Staff was so unprofessional and doesn't like that we have booked via booking.com. Food was horrible. Our birthday celebration was spoiled as there was no coordination by staff. Room was not justifying the price.. Pool water was dirty. Staff was smoking in the main area. We will never recommend to anyone.

Property is at hilltop. Nice location. It is managed fairly but need more improvement in services. Greenery in the resort is good too.

Food was ok ok, variety in breakfast is less. No tv in the rooms. I would recommend this resort but not at very high prices. Swimming pool is dirty and unfit for swimming

Mr.Yogesh who is caretaker of this property is very worst person,even he can not talk nicely to the guests, always dominant person.. Also took more than our bill amount..when we asked to return the money he denies.. After our checkout he called and told us that we forgot to pay the bill of food...is he was sleeping when we were leaving...we wasted our money on this trip...

Once you get to the top of the mountain to the hotel the view is amazing. That's as far as it goes in what you would like here. Vishal works at the kitchen. He works 18 to 20 hours a day alone taking orders and serving. This means the food takes a long time example dinner will only be served at 11pm if you order at 8.30pm. Banderi is the baggage handler and cleaner. He is sweet and kind. He also works 18 to 20 hours a day. I feel this place takes advantage of their staff.

Yogesh Kumar is the manager. He is dwceptiv, rude, and steals from you. How he steals is buy booking you taxis and charging additional on it. He takes the tips you give to the taxi drivers as his own. Neha Pena is the other manager she will also steal from you. Charge you 2000 rupees for a massage but pay the masseur 1000 rupees and she keeps the rest. This place is badly managed. I booked 3 rooms. 1 room had visible mould growing above the bed. The management didn't do anything about it. They have no regard for your safety. They are even more rude to local Indian citizens. Speaking to the other guests they have even worse experience.
