The MOST amazing girls/ moms trip. The house is beautiful, beds are very comfortable. Felt very safe and well taken care of all weekend. The Concierge, Beatriz, ensured we had the best time and was responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. Helping with transportation, reservations and anything needed. We used the Chef services and it was so much better than I could ever imagined. Food was phenomenal they even made us delicious cocktails. The maid services daily was a nice touch as well. We would go back again and again and recommend this place to anyone

Beautiful home ocean views, Whales swimming in the distance. We walked to the beach and Marina hung out by the pool listened to music. Beatriz was very knowledgeable, house was kept up and had home made dinner by the chef. Great get away!

We had a fantastic weekend at Villa Sebastian! Both the owner and concierge were fantastic. Excellent communication, service, and attention to detail! Beatriz, the Property Manager, took care of every detail and made us feel welcome, informed, and taken care of. The villa was clean, cared for, and fully equipped. We arranged for transportation and chef services through Beatriz and had a wonderful experience all around. Thank you Carolina, the property owner, and Beatriz, for a beautiful weekend at Villa Sebastian! We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

Good view but way too many stairs and not enough shade in outdoor areas. Pretty pool and spa but pool heater did not heat the pool. Poor tv reception in great room and Dish is set on NYC time. Need tv’s in all bedrooms. Chef service was very convenient and reasonably priced but chef had to bring ice since there is no icemaker. Loud outside music at several neighboring houses some lasting until 4:00 am.

My two friends and I rented this place. The views, weather, pol and sauna were more than we had hoped for. We took advantage of the personal chef who did a phenonmenal job. The property was clean, well kept up, with plenty of square footage to have alone time or play time. We would stay here again.

The pictures do not do this property justice! The place has a lot of space, absolutely beautiful, and a great view! I would, without hesitation, stay here again. Beatriz (property manager) is wonderful and can help you with any questions or needs you may have while on-site, she is incredibly responsive. Highly recommend utilizing the chef services, Alex's team was the highlight of the trip. All the food was spectacular and they are incredibly professional, we were treated like royalty. The team had all our groceries and alcohol there when we arrived and greeted us with margaritas and quesadillas. BOOK THIS PLACE!

This was our first time in Cabo. The Pedregal Community is absolutely beautiful and this property was fantastic. The views are great, the indoor and outdoor spaces are very well furnished and comfortable. Lots of different places to sit and read a book and relax> The kitchen was well appointed. Importantly, the property manager (Beatriz) was fantastic! She helped us set up a chef to come to the house a few nights. He was great and well worth it. We got fantastic home meals that were less expensive than taking the 7 of us out to eat. She arranged transportation to/from the airport. She helped with taxis and with adventures around town. She took a lot of stress away from us.

Villa Sebastian was the perfect place for our fishing party. Betty was the best concierge we have ever had. The home is close to the marina, was very comfortable and the perfect spot for some downtime after our day on the boat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Chef Alex’s custom dinner was exceptional. We will certainly be back on our next fishing trip!

Villa Sebastian left us not wanting to leave. The staff and property manager are “best of class” and we highly recommend utilizing the Chef Alejandro’s team to enhance your stay!

This house exceeded my expectations and was even more beautiful than the photos! The concierge, Beatriz was so helpful and responsive. She arranged a boat and chef for us and both were amazing. The only thing that didn’t go as expected was we could not play our own music in the house through the AUX cord which was a little frustrating but they did have sirus xm channels to choose from at least. Beatriz did everything she could to try to fix but there needed to be a technician so it did not work for the entirety of our trip. I would still stay here as it was an incredible experience and bringing a speaker or using xm radio is always fine.

This house is exactly what it looks like online, it has beautiful views and a hot tub with an infinity pool. Easy to get into town. The property manager Beatriz Perez was amazing anything we needed she got if for us immediately. I had a college kids with me the house was cleaned very nice every single day by Carolina. We had the chef’s come cook us breakfast/ dinner a few nights, they were awesome and so was the food. Overall a GREAT spot would recommend to anyone.

Our stay at Villa Sebastian was perfect, the house is spacious and beautiful, the pool area is great for relaxing, and the view is better than the pictures. Beatriz is an A+ property manager and was fast to respond to all of our requests. Would highly recommend booking your stay at this property!

We had such a fun time. The house team led by Betty, the house manager, runs like a well oiled machine. We hired Chef Alex and his team and they prepared us some fabulous meals . The home is well kept and offers some inspiring views of the Pacific including. some fantastic sunsets. I would definitely recommend Villa Sebastian to my friends and family.

This house is incredible. The location is amazing. The views are amazing. The layout is great, the pool is amazing. If you are thinking about booking this house but are unsure, just book it. One thing important to us staying in Pedregal is that that house faces as South as possible for maximum sun exposure, this house does. Cleaning service was offered everyday. The house was always very clean. Our host, Beatrice, truly made the experience awesome, from arrival to help along the way. We had in house massages as well as chef services one day. Both were fantastic. All around an amazing experience!

