Excellent stay overall

A lovely place by the water and marina. A view from the balcony of a park setting then the water. Richard met us at check in and provided all the information we needed. Great to park underground. Would highly recommend this place.

The place was very nice in a nice location. Beautiful grounds and relaxing place. A lot of online hoops to go through when booking.

Very private spot and spacious suite. The amenities were wonderful. The kitchen has had some flooring leakage issues at sometime in the past and they are obviously dealing with this. Everything needed to do for meals was accounted for. We had a relaxing stay and found this location to be manageable for our planned activities in the area. Sidney seawall is great!

The condo was nice, but the owners appear to have experienced a flood in the kitchen some time ago. The hardwood floor was in need of replacing and quite torn up. The front desk is unstaffed and there are only a few residents on the property. Due to CoVid, the lovely restaurant next door was still not open. The logistics of booking, paying for and complying with the countless rules and regulations imposed by the rental company were overwhelming and constant. There was far, far too much communication, feedback and compliance with unnecessary security--it sometimes felt like we were being treated more like potential felons than guests. Checking in with a guest two or three times a day before a visit is excessive, although the staff was pleasant. Guests also are required to constantly communicate with a "greeter" before obtaining a key, who also must scrutinize all guest identification, even though he fails to provide his own ID and contact information. The check-in is arbitrarily late--5 pm--even though that entire day has been pre-paid for as part of the rental. I was told that my booking was back to back with a previous one, necessitating cleaning service delay. But when I arrived with the greeter, the unit was stuffy and very hot, with all the windows locked and patio doors closed as if for days. Nothing appeared as if it were cleaned a few hours before. I felt like I could have been allowed to use the condo I paid for much earlier than arranged. My recommendation to EMR is to review how your constant contact and obsessive security negatively affects your guests. When you require full payment a month in advance, and that payment is made into EMR's bank account, with other pieces of identification given, you might want to lighten up on the obsessive multiple-daily contacts by email. After my stay was over, the contact disappeared and this survey is the first contact I've received sinc

The property was nice however could use some maintenance, and some key items were missing like a blow dryer which is usually standard .

I love Sidney during the day. absolutely nothing going on in the evening though. although our stay was good, except for the day after we arrived. We weren't informed of the work being done on the building. the only other issue we had started before we even arrived! we were told check-in was between 5pm and 10pm. I got a call the day of our arrival, with a voicemail saying that we had to be there between 5:30-6:30! I called the person back because we weren't arriving until between 8:30-9:00pm, and was told that no one would be there past 6pm to check us in or to give us the keys so we could even get in! I was able to convince her of being there until 6:30 as stated on the voicemail, and then I had to rush ahead of my family in a cab to get there on time. cost me hundreds of dollars for that cab fare! nothing was offered as recompense or even anything at all! I will not be staying there again or at any property owned by whoever owned that unit!

The apartment was beautifully set up and comfortable with a deck overlooking the garden for breakfasts and a peek at the marina and bay. Our week there has cool rainy weather but was the rest and get away we needed! Lovely restaurants in the area with nearby Sidney were fun to shop and eat at. I would return to this location. That's a first!

Great stay.Very comfortable and great location. Great area to walk to everything. 22 minute walk puts you right downtown. A 15 minute drive takes you to great hiking at James Dean park and if you are a geo cacher that's a great place to do both.

Beautiful place with so many extras for guests. We appreciated the double sided fireplace, the heated tile floor, and the secure parking. Many nice parks and water vistas to walk to. Short drive to the waterfront walkway and boutiques of downtown Sidney.
