The property was better than advertised and the management compmay reaponded immediately to all of the small concerns we had had while staying in the house. We are planning on booking this again for next year!

House was beautifully appointed and location was great. The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is because there were a few issues with things not working.

This property is beautiful. It is so relaxing to be so close to the ocean but staying comfortable floating in the pool or sipping wine or coffee from the deck. One thing to note- there is no beach access from the house, but there is one very close. At this end of the island, there is very little beach, and it is only accessible at low tide. Not a worry during my trip since none of us could tear ourselves away from the pool!

This home was the perfect base for us while vacationing on St. Simons Island. Just perfect. Everything was clean and in great shape. This was our first vacation since my husband, and children's father, passed away. I was a bit anxious hoping it would go well. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Myself and my boys had the most wonderfully relaxing time. We loved the pool the most! We did a beach walk everyday, collecting shells and watching all the crabs. We loved watching the birds and the dolphins playing, and the large flocks of pelicans overhead daily. We were a short distance from the downtown area, and all it had to offer. Thank you so much for hosting us. We all immensely enjoyed our stay. We'll be back. :)

We had an amazing week long stay! The house and property were just as described. Clean, well equipped, awesome outdoor areas-would definitely stay again!

What a great beach house! It is very attractive and comfortably furnished. Everything about the house when we arrived was exceptionally clean. And nobody in our family saw any bugs which is very unusual. If stair climbing is difficult there's an elevator which is dependable and attractive. Thanks to VRBO, Lilmar Properties, and the owner for a very enjoyable vacation home!

The house was spotless upon arrival. Great layout for family or a group of friends with the en suite bathrooms. Beautiful water views. Incredible location close to the restaurants and shops at the Pier but still quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was gorgeous, extremely clean, and the host was very responsive. (called me back within five minutes of my texting) to a question about the heating of the pool. I would highly recommend renting this place, and I will rent it again.

The home and its many amenities, along with a fantastic view of the ocean provided a first class way to relax. Highly complimentary of the heated pool/spa and the beautiful bedrooms on the third floor. My wife rated the kitchen 10 stars as well as the walks on the beach! We would recommend this property, and hopefully we'll be able to visit again in the near future.

Will definitely rent this home again! It was a short stroll to all that downtown offers but also in a very quiet secluded upscale neighborhood. The bikes provided were a huge perk and the view and pool were excellent.

The home was very clean and had everything you could possibly need...and then some!

The property was lovely. When we arrived, the washing machine was out of service, but upon contacting the property manager, they made arrangements to have our laundry picked up, washed, dried, folded and returned to us. They were very responsive.

Beautiful property, serene surroundings and close to restaurants and shops. Watching the barges come and go, along with the daily dolphin sightings were a great bonus. The pool temperature was an issue, although it was tended to quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Our family loved this home so much last year that we had to stay again this year. It’s beautiful and well equipped and the kids love the pool.

The house was fantastic. We have stayed in multiple properties in St Simons as well as other beaches and my wife and kids liked this house the best. The pool was great (although it gets really warm mid day from the sun. Better than cold!), you can see dolphins throughout the day in the channel, and the kids like to watch the boats. It was super quiet, easy to walk to restaurants, and the beach was great for short trips. During high tide its not accessible but for our kids a couple hours at a time is enough beach for them. Overall great house!

This is IT, yall! Excellent view, very close to the ocean. We saw huge cargo ships pass from every deck and from the pool, which was pretty cool. The pool and spa were amazing. We enjoyed the heated feature at night. It was so relaxing. We spent most of our time in and around the pool. I liked that there are privacy fences/bushes where the neighbors on either side did not have a view into the pool/hot tub area. The landscaping was beautiful, inviting, and there were virtually NO BUGS outside and definitely none inside, anywhere. The house was very clean. Awesome kitchen with everything we needed to cook breakfast. Grill worked great for hotdogs. State of the art appliances, huge fridge. The beds were comfy, pillows were great! Wish I'd noted the brand! If you're cold natured you might want to bring a thicker blanket for bed time and a couch blanket. The house was beautiful and clean. The master bathroom had HEATED FLOORS which I had never experienced before. They were amazing after a shower. There are also towel warmers in the bathrooms that are activated to heat your towel while you shower. Amazing! Plenty of space for big families but also cozy for 2. There are a lot of stairs so older folks might not be into that but there is an elevator. We couldn't figure out how to work it but didn't really try either or contact anyone about it. (It was probably user error lol) The only MINOR thing I noticed is that there were no rugs or mats in the kitchen or main floor which would have been nice. But that's literally not a complaint. More of a preference. The house is also very close to the pier, park, Lighthouse, shops, etc... within walking distance. I do recommend golf carting, though, because there are plenty of spots you can zip to on the cart easier than driving that are slightly out of walking distance. I highly recommend visiting Fort Frederica. That was stunning! Take bug spray there. The WW2 museum was also awesome.

Everything about this house was top notch We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this vacation spot to everyone.

We had a little hiccup in the beginning of our Vaca to St. Simon's Island. When we arrived on Friday it seemed like the place wasn't aired out for a while with how musty/stuffy the downstairs and the closets were. We aired out the home and by Saturday afternoon it was not really noticeable anymore. I'd like to add I'm pretty sensitive to mold. I spoke to the property manager he was really nice and credited us one night back. But aside from that, the layout of the home, the views, the landscaping this place is beautiful. It's so close to downtown we walked to the park and for ice cream. There's lots of board games, the pool is a perfect size for a family of 5 as well. The beach in front of the property during low tide has lots of crabs and sea life hiding in the rocks, which keeps the little ones entertained. They have miniature golf, a splash pad and a park downtown too. I recommend doing a fishing charter with Captain Shawn, really nice guy. You can catch big sharks and whitings, it's great way to spend the day.

We are a retired couple and live in the southeast. We had friends come in from Kansas City and we wanted to show them the awesomeness of St Simons. The house was perfect!!! Each couple had king bedrooms with private baths and sliding glass doors that led out to decks overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was perfect for what cooking we did and there was plenty of room for our wine and games. We didn't use the pool and hot tub, but they looked perfect. We were within walking distance of the Village and most of the restaurants for our meals. The home does have an elevator, but it was a little sensitive. If you cannot do stairs, I am not sure this is the one for you. When it worked, the elevator was wonderful.

Clean and comfortable space. Easy walking distance to downtown and pier. Beach access at the end of the street. Small but nice pool for kiddos. Enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony. Would come back to this property.
