Everything about this condo is PERFECT! Our family loved the spacious living areas and bedrooms. The view was outstanding...as was the property, pools and proximity to the ocean. Walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants....we could not have asked for more. We always felt safe in PV and everyone working at the property was helpful and kind. Ernesto took care of food and drink at the pool.....great service and food! Marty was wonderful to deal with and responded immediately to any query. We cannot wait to come back!

We loved the property! Quiet! Absolutely stunning view! I would highly recommend this place and we plan on visiting again. Marty the owner was awesome to work with. The staff was extremely helpful. So many good restaurants near by and Uber is extremely affordable. All of 8 of us had a great time.

Apartment is very comfortable for 3 couples. It is well-equipped and has stunning views of the bay and town. Balcony is large and great for sunset drinks and games. Pool loungers are usually gone around 10ish (in Feb), but taking chairs and umbrella to the beach offer good alternative. A 15min walk to quality groceries (incl fresh bread and beverage section) and short cab/uber to dept stores. Town is 15-20 min ride, with regular uber ($4-5) taking away the hassle of unspecified cab rates (~P220 for (mini)van). Airport is a 10min ride. Owner was very helpful and local manager picked up from airport ($40) and got us started. Place was clean and uncluttered, with generous kitchen and living space (though we were always on balcony). Would go back.

We just returned home from our week at Marty's condo, and it was absolute perfection! The views, the views, the views, and did I mention the views?? WOW!! I could live on that balcony! From the main part of the balcony by the living room, we could see whales and/or dolphins most days. (Bonus: The unit has binoculars!) From the portion of the balcony by the master bedroom, you get a spectacular view overlooking Puerto Vallarta, the ocean, and the mountains (my favorite part!). Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have balconies. The unit itself is very nicely furnished, and well equipped (towels, hair dryers, games, books, blender, paper products, soaps, etc.). I really liked that they decorated with local artwork. My kids (3 and 5) enjoyed bingeing on episodes of Paw Patrol on Netflix. :) The several different pools and jacuzzis were heavenly, and I also liked that there was a restaurant there where we often ordered lunch to eat poolside. The beach in front of the unit was great. The waves were a little rough for our young kids, but we found that they calmed down if we walked slightly South closer to the resort next door (Sunscape). You can get massages on the beach, go parasailing, banana boating, and also rent jet skis or kayaks I believe. Marty the owner was incredible to work with. He answered emails very quickly, and also provided TONS of details to help enhance our trip, such as how to get a taxi from the airport, very detailed check-in instructions, a list of the top activities, restaurant recommendations, and specific instructions on how to work tvs/appliances. The location of the Grand Venetian was very convenient (right next to La Isla mall, and about a 10 min walk to Soriana grocery store), and they had excellent security. Taxis were always there within minutes. A few tips: Barcelona Tapas was delicious and has a gorgeous view! If you're looking to get the 'classic' Puerto Vallarta photo looking down onto Our Lady of Guadalupe church with the bay in the background, try dining at either Hacienda San Angel or La Capella restaurants. One of our favorite activities was taking a water taxi from the pier at Playa Los Muertos back up to the Marina, and then a regular taxi back to the condo. If you need Urgent Care, we took our kids to CMQ Premiere (they both had croup, which they had brought from home, but they still had lots of fun!). It was a GREAT trip, and I would highly recommend Marty's condo! Can''t wait to go back!!!

We had a great experience staying in this condo at Grand Venetian. The location is perfect, right on a private beach and about a 10 minute taxi or Uber into town. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pools and hot tubs in the resort. The condo itself is incredible with plenty of room, an unbelievable view and everything you could possibly need. Marty was extremely helpful in planning for our trip, and the family that manages the property was fantastic in every way possible. Could not recommend this place more!

The unit has great views. Outdoor space that was great to watch the sunset. Pool area is great and good and beverage prices were very reasonable. Would definitely come back again and would stay at same unit!!

