Great condo! We come to Madeira a few times a year and this was one of our favorite condos! Very clean, easy check out, beautiful views, amazing extras in the condo, host was prompt to reply to questions and close to Johns Pass! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Sea Breeze is a great place to stay. Our one biggest complaint is the elevator, otherwise we love everything about it. VRBO and TRS continue to make the vacation planning convenient and easy!

Save yourself the VRBO searching time - this is the condo you're looking for! Close enough to the water to see dolphins, nice pool area facing the beach, walkable to John's Pass and awesome restaurants (Caddy's!) so you could do without a car, and everything was clean and updated. Plus, the owners were lovely to communicate with as we planned our stay and the property management company down the street were top of the game pro's. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. We'll be back :-).

Nice place to stay. Beautiful ocean view and not too far from grocery store and walmart. The 7/11 across the road was a huge plus as well.

Third stay in this property. Had a problem with tv, but finally got some help. All in all it was a great vacation.

This property is exactly as described and has everything you will need for your beach vacation, except for beach towels. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. You can see dolphins and manatees swimming by below. The beach is clean, and easy to walk or run on. We enjoyed the kitchen, and had everything we needed to make delicious meals and beverages. It's about a mile walk to John's Pass. The only thing we didn't like about the property was the elevator and the codes to the pool and beach gates being challenging to enter into the boxes. The elevator was ugly with tarps hanging on the walls, and it was slow. It seemed to want to quit at any moment. There's only one elevator, so sometimes you have to wait for an empty ride to get on. My brother's girlfriend (60 yrs old) was harassed by a group of obnoxious teen boys in the pool area when she was attempting to enter the beach gate. It's not easy to master the lock, and she was humiliated by the boys. Those same boys were harrasing another guest on his balcony, yelling at him from the pool deck. The boys will hopefully never return to bother another guest in the future. Other than the obnoxious boys, the gate codes and the elevator, it was a fantastic trip. The unit is very nice. I would return to the unit, but would rather stay a bit closer to John's Pass next time.

Our time spent here was the best!! Views were perfect!!! Sunsets from balcony were amazing!! Walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend and come back to this place!!!

We had a very good stay. The condo was very nice and we'll equipped. The only issue we had was with the elevator. It was extremely slow and with only one for 56 units the wait times were long a lot of the time.

Of all the places on the gulf coast, we would not choose any over Maderia Beach and Sea Breeze property. Our condo was perfect for us. Extremely clean, very well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and all that you would need to enjoy the beach and the pool. We stayed a month and did not want to leave. This is the one you want to book if you can. Thank you!!!

My husband, me, and our 3 young kids stayed here for a week in December. We had a relaxing time at this condo. The hot tub was very warm even though it was cold outside (30s and 40s). The location was in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants as well. We also had a small issue in our condo and the owner was very quick to respond and more than accommodating. We would stay here again!

Easy to rent from. We had no issues other than a slow elevator which by no means affects this this rental.
