We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the nice large wrap around balcony where we ate our breakfast every morning. The owner kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was perfect and there were no issues. Highly recommend this unit. Thanks for a great vacation!

The unit was as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. The reason for the 4 on location was only for the parking lot but we were thankful we had two dedicated parking spots.

This 6th floor corner condo provided a beautiful unobstructed view of the beach AND the pool area. The condo was clean and comfortable. Russ even gave us a call to be sure we had everything we needed. The stairs leading directly to the pool and beach were conveniently just outside our door - no waiting for elevators necessary. Parking spot was right at the entrance to the 6th floor - couldn’t have been much closer. This is a large resort, thus, a little bit of a walk along an exterior walkway to get from the parking garage on the street side all the way to the beach side unit. We paid $100 total for our wristbands upon entering the parking deck the first day. The only amenities we used were the beach, pool, parking deck, and the unit itself. Felt confident of our safety in the condo as there was ALWAYS a security person at the entrance from the beach and at the entrance/exit to parking garage (checking wristbands). The beach after dark, on the other hand, was sketchy. Each night, from our balcony, we watched as police attempted to break up some of the nefarious activities on the beach. NONE of that was seen ON the resort property. Daytime on the beach was crowded but very family friendly. We had to be a bit aggressive (and early) about securing our spot on the beach and spent nearly all of our day time hours there. Simple, efficient, and perfect vacation. Although I prefer the quieter west side of pcb, I would do this condo unit again.

We had a great time on our family vacation. The condo was in a great location and very clean. Russ was sure to call and check on us upon arrival and after departure. He was available for any need during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit for any future vacation.

No issues with the room at all. However, the staff at the Shores of Panama were rude and not helpful. The parking garage is an absolute joke. We had to park across the street in a stock Dodge Ram cause the garage is so small. Instead of shuttling all the kids we rented a golf cart to find out they do not allow golf carts in the parking garage. Also, you have to stand at the pool by a chair until exactly 8 AM to lay your towel down to claim a chair because there is so many people at the pool fighting for chairs. Finally, there is no formal entrance to this place so you have to either walk through trash by several stinking dumpsters to a side gait or up the vehicle entrance lane which is very unsafe with kids. I will not stay at the shores of Panama again.

Our condo was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. Ocean front with also a view of the pool from the side. Owner was so nice, and responded to any question with in reasonable time. Definitely would come back, to the same condo.

had issues with parking our truck is lifted wouldnt fit in parking spot staff little rude about it only other issues was the massive parties outside our condo till 3am which we could hear everything other than that beautiful place and clean

Russ has one of the nicest places I’ve seen. The view is amazing. My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our visit. Russ was an amazing host and answered any question I had immediately. The condo was well appointed was one of most relaxing places that I visited. Location is close to shopping and many beachside restaurants. Looking forward to returning to paradise soon.

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The pictures online were accurate. The view from the living room is breathtaking from the south window facing the gulf and the west window facing the pool and shoreline. Will try to rent same condo if we come next year.

Great condo in a wonderful complex, within walking distance of Walmart, McDonald's and the awesome Pineapple Willy's right next door. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for a small family. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stock with cooking utensils. Your parking spot is on the same floor as the condo so no dealing with the elevators to get to your room. This condo is on our list to return too!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this exact unit. Last time was great. This time it was not clean, killed 2 roaches, couches very stained and dirty feeling, stains on sheets, poop smeared on outside of toilet. Owner was quick to respond and very nice. Unfortunately I didn’t feel like he took it as seriously as I would have as being one that has owned multiple vacation homes. He would only refund 10%. We had to wait around most of one day for a pest control company to spray and threw away multiple groceries because of roaches. If it was one of my homes it would have been a 50%- full refund without hesitation. You can be the judge.

Our room was very nice. The view was great. But if you plan to stay in this condo, be prepared to walk a lot. After we got off the elevator, I did not think we would ever make it to the room. Not an easy condo building to get around in.

Everything was walking distance and great view from the balcony. The only bad thing was to go in and out of parking deck and the people who checks the vehicles thinks they are police officers. Never leave the condo without the wrist band or they won’t let you get in to the parking deck.

