Le canapé lit et sa literie. Ajout d'une cloche en plastique pour couvrir les plats au micro-onde. Très bien pour le reste.

Very clean and well equipped. Lovely bathroom, good location to get to Chamonix. Good value for money. Owner was very efficient in answering any questions through the Booking.com app.

No terrasse or balcony. The small table in the sitting area should be removed to make the room bigger. No presses to hang his clothes or put a suitcase. Despite telling the owner that my son was going to stay only 2 nights, l could not get refunded by booking.com for the taxe de séjour (5 days that he was not staying and that l had to pay) .

On the 3rd day of our stay the sewage pipe got clogged and all the ground floor rooms were literally flooded. Thank to the shower basin depth in our room we managed to collect incoming water and remain dry. Nobody came and nothing was fixed during the next two days. We had beyond terrible experience. Simple avoid this place if you can.

It was convenient and comfortable. The interior was nice. The apartment looks like it was recently refurbished. Nice bathroom, kitchen, furniture.

Some pointy shelves in the bathroom, OK for adults, but exactly right height for kids to hit they heads. Perhaps the wash hand basin drainage needs a check. We bought (and left) some basic mugs - there were none..

GPS location in Booking is wrong. We ended up in middle of nowhere. Tip - better type address manually in Google Maps. We received details (apartment number and how to get key) quite late (when we were already in Praz-sur-Arly). Host should correct GPS location in Booking and send details a bit earlier. Also something was wrong with hot water. Apartment is for max. 4 people and boiler was for max 1 person to take shower, so next people were having shower in cold water.
