Не нужно ни с кем разговаривать при заселении и выселении.

Посуда грязная, чайник протекает, пол липкий, половина света и выключателей не работает, мыла для рук нет, крючков в ванной нет, мокрые полотенца повесить некуда, фена нет, рулон туалетки один, пол подмести нечем, полотенец ровно 2 и они в чужих волосах, унитаз был весь липкий и в разводах. Одеяло одно, если вы едете с родственником или другом, а не с партнером, имейте в виду.

I get to the property after we arrived to Tallinn ,we go straight to the apartment after airport and wasn't anybody to receive us . I called to the number show at the reservation and not body answers the call . As result we have to get hotel room . And next day we keep calling to get some explain but still not one answer the fono show at the reservation . So I'm the end we lost time and the money that we pay for the apartment. Very sad

Broken A/C, Dirty dishes, Stains everywhere, broken couch, we got 1 small blanket that didn't even fit the bed sheet. We got basically 0 sleep because of a party in the apartments altho there were no parties allowed. We had to leave our car behind the gate so there were no supervision to our vehicle, no cameras no nothing.

A bit mess

Customer service was not good, enough reachable or helpfull. They didn't always answer to the phone. Didn't get important information about car parking. There was wrong information in booking site, there is no car parking or any information to the customers. Customer service didn't help with this. I also got different information in booking app about apartment number and code than in phone. Apartment was also little bit dirty for example bathroom and my small towel was dirty. Didn't like place or customer service.

Big clean room, recently remodelled, all equipment is good condition, tall ceiling, good ventilation, kitchenette, separate shower, sink and WC compartments. Internet speed is good and stable for average user.

Shares entrance with pool/sauna. For a couple of days the outer door was open all day and night. No microwave. Cleaning lady checks the room every day by knocking and then opening your door if you haven't answered at 12:30. Owner did not provide any instructions via Booking and was upset at me assuming that I ought to call him for password and room number (which was different, PIN from Booking did not work and phone number provided at Booking did not work either, but I was lucky to encounter a staff member, who agreed to call him directly).
