Great time had by all at these beach units, which had everything we needed for a fun family vacay. Highlights: nice patio and ocean view deck, nicely decorated interiors, comfy sofas and beds, nicely decorated, easy to contact management. Lowlights: tight parking and no a/c but plenty of fans so we stayed cool. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat!!!

We enjoyed our stay, the only problem we really has is we could not get regular channels on the bottom house. We are sports fans and could not watch any games.

When we arrived 4 windows did NOT have screens and 1 of the refrigerators ice machines did NOT work, multiple fans , overhead and portable did NOT work, 1 of the TV did NOT work(received is info via an email prior to arrival) ALL was reported to management upon our arrival on Thurs, they are closed on SAT & SUN received NO RESPONSE by Tues was told they would check on it AFTER our DEPARTURE on THURS!! THIS IS VERY UNSATISFACTORY !!!!! I rented ALL 3 units 707, 709 and 711 for 19 family members

Booked as a Christmas gift to our children and grandchildren, this was a much anticipated trip. We had a blast. The teens and tweens never left the beach and it gave us great joy to be able to give them this gift. Our sons surfed every day and took advantage of the extended family to watch each others kids as they all enjoyed some kid free time. Upon arrival the downstairs unit was not as clean as we would have expected but a phone call to the management was answered promptly and they offered to come and make it right. At that point we were all happily enjoying the property so we told them they didn't need to come. This house is literally steps away from the beach and as an added bonus you can see the Sea World Fireworks each night from the beach. A great time was had by all.

This turned out to be a perfect place for our extended family gathering. We will likely come again. The outdoor patio on the ground floor was a gathering place for the group in the evening. Very close to the beach.

We had the entire property (3 Units) for the week of Thanksgiving. It was good space for people to spread out. The weather didn't quite cooperate for being outdoors, but we were still able to enjoy being inside, just not as one big group. But the proximity to the beach and local attractions is very good. The units are nice, clean and well kept. If you are looking for a beach location with a large group, this is worth looking at.

…was so much better than the freezing winter back home. The weather was a little gloomy but warm enough to use the outside spaces and enjoy the beach. Lots of various sleeping areas, nice having washer and dryer in each unit and being able to walk to a lot of places (Belmont Park & good pizza/sushi/Mexican eateries).

Thank you, we had a great time. Only one item we did have a bit of trouble trying to stream a show via the Netflix app. Not sure if we were doing something wrong or there was some other problem. Other than we absolutely loved have the entire place for our family.

We rented the entire house and it worked out perfectly for our group which was a mix of couples and individuals. We loved that each space had it's own kitchen and living room so that everyone could do their own thing for breakfast each morning before we met up to enjoy the day together! The waves can be heard as soon as you open the door...it was wonderful! A super short walk to the beach and decks that can be used to view the sunrise/sunset. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Maintenance even came while we were there to fix an item we hadn't yet found to be out of commission. Their customer service team was efficient and easy to get a hold of. They checked in with us, soon after we arrived, to make sure everything was as expected and followed up after we left to make sure we enjoyed our time. We would stay here again!

We rented all three of these clean, updated units for a large family and had a great time! There is only one house between these and the beach. We could still see and hear the ocean at all times from both the courtyard and the balcony. The management company was easy to deal with and we would recommend bringing your family or group here. It was hard to leave!

This vacation rental was even better in person and the perfect fit for our entire extended family! The views from upstairs are really breathtaking and well worth the money (vs paying ocean front prices). Having a ground level unit was easy on my parents and the patio was ideal for all of us to gather, bbq, and watch sunsets. The complimentary coffee and sunscreen was a nice touch, our kids loved the cool sunglasses too! Be careful as pets are only allowed early mornings and late evenings, but thankfully the lifeguards were easy going about it. Also no need to rent bikes as they have electric scooters and bikes all along the boardwalk. We are more than happy to rate our stay 5 stars!

What an amazing stay we had at Surf Style’s vacation house. The entire family had such a great time, the house had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable, and relaxing stay and create lasting memories. Thanks a million!

Great for larger groups, elderly, and young children. The home was a nice size that comfortably slept 20 with all 3 units as advertised, had a wonderful ground floor unit making it easy for our elderly parents and young children, and there were amazing ocean views from upstairs where the adults liked to wind down in the evening. The units are nicely updated and even better than the photos, which was a fantastic surprise!!! Only minor issue was parking was a bit tight, but thankfully we were able to fit 2 of our suv’s outside the garages and there were 2 nearby parking lots making it easy to park the other car. Overall an amazing experience and we would not hesitate to return.

We had all three condos and we were pleased to see they were everything we expected. The huge front patio is where we spent most our time grilling and enjoying each other’s company. Each condo was nicely cleaned when we arrived and the layouts worked perfectly for our extended group of friends and family. We had an issue with fitting one of our vehicles, but we were aware of the size of garages beforehand and able to park at one of the nearby parking lots. Highly recommend for larger families. We hope to be back soon.

Great fun! Plenty of room on the outdoor patio visiting with the other families in our group, all units were clean & had everything we needed, and host communication/response time made our stay smooth. We've already requested to book next year.

This home fit our extended family so well that we're already planning our visit next summer. We always stay in South Mission Beach and it's difficult finding one pet friendly place for the 18 of us with enough bedrooms but not with the ocean front prices. The outside is the same as inside - very clean and cared for. Kitchens are well equipped, nice sofa's, plenty of tv's, lot's of seating areas, and a fantastic outdoor patio. We can't wait for next year, thank you again.

What an amazing July 4th vacation! We came with another family and decided to rent the whole building. Our expectations were exceeded, this property is literally just a few steps from the Ocean and you could see the Ocean from the front units. The best part was bbq'ing and visiting with each other on the downstairs patio. We felt like we were on the ocean but without all the people passing by your home (we like this area of South Mission Beach, it's a bit more quiet). All the units were nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and were equipped with everything we needed. There was one small issue with the propane and the host immediately helped us with, other than that no issues. We will stay again, thank you again for the wonderful accommodations!!!

I have already submitted my review. I was disappointed in the property and the cleanliness of the units. Then there was the broken washer and the dryer that left black marks on our clothing. No one contacted us about fixing the washer until the day before we left. I have rented many vacation properties and was the least impressed with this one.
