The condo unit itself was beautiful and very clean and comfortable.

My only negative complaint which is also the reason I won’t be staying here again is because the beach service chairs and umbrellas take up over 80% of the beach front on Tops’l Tides beach. As a paying customer staying in the Tops’l condo but having limited area to set up my own chairs on the beach I was very displeased. We had to set up our beach chairs in front of private houses neighboring the condos due to the lack of space on Tops’ls beach because the beach service they allow claim so much of it.

We loved how close to the beach the property was. The condo was nice and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The pools were nice. The only thing we didn’t like about the condo was the master bedroom bed was hard as a rock.

We got to the property on Saturday. We informed the management that one of the doors on the entertainment center was broken and it had been done prior to our arrival. We also let them know the master bedrooms tv remote was missing. To which they informed us to check in drawers and between couch cushions. We let them know that we had looked in all those places for it. They never did respond back. If your guests are having to search couch cushions for remotes then the cleaning staff is not doing their job. We finally received a remote for the master bedroom on Wednesday and we had to program it to the tv. I was not impressed with the management.

The condo was spacious and comfy. It was perfect for my family.

I enjoyed the condo it was spacious I will say that the host should include a broom to clean up sand I had to go out and purchase one and then haul it back home with me. I’m a clean freak so I couldn’t take stepping on sand. Also the middle building where the walk way is to get to the beach had many roaches. Also in the description it states everything is included but there was only one trash bag , one dish pod and one roll of toilet paper. So I feel it would be helpful to mention that it only includes one of each item so the guests know the purchase before hand. Because I’m a planner and I would have had those items all packed and ready to go but I got there and went to Walmart to get food and then realized that there wasn’t enough and had to return to Walmart. So I feel including a description of what the condo includes would be helpful.

Friendly and accommodating from all staff, we loved that the beach and pools were a hop and skip away and the resort was convenient to everything.

We have stayed at this resort a couple of times and the apartments were spotless, the one we stayed in this time was very nice but it was dusty, there was hair in the bathroom floor and shower. The master bedroom had glass or something very sharp in the carpet, I vacuumed and cleaned the bathroom floor and tub with lysol wipes I also swept the balcony.

Very clean and beautiful property.

Perfect location right on the beach. Not far from all the fun things to do all around!

The apartment was a good size for a large family, I loved the easy access to the beach it was the best. We didn't have to move since we arrived

Although the cleanliness of the apartment was in good condition, there were some cockroaches that were a bit unpleasant