My family and I arrived at Marty's condo and I have to say that it was everything and MUCH, MUCH more than I expected. I have been to Puerto Vallarta several times and have always stayed at all inclusive resorts, so I was a little skeptical about staying at a place where we would have to prepare meals etc, but the kitchen is so well stocked that we didn't mind at all preparing meals. With one trip to Costco and another to Wal Mart we had everything we needed for the entire week. An added bonus too is that they have luggage carts to put all the groceries on to make things extremely easy after a trip to the store. The views are just breathtaking and the condo is SO beautiful and spacious and after the week was over we truly wish we had booked for two weeks because we were not ready to head home, but for the future we know!! I highly recommend booking this little piece of paradise! You will be SO glad you did! My mom and I cannot quit talking about it since we have been back. My family and I stayed in Marty’s condo in July 2016. We travel to Mexico at least once per year and this was our first time staying in PV. Working with Marty on booking the condo was a great experience. The property managers, Jason and Cynthia, arranged to have Gama pick us up at the airport. Just a quick 10 minute drive and we were at the condo. They also stocked our fridge with groceries upon our arrival at our request. I would highly suggest this service, we felt very spoiled. The next morning Jason & Cynthia came by to check in on us and to give us recommendations on restaurants, tours, and things to do around PV. We arrived at 8:30pm so it was dark when we got to the condo. Upon entering into the unit we could see the entire bay with all the lights from neighboring resorts and the city. It was truly a beautiful site. An hour later the fireworks went off downtown which was a perfect welcoming for us. The condo itself is beautiful, we felt like we were staying in someone’s home rather than a rental. The kids had their own room to retreat to at night but their favorite part was their very own ensuite bathroom. We looked forward to movie night with the kids (we brought our Amazon fire-stick and watched Netflix) and morning coffee in bed looking over the gorgeous bay. Our family went zip lining for the first time and it was an amazing experience, a must do! The day started off with us getting on an open air bus that weaved through downtown and the coastline then up to the jungle. We went on 14 zip lines over the jungle and river and ended our day at a restaurant with a natural pool that was filled from the river. The whole day was exhilarating! The tour was called Los Veranos Canopy Tour. We also hired a boat captain named Mario to take us snorkeling for the day. We cruised up the southern coast stopping all along the way to snorkel and swim. Our captain told us about each town we passed, the hotels and restaurants. We stopped at one point to have lunch at one of his favorite places and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend doing a private tour vs. the big tour companies. LOVE this place!! The views are beautiful, screen saver beautiful. The decor & layout is so comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked & there is plenty of room. The owners have tied to think of everything. Even if they hadn't, the property managers, Jared & Cindy, who met us to acclimate us to the unit, are easily accessible & very responsive for any questions. The whole process was easy form the beginning. Marty, the owner, got back to us very quickly and gave us answers to all of our concerns and questions. His responsiveness made the whole process so easy! It seems that he has tried to anticipate the needs of renter's at every step. we weren't wanting for anything! The location of the building, with it's proximity to downtown & it's truly sweeping vistas of the bay, are the most impressive part of this comfortable & clean unit. The pleasure of watching the gorgeous sunset every night, even from the hot tub on the balcony, makes this unit so very special! I HIGHLY recommend this condo for a wonderful and relaxing stay in paradise!!!!

As the photos indicate, the apartment is stunning. Within a beautifully designed complex of three buildings, this apartment is in the center. When we instructed a taxi driver where to go, he said “oh, the nicest one.” The building is directly on the beach. The lobby is an open design, and you can see the ocean as soon as you step in. Marty’s apartment is the most ideal location within the center building. The master bedroom provides a view of the ocean and the city lights, while still being entirely private. The balconies are all beautiful, but the primary balcony deserves particular mention. We planned our days in PV around where we wanted to be for sunset. As other reviewers have noted, unlike other rentals, Marty furnished the apartment with high end products, which are all well-maintained. The throws on the bed are cashmere, there are flatscreen tvs in every room. The kitchen is fantastic and well-equipped. It is ideal for cooking what you bring back from the nearby supermarket (5-10 minute walk). We used the blender to make smoothies each morning. Marty was consistently in contact, and notably consistently patient. In retrospect, the answers to a few of our questions were fairly self-evident (he has clear labels for the wifi connections), but his emails were friendly, prompt and polite. He provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. The staff around the complex are always helpful and never intrusive. When in the pool we were occasionally politely asked if we wanted to purchase a drink (and have it brought out to us). The staff by the entrance called us taxis, which always came within minutes. I was worried about getting a taxi the morning we left, since we needed to get to the airport by 5 am. I told the staff the afternoon before, and they had a taxi waiting for us at 4:30 am. When you can tear yourself away from the apartment, the setting is stunning and the city is a lot of fun. There is parasailing on the beach directly behind the complex. As other reviewers have mentioned, there also is a marine turtle shelter within view of the balcony. The zoo, botanical garden and boardwalk are all worth visits. It is not a coincidence that so many people who have stayed here return. I intend to be one of them.

