The view and location were outstanding! Amazing sunrises and sunsets everyday! Home had everything you could need and was very clean!

Everything was outstanding — from the view, to the amenities, to the location, to the spacious rooms, to the morning sunrises.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home near Tahoe City. The views are unparalleled. We could see the entire lake from most of the rooms in the house and it was just gorgeous. Access to the lakeside beach and club space was very special. We grilled out and enjoyed bocce. The home is centrally located to just about anything you'd like to do in Tahoe. The home itself is very well cared for and well stocked. The furniture is very comfortable. We appreciated all the little cozy spots to sit in the bedrooms when we had work to do. I just can't say enough good things about this home and hope to return to it again in the future.

Our family of six stayed here for a week. The location was wonderful as we love Tahoe City and the Sunnyside area. The house itself has everything you need for eating in. The furniture is comfortable, the beauty of the views from the deck can’t be overstated and it was a great base for our group. A couple things that might be helpful to know are the living area is on the top floor. The bedrooms are down a level and the pool room with trundle beds is the level below the bedrooms. The first morning we had several people trying to sleep in and they couldn’t due to the early risers moving around upstairs and construction on the adjoining unit. Construction is probably a short term issue but if you have people in your group looking to nap or sleep early, make sure the rest of your group will be mindful. We would definitely stay again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the view and the great kitchen as we cooked through the Thanksgiving holiday. The halfplex was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed from pots and pans to soaps and cleaning supplies. The location is nice and quiet but also close to the Paige Meadows trailhead - a perfect spot to work off the Thanksgiving meal!

Clean, spacious home that absorbs people better than pictures indicate. Smoke kept us from enjoying the view but the location is great as having access to the HOA is really valuable. Highly recommend for one (or even two) families to share.

We wanted to stay in Tahoe for the weekend to escape the heat in Sacramento. The house had great views and was well furnished. It was one of the hottest weekends in Tahoe so bringing fans was important to keep cool as most houses do not have AC. We all enjoyed playing pool as well. The management company, Tahoe Mountain Properties, were awesome. We had a couple issues (both of which turned out to be working but I wasn't sure how to do it) and they were very responsive and sent someone out within a couple of hours to help. I would stay again.

Wonderful property with amazing views! Clearview comfortably accommodated all 5 adults and could have easily accommodated more. Holly was excellent with communicating all of the important information.

Beautiful views, they need to furnished the balcony with better and more comfortable furniture and if I could suggest something is to put TV’s in the bedroom or at least in the master bedroom.

This was the perfect place to relax with my family and the view is to die for. The house is clean and comfortable.

This place was amazing! The cabin is at the end of the road. Very private. Please note this does not have any garage. As soon as you walk in, the mud room is to your right. Another (glass) door leads you to enter the house. This I find very convenient for people who has dogs. The powder room is on the left and the dinning room is to the right. The dinning table is a beautiful! raw wood slab and very long. Our dinner party of 10 for Thanksgiving was able to fit comfortably. Our family loves to cook and eat and the kitchen here will not disappoint a chef! Well equipped with Jenn-Air appliances, and a well stocked pantry. Dinnerware for 10, everything you need to prepare a meal, they have it! The family room is large with a floor to ceiling fireplace and the view from the window is priceless!!! One floor down are the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bedroom #2 has amazing views!!! They both have extra room with comfy lounge chairs to enjoy the view. I spent mornings here sipping coffee to watch the sunrise! It would be great to have extra detail to clean their windows on these rooms for better photos/videos guest will take. Also, it would be great if the windows opens reverse. The bottom window opens without any screen. It’s pretty unsafe to open the windows if you have kids. If the opening is on top, it would be a lot safer. The 3rd bedroom is very spacious with large walk in closet and a small window. Another floor down is the bonus room. It has a pool table, a bunk bed and a trundle bed. This sleeps another 4 people. A door leads you to the backyard, of course with amazing views!

Had a great week at this property. Bring a headlamp. The lighting is poor for reading.

I had such a great time! Close to Tahoe City and Truckee and surrounded by hikes! Will definitely be back!

