We walked in on the first day and it was like this is the best place that we have every stayed in .we were so happy with every one .couldn't have been any better we wish we could have stayed longer.It made us fill like we were home.thanks to the cleaning crew and everyone that help us on this stay .God bless you all.

Place was in a great location to walk to town. Betty's grocery is a short walk. Easy to find. Loved our stay. Easy entry as well. Communication with host was great! Would recommend to friends.

Unit was small but it had everything we needed for the week. The king bed was very firm and could use a mattress topper to make it more comfortable, but all in all we enjoyed our stay there. It was very convenient to have a grocery, bakery, and restaurants so close by

It was a perfect location and appreciated the off street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Helen and would recommend these studio apartments.

This is not really a condo as listed...more a small efficiency motel room. There is only one wildly uncomfortable chair, so we could not spend time reading or watching TV together, which is what we most needed. The kitchen table had high bar stools that, as a senior couple, we were unable to safely sit on. Only one bedside table, so again, no place to lay a book or cell phone or glass of water. Only 2 towels and washcloths provided and ultra cheap toilet paper.We also tried using the fireplace...it burned for a couple of minutes then popped loudly and went out...then smelled like gas. Felt dangerous.
On the flip side, the bed was very comfortable for sleeping. The location, while more on the edge of town, was walkable to many restaurants and shops. Check-in was easy. Bathroom is spacious.

This was a beautiful place to stay, it was convenient walking distance to everything and we will be using this condo again! The owners are great and make you feel like they have known us all our lives ! Great hearts make vacation owners!

The room is smaller than we are accustomed to, but the location made up for it. Betty’s is one of our favorite places and you can walk to most places. It’s a nice place to stay.

This property was in a perfect location in Helen. You can park your car and walk the town. Condo was clean, comfy and convenient to shops and restaurants. Grocery store was literally steps away, it was nice to have a washer and dryer, and this time of year made good use of the fireplace.

Cute condo, very clean and close to a lot of activities and eateries. We were celebrating our anniversary and the entire experience was really great. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance of the condo. The staff at the shops and restaurants we went to were very friendly and helpful. We have already decided we’re coming back

This efficiency is the perfect spot to walk to all the action downtown Helen. Reserved parking in front of the apartment is clutch, and it is ground level, so easy access without climbing stairs. The gas fireplace was a much desired feature for the cold mountain nights and worked very well. The bathroom is quite large also and has both a shower and jet tub available.
The only downside to this place is the people who were in the space above ours sounded like they were throwing kettle balls and doing jumping jacks all day long, starting at about 6:30am, which of course isn't this space's fault, just worth noting.

Just a block off of the main street full of activities, this condo is perfect! I don’t want to make this review too awesome, because we might want to stay here again (and it would be booked up.) Thanks for a great getaway for my husband and I for our 16th anniversary.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The condo was super clean and easy to find! Bonus was it was right across the street from our fave breakfast spot Hofer’s! Will definitely stay again!

The property is ideally location within walking distance to everything. Short drive to outdoor activities! Quiet and offered privacy especially during the week days. Perfect size for two. Great communication with the host. Everything was as they said it would be. Will definitely consider renting for future trips.

This property is excellent. It was very clean and so convenient to town. We walked all around town to shop and eat. Only had to drive when we went out hiking to get to trails. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!!

This place was extremely well kept, precisely as advertised. Great place for singles or couples who just need a clean place to stay while experiencing Helen and the surrounding areas. Would have no problems staying here again, were the occasion arise.

As far as the condo is concerned, we were more than pleased. Very nice accommodations. The only thing that was upsetting, which is not anything the owner can control, is that all the restaurants we wanted to go to were closed Tuesday and Wednesday. We arrived in town on Labor Day and were able to go to Hofer’s for breakfast. It was quite good. We explored the area and enjoyed it a great deal.

Nice, simple room. Fresh plug-in smelled nice. It could have used some dusting and better cleaning of shower. (Hairs) But over all nice! Comfy King Size Bed!!

This is the second time we stayed in this condo. It is such a great location and has everything you need. You can walk to everything from here. The condo is really clean and the renting, checking in and out process is super easy.