We stayed here for a week and it was just perfect! The condo was immaculate and provided everything we could have possibly wished for. The owner was very attentive, the property manager was friendly, and we all felt very safe and comfortable. There is a huge gourmet kitchen, so it was nice to have a large, clean supermarket and a Walmart within walking distance, both with huge bakery and produce sections! There are five pools to choose from with an abundance of lounges & umbrellas, so you don't have to worry about "saving chairs". The staff at GV are friendly and helpful; gym was clean and user-friendly; and food and drink service was available at reasonable prices from the pool bar. The views from the 14th floor are awesome, including balconies with both ocean and mountain views. The beds are super comfortable and all rooms are equipped with modern furniture, fixtures and appliances. Free wi-fi internet service in the unit made it easy to communicate with people in the States when needed, and the huge flat screen TVs were nice for watching movies or catching up on news. We will definitely be returning!!!

We enjoyed a weeklong stay 7/28-8/4 and cannot wait to come back! The unit, view and amenities were fantastic. The unit is directly on the beach on the 14th floor. It provides unobstructed ocean views with fabulous sunsets and the beautiful night lights of Banderas Bay. You will be BLOWN AWAY when you walk through the front door. The grounds/property were just beautiful and well manicured. Lots of flowers and green areas. The 3 pools and jacquzzi's were fantastic with room for everyone. They are so large you never feel crowded. Infinity edge right on beachfront with private palapas for Grand Venetian guests. The unit is VERY spacious, very well decorated and stocked with all the necessities for guests. We had 2 adults and 3 children and never felt crowded and had plenty of room to spread out. The balcony is fantastic and stretches from the master bedroom and wraps around to the family/living area. Large enough for an outdoor jaqcuzzi, full dinner table and chairs and a few comfy siesta chairs with ottomans(very comfortable). Patio never felt crowded. The unit was fully stocked, DVDs, Playstation, and flat screen TV's in every room. The unit has a washer and dryer allowing you to pack lighter. The complex in gate guarded with plenty of friendly security staff. There is a poolside restaurant providing snacks, meals and drinks in the restaurant or poolside. You can walk to grocery store, movie theaters as well as Peter's Pizza (like a Chuck E Cheese). Costco is a 4 minutes cab ride (40 pesos). Walmart and the Marina are a 5 minute cab ride (40 pesos). Downtown PV is less than 10 minutes (50 pesos). The malecon has been reconstructed and is beautiful both day and night (quite lively and entertaining at night!). Felt safe everywhere we went. People were wonderful and friendly. The airport is 10 minutes away which makes this unit an ideal location for maximizing your vacation time(no need for a 45 minute taxi/bus ride like the hotels). Fresh fruit and drinks made right on the beach. Fresh BBQ shrimp skewers for about $2.00 (8 shrimp). The owner, Marty, made the rental process a breeze and the local onsite property management provided a walk thru upon arrival. Upon departure they provided a ride to the airport in their air conditioned Suburban. Great service! Overall the property and amenities were descirbed accurately. Property is in EXCELLENT condition. I would highly recommend this unit to others travelers (group or family). Easy access to all of PV activities

Me, my brother, and his girlfriend stayed here last week (August 7-14) as part of our second week in Mexico. Marty's property manager was quick to meet us when we arrived and proceeded to orient us to this little piece of heaven. We loved the modern style and the classic view of la bahia de banderas. The lightning storms at night were like a fireworks display. The condo is well-appointed and feels like home. That was really the big thing for us - we've stayed in other rental condos before and we've often got the feeling that the owner was "hiding the silver;" leaving out the plastic utensils and cheap furniture for the renters. But Marty's place is not like that at all. Everything you need is there and is of high quality. The cost to stay at a hotel suite/villa with similar attributes would be astronomical in comparison. I highly recommend staying here. The location is a great for quick access to old town PV (~5 min taxi ride) but it is also secluded enough that you can escape the sounds of the city. It's just perfect.