This house was great for our family of 6. We spent a quick, quiet weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful and well laid out for all of us. The only thing I would warn people of were the stairs. You have to use a set of stairs & cross a bridge to get to the house, and the stairs inside are a bit steep. It was fine for us, but I was glad my parents opted not to go. They wouldn't have been able to get into the house easily, and definitely not down to any bedrooms. Otherwise, it was wonderful! Thank you for letting us stay!

The view is great. The place is comfortable. We like the neighborhood and being close to Paige Meadows.

We spent a lot of time on the deck....the view is amazing. We also utilized the private community beach quite a few times. We had a great time and would go back again.

We had a fabulous long weekend at this beautiful home. Wonderfully remodeled kitchen was well appointed and suited our needs perfectly. We loved the view from the deck and lower bedrooms. We had plenty of room for our 2 families of 4. I would highly recommend this home and we love the West Shore. Hope to come again.

Great place to celebrate my50th birthday wtih friends and family. The view from the deck was amazing! Sunrises, sunsets and watching the full moon rise and shine over the lake was amazing. Great kitchen and really comfortable beds! Highly recommend it!

Would definitely stay agian

Rented place along with adjoining property for family reunion. Unbeatable view and updated furnishings. Top notch appliances and very clean. Only wish there was more than one couch in family room. Only other options were to siy on very low chair or futon like matress. All in all, would definitely rent again.

The Property was perfect for our family get away; it’s clean, modern remodeled, spacious, and accessories with everything you might need in your everyday life at home, this three story property includes washer, dryer, soap; and aside the 3 bedrooms, it has an amazing play room or den, with pool table, a day bed and bumper bed; anything you could think of that you might need they had it equipped with. The property it’s perfect for introvert’s or extrovert’s, because since it’s a 30 minute drive from Lake Tahoe it was nice an quite, with beautiful views, also perfect for outdoor activities, we did hiking, played in the snow, we watched the stars at night. We were able to see a few animals, like a deer, snow bunny, and a fox, enjoying their environment. We would definitely rent it again, not only because the property was amazing, but also management, they reply to your questions right away.

Both houses together were amazing! The location was perfect for us. Close to the supermarket, skiing at Squaw Valley, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would recommend that the owner thinks about adding an inside door that would connect the two locations. Just like the adjoining hotel rooms at some hotels.

The house was perfect for a large group of us, with fantastic views of the lake and a wonderful living space. Would absolutely stay again.

We rented both Clearview 1 and 2 for a family vacation in July 2016. We had a total of 12 adults and 4 teens - plenty of hangout space, the kitchen in Clearview 2 was nicely renovated and the room on the bottom floor was perfect for teens with the bunk beds and pool table. We had an amazing view of the lake and took full advantage of the patios and magnificent view. We rented both houses together - in general Clearview 2 has a more open layout in the living room so we gathered there more. Also, the bedrooms in #2 are larger since they do not have a patio/deck. Lastly, the bottom floor bedroom does not have it's own bathroom like in Clearview #1 so the kids have to share with the 2nd floor bedrooms. We were extremely happy with these rentals - great location, easy access to lake with a drive to the HOA park, and the homes are at the end of a cul-de-sace so super private and no issues with several cars parking. I'm recommending for all families, but be aware that the home has lots of stairs between 3 levels - take into consideration if you have tiny mobile babies or elderly with mobility issues. One more tip for Texans and other visitors: pack a jacket! It's cold in the morning/evening! We are hot in Texas and didn't realize how chilly it gets here - even in July!

This was an excellent place to stay in the Tahoe area. It is very spacious and extremely comfortable. The view is outstanding. It is a great place for a large extended family, or for several couples. Holly was extremely helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this rental.

We loved the house in Tahoe! The view was incredible, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it on the deck. The kitchen was very well-appointed, with everything we needed for lots of cooking with our family of six (four adult kids). Thanks to Holly, who was very responsive when we had a question about the internet. There were lots of outdoor activities nearby, including hiking, cycling, boating and hanging out at the beach.