So, Shores of Panama is located next to Pineapple Willy's, a beach front bar/restaurant that does its best to be family oriented. However, it is a great beach bar/restaurant, so it draws quite a crowd. Further, a beach access for a nice but large facility splits Pineapple Willy's and Shores of Panama. Lots of back row people making their way to the beach. If you want a quiet Spring Break vacation, this facility should not be on your list. My family, we love the action. Facility has nice work out facilities, active volleyball courts, large/nice pool area with a tiki bar/music, and vibrant beach life. Also, staff worked very hard to keep the grounds clean and safe (security is solid). It was admittedly a little crazy at times, but we enjoyed it very much. Plus side, we were very surprised at how quiet it got at night. At about 10:30 p.m. the place quiets right down. Pineapple Willie's is more restaurant than bar so by 10:30 they are shutting down. Condo itself is as represented. Nice unit. Well cared for by the Owner. Updated. Spectacular view. Stairway to the pool/beach 15 feet from the front door. Short walk down. Elevator issues presented by other guests are overblown in my opinion. However, with the stairs to the beach/pool and same floor parking, we rarely felt the need to take the elevator. Highly recommend. Gave it 4 stars only because of two issues: (a) pool is not heated, which is not ideal for a Spring Break trip to Northern Florida; and (b) something called the "Panamaniac Final Invasion" was going on during our first two days. It was NOT Spring Break related. Google "Panamaniac Final Invasion Panama City Beach." You will get the picture. If it is happening during your stay, don't go to PCB. Not just this facility, all of PCB is NO GO! This facility actually did its absolute best to be a shelter from that storm. Kudos to them, but PCB better get that under control.

This property is well maintained and on the end with only one other adjoining neighbor. Despite the spring breakers, the condo was quiet and comfortable.

You can't go wrong with this rental.

The location is beautiful. The furniture is a little out of date and the couches were stained. The kitchen light only worked part of the time. Appliances are older and the master bedroom bed is held up by a 2X4. All communication was good and clear. Parking is definitely a plus, but its a long walk to the condo. The employees downstairs were not very helpful. Beautiful balcony view every morning.

Very clean and nicely furnished! So great we decided to stay another night! Wonderful owners and we will stay again!

First time vsiting Panama, we really enjoyed the property

The owner Russ was wonderful and communicated with us throughout our stay. He made check in easy and called to see if everything was to our satisfaction on the day of checkin. We had a short power outage while there and he was in constant communication with us and the maintenance crew during it. The unit was clean and beautiful with great views of the beach and the pool. We could hear the band playing at night from the pool while sitting on the deck.

Check in was extremely easy. Condo was just as described. The owner was very attentive and pleasant to work with. The only reason I have 4 stars was because the cleaning people missed cleaning the sheets on the pull out couch. Also, the bed in the master bedroom needs to be updated badly. We could feel every spring in the mattress at night. I feel that for the price we would at least have a better mattress than the LaQuinta Inn we stayed at on the way down to PCB. Other than those two things the condo was great. We did a lot of people watching on the balcony. In the morning we watched the dolphins and at night we watched the partiers on the beach. The beach was really crowded since we booked a prime week in July., so it was nice to have a place to relax. The pool is very nice and does not get direct sunlight until later in the afternoon.

We were in PCB for a Lacrosse tournament and came a few days earlier to have a little fun. We enjoyed our stay at the condo - very clean, welcoming, and perfect for our family which included adults, teens and tweens. Pool was nice and the views were spectatular!

We loved it! This is one of the best locations on the property. Sixth story was high enough to enjoy the fantastic view from the corner unit, but low enough to be able to "people watch" from the balcony. Our unit overlooked both the ocean and the pool, and we spent most of our time sitting outside enjoying the view. Everything was in working order and clean. There were TVs in every room, but we never even turned any of them on. It fit 6 of us comfortably. The kitchen was perfect for cooking the fish we caught.

Beautiful condo, had everything you would need for a great stay. We enjoyed the Beach, Fishing, Pools, and the Family Games. Nice Quiet corner unit. Joe &Jessica Kelley

The property was right on the beach and included a pool, a bar and a food vendor. We had everything we needed.
