If you need a relaxing getaway with the family this is your spot. Plenty of rooms with sound proof walls for the one’s that go to bed early. Dog friendly.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered this place. The inside was beautiful, but the outside had us blown away. So much room to spread out and enjoy the entertaining backyards!

The good: 1.The home is in a great location with easy access to get everywhere in Montecito (walking distance to town and beach) and Santa Barbara (via e-bike) -Rental place in Montecito town. 2. Gardens of the home are beautiful and private and perfect to relax in and to have a nice BBQ 3. Beds are comfortable and large rooms except the one off the kitchen (Only a double bed room). All amenities were provided in Kitchen and bathrooms. Issues: 1. Communication with the host was difficult. Did not respond to messages via text message and messages through VRBO took over a week as Chris said he had issues with VRBO platform. 2. Dates booked through VRBO did not match confirmation sent from the host and took several days to get confirmation for the actual dates booked. 3. Hot Tub was very dirty as there was sand all inside of it likely from prior guests that were staying there. We ended up not using it. 4. Only main living area (by kitchen) and kids bedroom is air-conditioned. Some nights were fairly warm. Would be nice to have fans in each bedroom. Overall nice experience and would recommend staying here.

Our extended family of 8 had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay - the property was plenty of space for our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). We appreciated the large kitchen and all of the outdoor space. We weren't expecting to be so close to the train tracks (perhaps we missed that in the description) - but the noise wasn't bad. The ease of walking to the beach and "downtown" Montecito were a great plus!

Only slight annoyance was the location in between the 101 freeway and the Amtrak tracks. You could hear some road noise when outside and hear the train horns. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

The house and it's private outdoor spaces were perfect for our reunion of 3 families with young kids. The location is great -- a very short walk to restaurants and shops in Montecito and just a 7-10 minute drive to the heart of Santa Barbara. The property was recently redecorated under a new owner and was great. TVs just about everywhere including one in the living room that's easily 100". Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, and the propane grill is HUGE.

We walked around the corner to the beach every thing we needed to have a wonderful day at the beach was stored on this property. They had everything except our beach attire. The yard was so serene, there was enough space for us all to have our private moments to relax. The kitchen was well equipped for a fee of our gourmet chefs. Every bed was so comfortable. We didn't want to leave them or the property. The grocery store and restaurants were walking distance, we totally enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood . The famous Luckys Steak Restaurant was a total hit. I can't say enough about our experience it was everything I wanted it to be for my bday celebration . This property is perfect for all age groups

The kitchen is well equipped and designed, sufficient for quality food preparation for eight of us. The beach and commercial Montecito are readily walkable. Santa Barbara is a short drive away. Two of the bedrooms seem a bit unconventional at first, although they both served very comfortably. The entrance to the house is on a quiet side street, requiring a quick turn immediately off the exit ramp from Highway 101. This is easy after the first time. The highway was minimally audible, although train tracks run at the bottom of the street with only a few trains each day.
