Spacious for our kids and grandkids. The garage space and proximity to stores and town, and the lake were awesome. The backyard was fun for my young grandkids after a long drive. Everyone agreed we would stay here again.

This house by far exceeds expectations. With great sun rise sunset views and it’s alike two houses under one roof. CLEAN and roomy. We planned for a half marathon as a family of 9 but could of had room for many more. Plenty of floor space and kitchen was stocked. Again very clean. Just can’t recommend enough for small family or large group.

This was an awesome house to stay in. We had 5 couples and each was able to have their own bedroom. It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of space to park our boat each night. This house is central to restaurants, both lake Powell marinas and horseshoe bend. It has a huge dining table that we sat around each night and played games. We would definitely stay here again.
One day we kayaked down the Colorado river and started at glen canyon and got out at Lees Ferry. Would highly recommend. We booked through kayakhorseshoebend.com and they were great!

House and parking were perfect!
We could park the boats on the side of the house and they even had an open garage.
Kitchen has plenty of space for seating- although we never cooked, it looked well equipped. We would stay again for sure.

Nice location , 10-15 min drive to the lake , near Walmart for supplies . Ping pong table was added fun. Great instructions and nice house

Nice property with great views. Large back yard. Plenty of space for the 16 of us. Easy access to Walmart and road going to Lake Powell bypassing the city. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here multiple times and Dawnell is wonderful to work with. The house is clean, has lots of amenities and large enough for a large group. Dawnell is always very accommodating snd responds quickly to questions. Thanks again for a great Lake Powell vacation!

Great Family Reunion
This house was very comfortable for our large family reunion. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone had their own space. Great location. Excellent communication with mangers. It had everything we needed and is really comfortable. We all had a wonderful time

I loved this house and the location was amazing! Beautiful views. I gave them 5 stars. My only complaint is that the check out is a bit early and check in is a bit late. The host was super easy to communicate with too.

Perfect Location!
There was a group of friends, 10 of us, that were in town for the Antelope Canyon race. We tried to find a house big enough for all of us to gather, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and close to the race site. Oh, and it had to have a view and a firepit. So, we had a lot of requests. This house had eveverything! We were 1.8 miles from the race site, stores and restaurants were only a few miles away and all of the aid stations that my husband could see me at were less than 5 miles from the house.
We travel quite a bit for races and I am always the one tasked with finding accommodations. I always worry if everyone is going to like the house I pick out. Everyone raved about it!

Nice property
This house is HUGE. It had almost everything we could have asked for.
Positives: LOTS of space. Disney+ was nice. We watched a family movie together :-)
Negatives: knives were too blunt and not usable for cooking. Spent at least an hour sharpening. For such a fancy looking house, it was surprising that quite a bit of the crockery (plates, bowls...) was chipped. Mattresses were too soft for us but some people might like that. Throws for the living room would have made it cosier.
Really good option for the area. Very peaceful with nice views.

Beautiful and spacious property
Our party of 8 had a very comfortable stay at the house. The view from the deck is spectacular. The house is huge and nicely decorated. If can easily accommodate 12 or more people without feeling crowded. The only negative I have is that some of the non sticking cookwares are so scratched up that they should be replaced. .

Excellent property and stay
Our group of 8 adults and 8 kids recently stayed at this property and had a great time. The property is centrally located for day trips to Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon. The game room is amazing. Property is very clean and all 4 families got there own rooms.
Only suggestion is to provide more pots and pans.

Great Family Home
Very well laid out property with more amenities than normal. Very accurate description of home that is absolutely a gem. Dawn is very easy to deal with and made the entire stay very memorable. Highly recommend and definitely would stay there again. The location is perfect. Thank you dawn.

Great house with plenty of space
We loved staying here. The kids loved all of the games downstairs. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the location, near the antelope boat launch.

Great place for large families
There were 10 of us but it could have easily accommodate 12-16 people with 5 bedrooms and available cots and couches in living room and game room. The balcony had a nice view and was good to sit and relax when it wasn’t too hot. Close to antelope canyon tours, horseshoe canyon and lake Powell.

Great Home in Page
The house was great. We mostly just slept in the house and cooked dinner there. It seemed stocked adequately for our large family. I would say that I’d stay here again, but I think next time we’ll be on a houseboat.

Great accommodations
The accommodations were just what we were looking for. There was plenty of room to be together and play games. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook meals. Loved that it was so close to the marina. Wonderful place to stay and we would come back and stay again.

Great home, great view, great location.
Plenty of room for everyone, breathtaking views, relaxing large porch and patio area! Everything was great, had a hiccup with the oven not working, but owner was willing and ready to send the repair guy out. We would most definitely recommend and return to this VRBO!

Very nice place to stay, my family loved it, the town has everything you’d need and the natural atracción are close by except for the Grand Canyon of course, but is worth the drive.
