The patio and dock allowed us Wisconsinites to enjoy the weather. The owner has provded anything you might need. The home is in a nice friendly neighborhood. The only suggestion I would have is a plug for the bathtub for those of us that prefer tubs over showers. This was a wonderful home.

It was extremely comfortable to stay in the house in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful deck, screen room and everything you need. Was a great experience sitting on the deck and relaxing. Very accommodating host.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property so much! The home was beautiful and clean. The screened in patio area was a favorite of ours. It was our favorite place to be in the morning and evening. So many different birds on the property, alligators swimming in the morning, different sounds in the morning vs evening. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive and courteous by email / text. I highly recommend!

After overcoming a little confusion just before check in all went well. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Hosts had snacks and different coffees out for us and although we didn't cook at all the kitchen looked very well stocked with utensils and appliances.

Property is on water with lots of wildlife. Insects were not a problem. Lots of restaurant choices.

Everything was as expected… Communication with owner was quick and easy… I would stay here again…

Having coffee while you watched the wildlife right outside the enclosed patio was such a treat. And the sunsets we spectacular!

Welcome "gifts" we're very thoughtful. Well stocked with all versions of coffee. A full kitchen if you want to stay in and cook.

Really enjoyed our stay, so relaxing setting out on the back porch having our morning coffee. Loved Tarpon Springs and all the Greek food. Close to everything we needed.

What a wonderful stay. Walked in the property and felt at home. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the lanai as the birds and ducks walked right on by. After that we enjoyed every moment out on the deck watching the Gators and turtles swim right on by . We even named the little Gator Hank he ended up chilling in the sun on land 16’ away from the dock. We can’t wait to come back.

The rear of the house was on a pretty little lake with lots of birds and wildlife. A great place to sit and chill. While a great deal of effort was put into the interior decoration, it was a bit cluttered with little useable space left on table tops or kitchen counter tops. Also, we stayed during March Madness and the only TV coverage was Roku with limited live streaming options. All live network TV required a ROKU PIN. When we reached out to the owners for assistance, they were unable or unwilling to help us. Disappointing.

Beautiful location, quiet and picturesque. Love the wildlife on the lake and house was comfortable and immaculate. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

The house was very clean and stocked well. Birds came right up to us outside, and we Enjoyed watching the alligators in the lake.

We love the Tarpon Springs area and this was a great place to stay ! Owners go above and beyond to make it feel welcoming and the back porch is a great place for morning coffee!

We are considering retiring in Florida. The Tampa Bay area is one of the areas under consideration. Holiday is a good location to explore the Tampa area. The property is nice with a water view. There are alligators in the water which was fun to watch. The neighbors were pleasant and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

If you enjoy being on the water and watching the wildlife this location would be suitable. Traveling out to other areas such as Dunedin and Largo is to far out..

The thing that stuck out when we picked this location was that it's in a quiet neighborhood. I was pleased to find out totally lived up to that description. The home was well furnished and looked like a model home. This was a great spot to stay to visit the Tampa Bay area. We were able to visit with family, and spend time at the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs. This home was a great place to have a quiet visit with friends or family before running out to dinner and a sunset dolphin cruise. The only concern that I would have is if I had small (overactive) children visiting, there are a lot of breakable things on display that I would worry about. I would totally visit this home again, and my aunt is planning to book this for an extended weekend with some friends from out of town.

Lovely lake view, pleasant home, comfortable couches, excellent coffee makers, welcome flowers and chocolates. Exciting to see the alligators swimming and all the amazing birds. A bit crowded with decor, not much space to store our canned and packaged foods since we were there for a month. The internet connection a bit slow. Owner very responsive when air conditioning went out.
