We had a fabulous holiday staying at the Chappy Resort. Checking in was really simple and the property manager, Jeff, provided an excellent service. He was really helpful and answered the questions we asked straightaway, we couldn't ask for more from a manager. My children very much appreciated the fact that there were TVs in each bedroom and the lounge/living area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, with more than enough utensils for our stay there. The outside area was superb - lovely swimming pool and right on the canal: it was very relaxing in the evening, having a BBQ and looking at the beautiful view. Location was second to none - very near to great restaurants and supermarkets. The house is also in a good location to drive to Miami for sightseeing and Sawgrass Mills for clothes shopping. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Chappy Waterfront Resort and intend to come back and stay there again!

We traveled from Mississippi to Pompano Beach and had this house booked for our stay. It was a good time to reconnect with our kids. If you're looking for a more touristy place, this really isn't it, but that doesn't lessen the vacation. The kids stayed in the pool as long as possible, we ate dinner on the back patio, went to the Pompano Beach fishing pier and threw a couple fishing lines out.

Everything was exactly as advertised! Very clean property, check in went flawlessly, good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend.

The house was laid out nicely and comfortable for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. We all loved sitting on the patio around the pool where we spent the majority of our vacation. We would come visit Pompano Beach again.

A long Super Bowl weekend at the Chappy House was good. The house has a greek/statue type character and has all the amentities needed. Enjoyed staying at the house. Clean and just right.

We went for a week for boat show. Place was excellent very relaxing. And reasonable. Will def be back again

We stayed at Chappy's for 4 nights this past February. The property was 100% as described and was the perfect stay for the 5 of us (parents with our 3 kids, ages 20 & 21). Location, price point and amenities could not be matched with any other property plus had the bonus of RV parking for our motorhome. The outdoor space was a big hit! The interior is a bit dated however the pictures reflect this. It did not affect our stay at all. We loved the unique decor. We had a couple minor maintenance issues and the property manager was very quick to respond and remedy. The only non 5* was for cleanliness - the critical areas were clean to average hotel standards (beds, bathroom, kitchen). The home could use a good deep clean every 4 months to give it that extra wow factor. There were many splash stains on walls, cupboards and doors. The welcome binder also indicates that guests are to replace the bedding with clean sheets prior to leaving. I have huge concerns that some guests will just make the beds without replacing them with clean linens if left to their discretion. Who wants to spend the last morning of their vacation prepping beds for the next guest. I would suggest removing this clause from the binder so guests are confident this is part of the cleaning fee. If we ever find ourselves travelling to this area again, we will absolutely plan another stay at Chappy's.
