We had a lovely time staying at Maribels apartment! The communication before our arrival was clear and on time, and during our stay Maribel kept being available for questions. The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly like the photos. We really enjoyed the joint terrace on the roof. The apartment was located in a quiet street, but still very close (walking distance) to the city center. Would recommend!

Pillows were quite flat and soft. We had to use the decorative cushions to add some firmness.

Location is very good - walking distance to all attractions. The flat is very modern and well equipped with everything we needed, with nice extras like coffee machine with coffee pods, sugar, salt, and tv with Netflix. Parking is just close by and very convenient.

Unfortunately for us beds were not comfortable at all. The bed mattress is quite soft and took few nights to get used to. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all, as our kids were not able to sleep properly on it.

If you want to discover Andalusia either by car or train, but you also want to be able to walk to Malaga centre every day, this is just the perfect location. The centre can be reached in a 10-15-minute walk, the train station (to Cordoba/Sevilla) is a 4-5-minute walk. The central station for the C1 line (to and from airport) is only for a 3-minute walk. We also enjoyed that there is a park ling spot available for the days we rented a car. The apartment had a perfect size for 2 people for 10 days. It was very comfortable for making breakfast, working (in the bedroom there is a desk) or for watching movies in the evenings. The apartment is in a quiet street.

The building across the street was being renovated during our stay which was unfortunately quite loud in the mornings. (Of course, this is not the owners’ fault.) Unfortunately there is no luggage storage in the building, so make sure to think of a solution if your flight only leaves in the evening.

Absolutely amazing studio in a lovely neighbourhood of Malaga, super close to city centre. Modern new building. Good aircon. Great rooftop terrace. Parking nearby. Hosts were helpful and kind. They have left some food and souvenirs for us.

This studio is ideal for 2 persons. 4 can fit in, but it’s a bit busy.

Location was very good, and the apartment is quite nice, well equipped, and nice touches of complimentary water bottles, milk and juice in the fridge, coffee, sugar, pastry, etc. All you need in order not to have to worry about buying all these small things. Bathroom also very nice and modern and with all accessories. Apart from the two issues explained below everything was very good.

There are two things I did not like. First, they should be clear about the terrace location. I emailed them before booking to ask if the terrace was private, and they confirmed, but failed to indicate that to enjoy the terrace you have to exit the apartment and take the elevator to the attic, where the terrace is located. Not very convenient, and I think this information should be clearly indicated in the description of the apartment or at least explained when asked about it. It makes me think that they leave out these important details intentionally. If I had to rent again in Malaga an apartment with a terrace it would not be this one. The second thing I did not like is regarding the check in and check out times. I requested early check in because I arrived Malaga around 13:00 and wanted to at least leave the luggage in the apartment before going for lunch, they denied explaining that it was being cleaned and that I had to wait. OK with this, unfortunate, but OK. The problem is that the day of the check out I asked if I could stay a bit longer in the apartment since I had an afternoon flight and they said I had to be out of the apartment at 11:00 sharp for cleaning. In the Booking details it says check out time is 12:00, so I did not understand this hurry and was not happy about having to leave even earlier than stipulated. A little flexibility in check in and check out times would had been appreciated.

This appartment is simply perfect, i don't understand some of the complaints of previous guests. The location is in the heart/center of Malaga, you can't be more central, absolut EVERYTHING you could need and want is in walking distance of max 1km and of course you have some city noises but to my suprise it was really really quiet and peaceful in the appartment. Construction work in a city this size is normal and no one can blame the host for this as well as you can't blame them for bad weather. Yes the parking area is narrow but at least you have a safe parking spot close to your appartment which is awesome to have in a city👌 an absolute bonus👌 Maribel is ALWAYS available, helpful and lovely, the appartment is one of the best i've ever stayed, really comfy and modern and clean... it really is perfect for a stay in the center of such a beautiful city 👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏

Absolutely nothing!!!!!!

Thankfully the entry/booking in system was very good as we had a delayed flight and arrived very late. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a large double bed and great shower and only a short 5/10 minute walk to the town centre Our host Maribel was also very helpful, replying promptly to any questions I had.

In that particular area, there was not a great choice of good street restaurants but that is down to my taste. Locally, we ate mostly in the local large Shopping Centre.

In apartament you can find everything what is needed.

Place is perfect for 2 persons. When it goes more- sofa is quiet not comfortable.

The parking space was occupied, when we arrived. We had to use a different parking space for 2 days, but otherwise no problems.

Unfortunately there is some building work going on directly opposite the apartment, I know it is out of your control but it just spoilt the ambiance of what I presume is usually a lovely quiet street.

Lovely clean apartment. Great communication with host. Invaluable parking spot! By chance the Easter procession passed by the apartment so we had an unexpected and unforgettable bird's eye view.

At arrival we could not enter the building because wrong accesscode. In the e-mail were the right codes, but in the option of the mobile version and printable version were other codes. Mattress is saggy. Door of roof terrace closes very hard.

Great location and a cosy home from home during one of the chilliest Malaga Decembers on record.A stroll through pedestrianised streets through trendy Soho brings you to Calle Larios and the swanky waterfront.

Bed a bit soft for our dodgy backs but that's the only criticism.

The breakfast was not to my liking. I would have expected more than croissants, milk and juice.

Clean, spacious and stylish apartment with a super convenient parking possibility nearby. We stayed for a week and felt comfortable in the place. Automatic doors for the flat and building were easy to use, the street is clean and has almost zero traffic. Train and bus station were less than 5 min from the apartment. All sights in the centre were within a 15 min walk. Hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks for your help!

The bathroom smells weird if you turn the fan on. I wouldn’t say this is negative, just be aware that you probably will not be able to sleep in, because either the construction going on nearby or the church bells will wake you up before 8 am :)

The apartment was within walking distance from the center, spacious and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice private roof terrace.

Our stay included breakfast, but what was there was far from a decent breakfast :(

There is honestly nothing bad I can say about this property which is located on a recently renovated, quiet street. It was clean and well equipped, excellent use of space within the apartment, good size bathroom and sleeping area with plentiful wardrobe space. Such a nice thought to have breakfast provided even though this is a self catering property ... plentiful tea and coffee, milk and juice in the fridge and a selection of croissants. The wifi and air conditioning worked a treat. The keyless entry system in to the building and apartment ran smoothly. The private secure parking is just round the corner but it is easy to stop outside the apartment to unload and pick up the key for the garage from within the apartment. Very well located for shops and restaurants and a short walk in to the town centre and to the beach. Having walked around Malaga over a hot 2 days we were very relieved to be away from the busy centre. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts via booking.com and they were exceptionally quick to respond.

Really nice apartment. Very comfortable and quite. Secure, underground car parking nearby (2 minutes walk). Good lift and access. Terrace very nice. Bread, milk, juice, jam, butter, coffee and tea provided. Location an easy walk from the old town. The restaurants very close to the apartment (1 minute on foot) were good.

A tea towel to dry the pots would have been useful. AC went off a couple of times - or I couldn’t understand how to operate the control properly. When it was working it was great.
