did get a credit and a late checkout time due to a bit of inconvenience with the dryers in our room and that was appreciated. The room was clean and Jennifer came and let us in early because she saw me waiting by the room. She also helped with the water issue in a very timely manner. We will be back next year.

This is our 2nd time staying at Seacrest and we love it even more than last year. The unit was perfect for our family of four and has everything we are looking for…beach, pool, Pool Bar Jim’s and Coligny all close by! We were sad to leave but can’t wait for our next visit!

We had a great experience during our stay and the condo completely met our expectations (location, view, cleanliness, etc).
The only negative point and opportunity for improvement was towards the end of our stay we received a request to confirm when we were leaving and even after indicating we would be leaving by the checkout time of 10a, we received multiple reminders / requests to inform when we were out, and the door code was changed an hour or so before the scheduled check out time locking us out while we were trying to load up the car. In addition, house keeping also came by and knocked and asked us when we were leaving, well before 10am... so even though we were out before the check out time of 10am we felt very pushed by the rental company / housekeeping to leave which wasn't a great way to end the trip / stay.
We fully understand the rental company needs time to turn around and clean the condo before the next guests arrive but my recommendation is that the rental company re-evaluate their check out time / procedure for communication with the guests and change to an earlier time if 10a is not acceptable, making clear the amount of pressure that will be given, and/or inform the lock code will be changed ahead of time and that house keeping will stop by even when you informed what time you will be leaving, so the guests can be warned / prepare accordingly.

I have been to HHI several times in the past 20 years and this is the second time at this property and I will be back! Location, location, location!! Great pools and easy walk to everything!! Only complaint is that the beds in our unit were very hard so we did not sleep well, and water to dishwasher was off?

The condo was nice, but there’s an ongoing issue with the dishwasher, in which we read about. The dishwasher isn’t properly attached under the counter and loses power.
The other big issue is the king bed. It makes so much noise just barely getting into it or flipping over. And the mattress sags is the middle big time forcing you into the center of the bed like a canopy.
We loved looking out the windows or hanging out on either balcony with the view. We kept the balcony doors open with the screens closed to get the breeze and hear the fountains outside. We could walk to restaurants, shops, grocery and the beach! The on-site pool and pool bar were also major positives!

Seacrest is top notch in our book! Condo came with every amenity we could possibly need, the location is central to everything with breathtaking views and 1305 is beautifully decorated! We had 14 family members staying in 3 different condos there and children of all ages with us. The grounds are gorgeous and loved the option of having 2 pools to swim in. The only negatives would be the slippery when wet hallways, which were dangerous for our dad and his walker and the fact that there isn’t anywhere on the property to grill out. We will definitely be coming back to Seacrest yearly now and we highly recommend 1305!

Perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay at Seacrest and loved the location next to Coligny Plaza. We literally could have parked our car and walked everywhere that we wanted to go! Of course, we didn’t because there are so many other places to see in Hilton Head! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View!
We have been vacationing at Sea Crest for the past twenty years with our family. Building one, has a beautiful view of the water features, pool and ocean. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and a grocery store across the street. Renting bikes is also very easy. We look forward to coming back every year!

Great Property with great location and amenities
The location of this property couldn’t have been better for our group, who had never been to Hilton head Island. The property and condo amenities were great and the condo was clean and well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a good location. Hilton Head was much busier than we expected in the middle of winter. The only complaint we had about the condo was that the front door makes a really loud noise when you open it and the king size bed mattress is really soft which was hard for us becuase we have bad backs. Also, there is not enough hot water in the hot water heater to fill the bathtub which was kind of annoying. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need and items are in really good condition.

We reported it to Maintenance who came by to look at it and agreed it needed to be repaired or replaced but it was neither repaired or replaced during our stay. Also the directions in the unit for Roku said to use HDM1 when it should have said HDM3.
