We enjoyed our stay for a soccer tournament. The kids (13, 12, 12, 9) enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools. The property was clean and as described. The gas fireplaces were lovely. Our only small complaints were that there were no swim towels and there was no cell service. We were able to connect our phones to WiFi calling but it made it difficult to get in touch with our kids without that setting or to get directions on google until you were well away from the property. Other than that - awesome stay!

Overall we have a good time really nice place .

Located within easy access to Zion and several other parks to visit. St. George had all city amenities needed. The property was modern and spacious, well appointed, and nice indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice. I enjoyed grilling some steaks and eating dinner with my brother. The only downside was that we had noisy neighbors above us. I sounded like they were doing laps while stomping around the condo.

The D-13 unit was a wonderful place to stay for our 5 night trip. It is also strategically located near I-15 and HWY 9 to La Verkin and Zion. All facilities are great on the premises and inside the unit. The only frustration was the lack of any sports or local television access. We only could get New York/Jersey news with no golf channel or ESPN or local St George TV. Johanna tried to get the ESPN app but to no avail. Also the bees that were on the landing of our unit 4' from the BBQ grill were not addressed after Sean came up to review the situation on May 3. We were never in danger but they were unsettling.

We loved the outside fireplace on the deck, the high ceilings, the heated swimming pools. The view was gorgeous even though you can see (& hear) traffic from the highway in the distance. That does offer easy access to I-15, though! We still loved it. The size of the areas we used were ample-- the kitchen, dining, master BR and bath...all very spacious and nice. The 4 star for cleanliness was simply for deep cleaning issues like fan blades and spaces between appliances, etc.. Similar to most of our houses between the big cleaning efforts. The unit is on the third floor with no elevator. This affords the gorgeous views but may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The supply of pretty normal VRBO staples was minimal. One kitchen towel for a week long stay for example. So you may want to pack a few of those essentials or contact your host ahead of time with specific questions on what to bring. All in all, the condo itself, outside FP, view , convenient location and pool would make this a 'stay again' for us.

Stayed here with family for Ironman week. It is a beautiful property and would recommend. Parking garage and spaciousness and modern feel of the condo, with outside portch and gas grill are very hard to find. The pool area is wonderful. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed with modern furniture and upgrades in bathroom. It is a 5 star property but giving 4 stars for an issue at check in. We arrived shortly after 3 pm and our condo had not been cleaned from the last guest’s stay. The office is staffed until 9 or 10 pm and the property manager did react quickly. However we were fortunate we checked in early and not late at night as there was confusion and no apparent plan to clean until we were down at the office mentioning this issue.

The room was nice a a lot of space. Was not super clean when we arrived. But was easy enough to vacuum and clean up. Rules I thought where a bit extreme but. Over all was great.

Loved everything about the property! The only confusing this was the location on the listing was incorrect. It’s not in downtown St George, it’s in Hurricane near the freeway. It’s a great location!

The property was very clean and quiet. The Staff that we did meet on the property were all very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The Master bathroom was gorgeous made my wife want to remodel ours after this one. The location of the rental was far enough out of town you did not have to deal with a lot of the business and noise. Yet it was close enough if you had to make runs into town it was quick and easy to get to the locations that where needed.

Property was clean and spacious. Perfect for celebrating our Thanksgiving holiday! Outdoor patio was perfect and view from there was great...Only thing was there was not enough bath towels provided for the amount of guest that stayed.. So we had to go out and purchase some... Other than that our stay was great!

The place was great, exactly described as in the photos. There were just enough paper towels and toilet paper for the six of us. We were able to cook and prep all of our meals away from others and felt like we were the only ones in the building. It was private and clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect jumping of place to see the canyons. Beautiful condo. Thank you for letting us stay.

The condo was clean. Had all necessary items for a weekend stay. This unit was very close to the pool and tennis courts. I didn’t realize it was sort of a timeshare. I may not have read all the details. There were no pool lounge chairs and not many places to sit at pool. Lots of towels on the cement. I also wish they had a better TV service. There were just a few touches that kept me from giving it 5 stars. I wish it was closer to St George. Not knowing the area, most of the good restaurants and supermarkets were about 8-10 miles away.

My family loved staying in the condo. Besides the stairs everything is exactly like the pictures. The staff are very attentive. The place is very clean. We needed time to get away and relax. This place offered just that.

The condo is nicely furnished, everything you need. Very clean. The highlight is the indoor heated pool. The weather was a cool and rainy and the kids still had blast. They even ventured into the outdoor heated pool. Great place for families with kids.

Our stay was very comfortable. Location is central to many activities such as Zion Park, Dixie Park, Sand Hollow etc. This place is way better than a hotel. Vacation as comfortably as your own home! l will be renting this again soon.
