The two of us did not need a bigger house. It had everything we needed plus it was close to all the places we like to go. The owner was helpful with the questions we had.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Other than a couple minor issues we were very comfortable with our stay. Yvonne contacted me to address the concerns promptly. The beds are very comfortable. There is a viranda to relax enjoy the warm Florida weather with a fenced in private backyard. The location is very close to several parks, beaches, restaurants and places to shop. The historic Sponge Docks are less than 3 miles away. We enjoyed many activities such as biking on The Pinellas Bike Trail, kayaking in Tarpon Springs Bayou and in Anclote River and nature walks in many of preserves. We plan on staying here again.

i loved the decor and layout of home .it was a little cool with no furnace but they provided us with a new heater promptly. as a suggestion for the home to change the only thing would be replace carpet in bedrooms and i believe the refrigerator is on its way out as it makes lot of noises .would definately come back to stay again in the home.

On our way to the house, we noticed the neighborhood wasn't very appealing. When we got to the house, we found the tile floors dirty and the pots greasy. The back patio seems to have had the grill burning inside because if you touched the screen, your hands were black. We had no where to put the trash and when we asked we were told there was a can by the house. Instead, we noticed the neighbor across the street had two cans and we did not have one. No offer to get one to us was made. Everything seemed to be in working order until a night that dropped down into the 50s. We discovered the heater was not functioning and we got no reply from the property manager "Barbara". The owner reached out to let us know how we should leave the place later the next day. I informed her of the issue and that I had a young child. The response I got was "Everything worked perfectly on Sunday! " There was no offer to send someone to fix the heater or to give any kind of assistance. That evening was going to be about as cold so we had to leave. I told the owner that before we left and received no offers to reconcile the issue. We left the house cleaner than we found it and even left extra coffee filters. Instead of an apology, my next message from the owner was "we miss the remote control for the TV" followed by ""Remote Control from spectrum!" We certainly did not steal a remote that is provided for free by the cable company, especially since we don't watch television at home. It was obvious that the issues of the heater not working and our loss of a day were of no concern to the owner or the property manager. I would not recommend the place to anyone after the amount of stress this caused.

We enjoyed our stay in this little house. The location was very convenient in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.

Rustic and comfortable. Bathroom is small but ok for 2 people. Very large and spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen, earing area and linai. Very clean home. Might want steam clean the sofas. We were a little leary about the neighborhood but it was quite quiet with no issues. Very close to The Sponge Docs and Anclote Park. We biked easily to both. Go to Ms Vickie's tiki Bar right near Anclote Park. The view and atmosphere is lovely. Great location with everything you need nearby.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Gegend ist ruhig und zentral gelegen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr angenehm. Wir können das Ferienhaus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und würden es für unseren nächsten Florida Urlaub wieder in Erwägung ziehen.
