Stay was great and location was perfect.

This was such a great place to stay with kids. Our 4 and 6 year olds loved all the pools and splash pad! The condo was very clean and close to the elevators. The property is right on the beach which made a short easy walk to the water. Having 2 beach chairs already with the condo was a major plus and we got set up on the front row! The resort is further down the beach from the main Action so it was peaceful and not too crowded. Having a pool side bar and grill was also a plus to where we didn't have to come inside. Definitely recommend staying here!

We visit PCB yearly and this has been one of our favor condos. We could immediately tell the cleaning crew does an awesome job as soon as we walked in.

This is our 4th trip to Splash and it never disappoints. Our room this time was especially nice! All very very clean and updated!! Nothing but good things to say!!

The property was wonderful and great for our toddler. Everything was clean in the condominium, and it was the perfect amount of space. I’m keeping this one on my list for future stays!

My husband and I took our two grandchildren, and this condo was absolutely perfect! It was spacious, clean and very well laid out! Communication with the owners was superb!

We had a great stay, very large space. Clean area. There was only 1 pan so that made it difficult to cook breakfast but plenty of pots. Other than a hiccup with a properly below us that required a lot of interruptions in our stay everything went great! We would definitely go back again.

I enjoyed my stay here but want to be honest with some things to help others and owner with 805-East tower rental with 1 bdrm, 1 bunkbed at Splash Resort Pros: Great location, resort was nice and clean, easy check in, close to Alvin’s and other stores, beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice to have, the view of the ocean is beautiful, we didn’t have any noise issues with other renters nearby. Cons: Main bed was VERY uncomfortable, shower pressure is bad in both showers, the main tv in the living room is very old and has a few basic cable channels-not a smart tv so you can’t stream (Hulu, etc), the couch leaned in to the middle, there was a leak in the guest bathroom and we couldn’t use the shower, maintenance banged on the door at midnight and woke us up after a long drive just to tell us that they’ll come back in the morning-why couldn’t that wait?, there’s practically nothing there for essentials so bring everythingggg.

Was as advertised. Cam e for spring break. Great pools and beach. The unit had a great view and my teens loved having 2 bathrooms. Would stay here again.

This was the best vacation rental I have used. My family and I had the best time. The view was spectacular. The pools and splash pad was awesome. We saw several dolphins and stingrays. The area was perfect, the most convenient access to the beach, and a quiet area with not as much traffic. Check in/registration was quick and very simple. We loved this condo, so we tried to clean as best as we could just out of respect, but it was nice not being given a long list of chores. It gave us more time to enjoy the sand one last time before leaving. The furniture was comfortable. The balcony was Heaven. If I had anything to add to make the stay better, I would say maybe add in a dvd player or Roku box. In the moments you are wore out and wanna chill inside for a bit and you have little kids, there’s no entertainment. Which is totally fine, it wasn’t advertised as such. But the tv doesn’t have many options, and the kids channel rarely had kindergarten aged shows. So we went and bought a Roku express to plug in. Simple $20 fix so the children would settle. So again. No biggie at all. No criticism. Everything was amazing and I’m highly satisfied. We can’t wait to come back to this condo!

We very much enjoyed this stay. The location is perfect for us as we prefer to NOT be in completely crowded areas but still convenient. The property manager was very responsive and provided great instructions on getting in and expectations for the renter. This was a perfect option for us.

This was a spur of the moment R&R trip for my husband and I and the process from beginning to end was simple, easy, and just as described! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place was awesome! It was right on the beach and the pool side bar and grill was very nice. The condo was outstanding, very clean and beautifully decorated. I will definitely be remembering this place for my next trip.

Great location and pool features; clean spacious condo. Overall I absolutely loved it and would love to plan a trip with more of my family. Suggestions for improvement: (1) a few more kitchen items - the pot/pan/dish supply was very limited. (2) despite arriving during regular hours, the desk was not open. I had instructions about how to follow up next day, but I would have been more comfortable having someone to answer my few questions (especially since I specifically timed my arrival to be able to do that). (3) The hairdryer in the master bathroom didn't work.

The reaort is absolutely fabulous. The unit needs some attention. Aside from the new couch in the living room, all the other furniture is dated and uncomfortable. The kitchen could use some new utensils, and the only closet in the unit should be cleaned out so guests could use it. The cracked tile in the kitchen should be replaced as it has sharp edges, the cabinets in the kitchen couod use some work especially the door hinges and the drawer blanks in front of the kitchen sink. The. Leaning crew shouod look up as they would notice the filthy a/c returns and the mold on the ceiling above the hall shower. Overall pleasant, but the ubit has been neglected.

The unit was just as described and was in a great location. The facility was neat and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciate quick communication when we needed to contact management. I would recommend this to friends and stay here again

This was a great property to stay in! We barely had to leave or drive because the location was convenient! The condo was clean, stocked with everything we would need, and comfortable! The kids loved the splash pad/water activities and being beachfront! We will definitely return!!

Very comfy and welcoming stay. Had everything we needed. Great location. Across from Alvins island, which the kids loved. It is on public beach access which is quite crowded, but still beautiful stay. The donuts at the little cafe in the hotel were divine!!!