Thanks Martin for sharing your BEAUTIFUL condo with us! My Family and I (8 of us) spent New Years at this property and we all agree it was one of favourite vacations. The condo is exquisitely decorated with obvious attention to detail, and the large, 14th floor balcony over looking the entire bay (and the New Years Eve fire works) is breath taking. While eating breakfast on the balcony one morning we saw a dozen dolphins and the next day a pair of whales breaching. Every detail was handled professionally by the property manager Jared, which made our stay easy and hassle free. My wife and I are in Vallarta every 2-3 months and can say that this unit is top of the line: we're already booking with Martin for July.

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time! The condo was amazing, more than we ever expected. Six adults were very comfortable staying here. We were able to cook as much as we wanted and having a washer and dryer available was very nice. Having the property manager meet us at our arrival and give us tips for the area was an added bonus. The view was incredible, both morning and night. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balconey and watching the boats go out and sitting out there in the evening and watching the fireworks downtown. We saw a cruise ship come in and leave and on our last day there we saw dolphins. Having all of the pools available if you didn't want to mess with the sand was awesome too. The kids went on a Canopy tour and the ATV tour and enjoyed them tremendously. We would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a great vacation. We plan on returning for another vacation here in the near future.

After staying at this condo, the description was absolutely on target! Upon entering the condo your eyes are instantly glued through the sliding balcony doors and into the ocean. The view was unbelievable. Just when you wouldn't think it could get any better, the view of PV from the master bedroom was even better! The amenities of the condo were first class, the staff was hospitable and made you feel safe, and the pools were perfect! The convenient distance from downtown PV, excursions and restaurants made this place a tremendous value! Would HIGHLY recommend this place to any friends and family!

Words cannot describe how beautiful and comfortable this condo is. My friends and I went to Puerta Villarte for a relaxing vacation and got more than we expected. I will never forget walking into this beautiful condo. The location of this particular unit was key- being on the corner of the 14th floor with a gorgeous view of the ocean AND mountains. The sunshine and fresh air felt so good! We spent 6 days in this unit and had everything we needed. Linens, new kitchen appliances, cable/internet, comfortable beds and spacious, gorgeous bathrooms... all made our stay so refreshing. The unit owner was very personable and made us feel very welcomed- even had a book of recommendations on where to eat and enjoy the town! The condo staff were extremely nice and got to know us pretty well- we spent most of our time at the HUGE infinity pools downstairs, which led to the beach, and staff were readily available to serve us drinks and food. We didn't have a car and good thing- everything is nearby! We walked to the grocery store, bank and local eateries which were right down the street. It's also minutes from the airport, so the taxi ride was extremely cheap. I recommend this particular unit to anyone looking for a no-hastle, stress free vacation. This is the place!

Our family stayed at this property for Spring Break 2010. It was a great decision. The corner unit has a fabulous view of the ocean, mountains and city. Great location -- direct access to the beach was very convenient and the pool area was nice as well. We even saw whales from the balcony. The owner (Martin) was very helpful in advance of our trip -- letting us know of some good places to go and activities. For the price, we were shocked at how nice, new, well-furnished and just overall class of this property. Nice little restaurant downstairs. Taxi's are convenient at the lobby. A small housekeeping tip -- bring your own toilet paper! And it's Mexican plumbing, so there was a water back-up in the shower. But the on-site property manager was on top of everything. He too was very helpful during our stay. Puerta Vallarta is beautiful - better than we imagined. Overall, we loved our trip to PV and when we go back, we'll definitely give Martin a call to take advantage of the best view in town!

My wife and I along with our 3 boys and an aunt spent the week before Easter at this property and it was top of the line. The condo is exquisitely decorated with modern furniture, high end kitchen appliances and flat screen tv's in all bedrooms not to mention the 50 inch flat screen in the living room. The bathrooms all have modern sinks, very large showers and a walk in closet in the master. The wrap around balcony on the 14th floor has a view to die for with the beautiful sunsets and the sound of surf to put you to sleep at the end of the day. The resort property was very well maintained with numerous pools, hot tubs and very friendly staff. We also made good use of the fitness center that featured brand new Lifestyle treadmills and elliptical machines. The owner "Marty" was very easy to deal with and provided all kinds of wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants. The property manager "Jared" made us feel at home and was a great source of additional suggestions as well as travel guide. This was our first visit to Puerta Vallarta but we have fallen in love with it's climate and charm. I would highly recommend this property to all.
