This property is truly spectacular down to every detail! First of all....THAT VIEW with a massive deck space is stunning!!! The furnishings are exquisite and the mattresses are comfortable. Our concierge Bianca was wonderful and the access to the Pedregal private beach was so much fun. We loved our stay there, we only wish it could have been longer! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo, we hope to come back soon.

I can't say enough good things about this property! From our first interactions with Shelly, to the amazing services that their concierge - Bianca provided us with throughout our whole stay, to the actual property itself, everything about our trip was incredible. Shelly was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our vacation was relaxing and enjoyable. The unit was extremely clean and had every amenity we could have asked for. Bianca arranged everything for us from our transportation to our dinner reservations/excursions to our grocery services. We were constantly blown away by how helpful she was. If you are looking for a beautiful property with exceptional customer service, this place is for you!

Had a wonderful family vacation with our adult children/spouces. The indoor/outdoor living space is perfect to gather and gaze at the city below. The pool/hot tub have great views as well. The whales were very active in the bay and fun to watch with binoculars. It's a good hike into town, but also an easy Uber ride away. Great communication with the property owners and Bianca our concierge.

The condo was better then expected! My family of 5, 3 adult children, made the most incredible memories here. Great location, very safe, comfortable beds and the best host! The pool was nice and relaxing. The condo had everything, it was very clean and up to date with beautiful furnishings. She provided a concierge service to help arrange transportation, set up excursions and had restaurant suggestions that were all amazing! We will be back, thank you for everything!

This property was not exactly what was advertised, it was much much better. From the second we pulled into the complex it was beyond our expectations. The view, layout, and location is simply incredible. The place is stocked with everything and anything you might need. The evenings on the deck are simply magic. We were sad to leave and will return very soon.

We loved everything about the condo, we would go back with friends or family because it’s well suited for 4 or 6 people. The view is amazing but the condo itself is top notch, the finishes and overall setup is amongst the best you can hope for. The concierge Bianca was very accommodating and we felt at home right away. Communications throughout was great and the owners are very responsive. To be fair, it’s up the hill so I’d say you need a car to move around properly or use shared drive services. But we had a car, that was not an issue for us. There is some construction nearby, it didn’t really bother us and to be honest there’s construction in a lot places we went on vacation to, including TCI, and you just work around it. We’d love to go back!

Every single part of this process and property was perfect. We couldn’t believe how thorough the property and its amenities were. The view was astonishing. The location was perfect (literally minutes from downtown Cabo). The decor was beautiful. The function was awesome. I’ve never stayed anywhere that made me feel like I was at home. We will plan future trips to Cabo around the availability of this specific unit.

My family and our friend stayed at this beautiful condo during spring break. We woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and the town of San Lucas waking up. The condo was clean and the owners have thought of every item you might need during your stay. Jess, the concierge was fantastic! I highly recommend this place.

This Condo is even better than the pictures. Clean, with all the amenities you need. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Easy to get around, but a nice, quiet escape from downtown. The views are incredible.

We spent a week here with two other couples. The condo meets or exceeds everything listed in the advertisement. As well it is stocked with good quality cookware, and all the comforts of home. A great week in beautiful surroundings. Communication with owners, property management was excellent. Thank you for a great experience! My husband and I have been to Cabo many times and this has been a great choice!

The condo is perfectly appointed with everything you need. The pool area is wonderful and quiet the times we were there. Beautiful view and deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. Jess helped with any questions we had.

Property was gorgeous but a word of caution- either rent a car or be prepared to hire transportation. If you are going to arrive late without your own transportation, order food in advance or get Uber Eats. We rented a car the first day & enjoyed the freedom this gave us.

The property is better in person than in the pictures. You get the safety and exclusivity of Pedregal, and quick access to Cabo San Lucas for everything you want to do. The big sliding glass doors are fantastic if you want to blend inside with the large patio (with very comfortable furniture). The hosts had the property in top shape for us, and not bare bones like some other places. We had 5 adults, and had PLENTY of space to enjoy the best of Los Cabos.

We enjoyed the stay. The villa was equipped with everything that you need to feel at home while on vacation. The concierge Jess was awesome. Views are to die for!