Great layout and amazing views! Clean property

This home exceeded our expectations! We had high expectations knowing the area and from the listing and it did not disappoint. The pool and lower deck are an amazing place to hang out, barbecue, have cocktails and watch the cruise ships and fishing boats headed into port. We were created by the concierge and some amazing appetizers when we arrived. Beatriz, the concierge arranged a rental car for us, in-home massages and a chef for several meals. She attended to anything we needed and then some. The house is immaculate and was lacking nothing.. great home for a family or a group of friends to be close to downtown, but not in the “zoo!” Easily a 10 out of 10.

I cannot say enough about this house and the staff. Pedregal is a beautiful private gated community, we felt very safe. It would be a pretty long hike to the beach or to all the downtown cabo fun from the villa, but we used uber and it worked great! 5-10 min ride. As for the villa, pictures do not do it justice! The house is AMAZING!! Sparkling clean, fabulous views of the ocean (we saw whales from our balcony almost every morning!!), comfortable beds, tons of space. There were 8 of us and everyone said they would come back in a heartbeat. Beyond the house, I promise you will not find better people to manage your stay than Carolina and Ismael. From the beginning, they worked with me through any and all requests. They were prompt with every response and our stay went off without a hitch! We had a chef (Jeffrey) who made the most delicious food, oh my gosh, it far exceeded our expectations-- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We skipped going out to a fancy brunch just to have him cook again! Everything else was handled for us easily as well-- airport transfer, groceries, horseback riding, in house massages-- you name it--seamlessly. One over the top, (yet absolutley true story) is--I must have lost my wedding band in my room and didn't realize it until I was at the airport!!! Ismael responded to my frantic email in seconds, our maid was back at the house within a couple hours to comb the floors and the ring was found and shipped home asap! That's how amazing everyone at villa sebastian is :) Book this house, you will not regret it!!!

Quiet

Villa Sebastian exceeded our expectations. The location and view of the Pacific are lovely ... we even saw whales from the balconies! The house is extremely well appointed and for people who love to cook, this was important to us. Each bedroom has its own en suite suite and the master is situated in one wing with the other two bedrooms in the second wing. We fully enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the little alcoves for reading or for cocktails in the evening. There’s plenty of room for gathering and plenty of room for people to have their own space. Communication with both the property owner and the property manager was exceptional. A big thank you to both for making our week in Pedregal so delightful!!

There were 7 of us that came to Cabo to celebrate my birthday. The villa was absolutely beautiful; more beautiful than the pictures. Every room was comfortable and had a beautiful view. We also had a chef, a butler and spa services right there in the villa. Totally worth it and made this trip a memorable experience. I read about the amenities with the Pedregal resort, but we weren’t given a tour so we didn’t get to take advantage of the beach or the yoga etc. I give this place a perfect 10 + 10 and will definitely come back!!!

Great time

This was an anniversary trip with our immediate family. The service, chef, property manager were top notch and professional. Would definitely return. Our adult children enjoyed the trip equally as much as we did. Hard to top this vacation.

The house is amazing. Beautiful, comfortable, modern conveniences, premium appliances. Comfortable beds and rooms. We grilled on the patio, we cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed the outdoor speakers for entertainment at the pool. We did not rent a car and the house is definitely a trek up a very steep hill which required us to Uber often unless we were in the mood for exercise up and down the hill. It was about a mile to the bottom of the hill which is conveniently located at the Marina. We walked to the beach ( again down and then up a steep hill which was so beautiful. There is no swimming in the Pacific Ocean as the surf was incredibly rough, but the view is spectacular. We were able to walk along the beach, we saw a whale and enjoyed the beauty of the area. We also went to the Resort at Pedregal one evening for dinner. It was so beautiful watching the waves crash against the rocks below. There was a live band playing and incredible ambiance. Very expensive. The house had a house keeper everyday who was great and she was efficient and non intrusive yet kept everything spotless, she refused to let me clean up one day after lunch. Overall the house was great, views spectacular and we had a great time in a private home vs a resort. I would do it again, maybe choosing a house closer to the ocean and on the beach where the climb isn’t so steep.

This place has a beautiful view and pool. The maid service was great. The concierge didn’t show up unril Day 2 and a lot of things weren’t working because there were no directions. Wifi went out so no Vonnage or wifi one day.DVD player didn’t work and we were going to binge watch a couple of series. Constuction on house in back and 1 lot over with lots of noisy equipment Monday-Friday from 8:30 -5 PM. Work trucks, cement trucks on the cobbled winding road all day long delivering materials. Loud partying going on until the wee hours 2 nights. So, it wasn’t a peaceful and mellow place for a vacation retreat. Walk to town would be difficult and long and impractical especially at night. Lots and lots of marble and concrete stairs in the house. We were disappointed to pay a lot of money per night for this place in spite of the beautiful view.

Very nice home. Bedrooms could be more plush.