This is our first time in Cabo. The view was exceptional. The property is clean and elegant . You have everything you need to feel like home. There were 6 of us and we felt very comfortable. There are washer and dryer to do your clothes. Everything available in the kitchen to cook. Jess, the concierge, was very helpful and nice. She set up a chef to make us breakfast one day and the food was excellent. I highly recommend doing that at least once. Thank you Jess for that and the transportation to and from the airport. We spent almost every day at the pool in the evening after a nice day downtown. Very close proximity to downtown, however it would be difficult to walk downtown. Thank goodness the Uber was “Uber” inexpensive. Overall, this place is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. We felt very safe there.

Simply put, this property is truly something special!Clean. Modern. Stylish. Classy. Spacious. Safe. Quiet. Everything you could possibly hope for in a vacation rental and plenty more. Three large bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and tastefully furnished and decorated. All modern amenities and appliances. Even has it's own laundry in the unit! Felt like were staying in a home away from home. Spectacular views, day and night and a gigantic patio that opens from the living room and the master bedroom and runs the entire length of the condo, some 50 feet of deck space to get plenty of fresh air, sun and take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets every morning and evening. Just a 30-second walk to the amazing infinity pool, hot tub, sun deck and nearby fitness room. 10-minute walk to town and the marina. Great area to walk and exercise on the hills of the neighborhood while taking in the beautiful homes and intrinsic beauty of Cabo with all its beautiful vistas of the mountains and magnificent Pacific at every turn of a corner.The property was very secure, from the gated entrance staffed with multiple attendants, to the condo itself. The other part time residents were very friendly and welcoming and from all over the globe, which was a nice surprise to see the diversity there.Jess, the property manager, was a sweetheart and just a call, text or email away. We were pretty independent but she's quick to help you with whatever you need. She arranged our airport pickup and drop off in a private service, had our condo pre-stocked with food and beverages upon our arrival and gave us a few tips when we inquired.In a nutshell, LOVED, LOVED, LOVED Don C's condo. It hurt to leave but we're already plotting our return. Can't imagine staying anywhere else, to be honest. The place was that sensational!

We’ve been to Cabo several times. However, this high end condo made the experience the best ever. From start to finish, everything was wonderful. The pictures online do this property little justice, and Lisa the house concierge is the best ever! She helped with every detail from grocery stocking, transportation, the chef, down to activities. If you book this gem you won’t regret it. I can’t see myself staying anywhere else when we come to Cabo. Thank you to owners for sharing this gorgeous home. We were sad to leave on Christmas Eve.

From pre-arrival to stay and after, it was all amazing! Best location, view. Safe and luxurious. Perfect location within the complex. Well stocked. Easy cab pickup and garage parking. Very quiet. Best beds, so comfy my daughters are still talking about it. We will be back!!

We loved this place. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms have plenty of everything you need. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it for people who want to relax and enjoy the incredible views. We appreciated the cable TV having USA channels that helped us keep up with our sporting events. This place was so luxurious. The neighborhood is as quiet. Tony was great and we enjoyed getting to meet him.

The 5 of us enjoyed this condo. Large enough that we did not get in each other’s way. Kitchen has everything! Great pool and Tony was great too. No problems and only good reviews.

Great view but the standout things were the smallest details. Everything was clearly labeled from the remote controls to the internet. Only the highest grade kitchen utensils, bath soaps, towels and linens were chosen. The owner deserves the highest marks! The only detail that was not ideal was the meet up to open the condo. Tony was hidden in the parking garage and we could not find this gentleman who was sitting in his car. Many parking spaces and several parking garages made him very difficult to find. Once found he was excellent but he could have made a bit more effort to help us find him. The Condo was superb! Great views of the city, ocean and marina. Very slightly noisy at night (it was spring break) but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your delightful condo, worth every peso.

Tony G was readily available to assist in whatever we needed. Community was gated and clean. People were friendly. Great restaurants nearby. Need taxi or car to get around.

What a great stay at such a fantastic place. The unit is furnished perfectly and you can make breakfast in the well appointed kitchen while watching the cruise ships from the unobstructed veiw of beautiful Cabo. At night we enjoyed cocktails on the patio still enjoying the veiw of Cabo and the city lights .Tony G. Is very helpful and can answer any questions about the condo or the city when you arrive.
